Above and beyond. These are words you dont use very often anymore. The staff and managers at this location i truly feel care about the customers that roll in. It is hard to find a place that literally has your best interests in mind. All i know is that you can't go wrong with the team here.I ripped my skid plate off during the ice storm that hit here recently and rolled in very angry. Not only did they have my problem repaired, but they also had me laughing on my way out. All i can say is great job guys thank you.

Decent enough place to get an oil change. The guys are friendly though kinda rough around the edges. Wasn't thrilled they fumed us out while doing a fuel system clean out by keeping the bay doors closed though. My mother got a pretty bad headache and it took some time to get the fumes out of the car.

Will return to Valvoline oil services. This is where I do oil changes every time (madras or Redmond). Love the service, always nice & friendly.

Great service a few months back. Time for it again. Tried to loosen the bolt to do it myself which I can normally do when I don t go to service station and it s too tight. When I can t get it to loosen up with light tap with hammer and tools it s too tight. Stigma to go back to same station perhaps? Engine safety? This is not safe. Mechanics please watch how tight you put the bolt in.Service: Oil change

just did my oil change there im traveling back home to seattle washington my oil cap wasn t on tight got oil all over inside engine bay area had to add a quart come on now humpy dumpty

People here were cool and service was quick. They did however, make a huge mistake that just about blew up my engine. After leaking oil all down the highway for a day before I realized it, I found oil leaking out of the oil filter. Had to pay a mechanic to help me because I was now out of town. Mechanic found there was no gasket on the oil filter. Had I not noticed it, I would have blown up my engine. Valvoline would not honor warranty because I had another mechanic work on it. Would accept no responsibility. Mistakes happen, but just beware. There is a reason why real mechanics say to never use these places.Services: Transmission, Oil change

While the workers were attentive and courteous, they were not forthright about price and it s a business practice. No price was discussed before the work was done. I guess you could chalk it up to the word instant while it definitely wasn t. It was slow, but they were training and I get that.

Not busy early morning on a Tuesday had transmission fluid flushed and oil change in and out in less than 45mins. Nice guys very helpful.

I use valvoline services only. I do all 6 vehicles oil service at valvoline centers. Nice to have one close to home now.
