Dillon did not inform me that if you buy anything in Washington, you have to return it in washington to receive a 100% refund.I was passing by. I wanted to return parts that did not fit on my secondary tank. I lost out on my sales tax return, Dillon was trying to inform me that I would lose out on my refund for sales tax Regardless where I returned the item.He gave me wrong information..

I like to browse n get cool gadgets n cool tools from here. I won't buy parts from here if at all possible unless it's a pretty expensive part then I'll find out where it's cheaper then these guys do a price match or a bit cheaper I don't remember and hope they give me right part. So far every time I got a part they gave e me wrong one so I would end up exchanging n when you live 20+miles away that's a hassle

So good! I went in for windshield wipers. The man behind the counter was very helpful by recommending a good set. Two gentlemen rushed right out and installed them for me! That is awesome service!

Overnight belt he said , from Seattle he said. Come get belt in morning he said. Pay for belt I did. Get hotel I did. Call at 8:30 to verify belt came in I did. Rico answered phone after calling for 21 minutes he did. Can t check freight in till noon he said. Lots of fun family said.

I can always trust the guys at O'Reilly's. They are amazing!� Their fast and friendly service made our experience one too remember! Their knowledgeable and friendly staff made every decision that much easier for us.� We will be back for sure! If be surprised if they didn't get 5 stars from everybody!

Awesome customer service! One particular gentleman who helped us (I wish I remembered his name) was so great! He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond his duties to help us out! He was a hero to us when I was broke down and from out of town! We need more customer service like this. I am forever grateful for their service and will stop in next time I'm going through Madras to thank them again!

Ran in just before closing to grab some washer fluid to clean of the windshield after spending the day in the snow and grime. Had a question about the difference between two types and the young lady working answered my question without skipping a beat. Very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

The Madras, Oregon location is not only full of everything an auto parts store should be stocked with, but the staff is hands on helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and make a great team. Thanks y'all! Keep up the Great Work.

Went in last Sunday the 10th. It was about ten am and I walked in looking for an item. Wasnt greeted by either employee and I walked up and down every isle looking for my needed items. Not once was I asked by either employee if I needed help the ten minutes I was looking, and i obviously looked lost and out of place. I finally went outside and grabbed my phone and called my husband for help finding stuff in a store he doesn't even work at!!! Not ok!!!!

You guys sold me three broken altinators, and when I went to get another one, you guys didn't give me warranty because it was broken, thats your fault, don't sell broken stuff. Also why does it take three business days to return $3 dollars??? Makes no sense.

Never ask a female manager assistant what a regular joe would know about toggle switches. She kept telling me I had to go to winch manufacturers for part. I went to chappys and got my part, works great!

The aray of options for vehicle maintnance and service is kool, but the workers arent very much help when it comes to after purchase needs and help.

This is the most negative review ever written by me only because I have heard similar experiences from friends. Cerk on phone didnt understand what I was asking about...lacked knowledge.in the store Poor poor customer service. Clerk had foul body order and it wasn't sweat. Very rude. Disrespectful. Go to Chappy's or NAPA

Not one time have I ever had help from a knowledgeable employee. When I do get parts there it's only cause they are cheap, and so far they have not done to well at getting me the right parts. Yesterday I tried to get two outter ujoints for my AXLE shafts and even told the guy that yet he somehow managed to give me two DRIVE shaft ujoints. Driveshaft only uses one ujoint, so why did this guy give me two? Because they have no knowledge there. O'reilly auto parts needs to put effort into training their staff and giving them some knowledge. I wont be doing business at this location anymore.

Employee's should do less chitchat and more servicing of customers in line. It's okay to chat when there are not 3+ customers standing in line just to pay.

Love oreillys easy set up once you get used to there processing of the shop they aint got it theyll get it prices never an issue good staff
