I called and asked if they had time to fix a flat. Told me yes, took it down and they fixed right away. And also great price.

Ended up not using this tire place because he wanted to sell me 2 bald tires for 280$ they were seriously about as bald as the tires I was replacing. Wanted 600$ for a full set that didn't match and only had 50% tread left. A brand new set at point s is only 680. Ended up going to Alfredo's across the road by shell gas station and he hooked me up for 475, all 4 tires matched, and had 90% tread.

Don't get me wrong I am thankful they did my tires right at closing last minute due to an issue at another place but they extra charged me which I didn't mind for doing my tires last minute. This was done in November. Back in January my brakes had to be replaced and my lug nuts were over Yorker. Well today I pick my truck up from autobody and my left tire is sitting at 27 and should be at a 55. I go to air it up and can't get the valve cap off... took it back to autobody to ask them and they couldn't even trying double pliers and all. I'm here now sitting a les Schwabs they again can't with pliers and now all 4 of my stems have to be cut and replaced. :/ I am not happy so I'm paying another 360 that I really don't have.

Tire didn't last long but they're always willing to squeeze me in no matter how busy they are. And they're busy most days. Of course they're a affordable and that's always worth at least 2 stars

Madras Tires has been there for me when I've most needed help with affordable prices and good quality tires. These guys have an Awesome customer service plus I know that they will go the extra mile to meet our needs. I always purchased my tires at Madras Tires and I totally recommend this place to all my friends.

Madras tire has performed all of my vehicle tire related maintenance for around 5 years now. The staff is always appreciative of your business and takes care of their customers on the spot. Come here if you want a good deal on new or used tires and prompt good service.

Our 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche broke down and barely made it to the shop before dying literally at the gate. Despite being very busy, they were able to fit us in, diagnose the problem, go to another shop to pick up the replacement part, and get us on our way within 2 hours. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend this shop. Thank you!!

If I could rate a negative number I would. I went in and asked for a new (used) set of tires to be put on my car and an alignment to be done on a Monday. They put tires on and supposedly did an alignment on my car at a REALLY AMAZING price! Being a single mom with three kids, this was a life savor. However two days later on Wednesday one of the tires went flat as I was driving down the road with my kids in my car. It was 102 that do. I immediately called and asked them what I should do and the guys reply was well we don t offer a warranty on used tires but bring it in I brought it in the next day and in fact the bead broke and it wasn t a nail or screw that popped my tore. He said he would fix it and changed it for me and I went on my way... over the next 5 days I noticed my car start to shake more and more and on Monday (one week from having my tires replaced by these guys) I finally took my car into lex schwabb after not being able to go above 40mph on the highway from madras to Redmond. Les Schwabb Then had to put new tires on my car and I had to have the alignment done elsewhere because it appeared as it never was done. The tires these guys sold me had severe issues. One was on the verge of separating two were out of round and on top of that, they didn t balance them when they were put on and the only ok one they put on my car was the one that had went flat... long story short I m greatfull that nothing seriously went wrong and there were no accidents however they put myself and my children at risk buy taking advantage of a female in their shop who had no idea what they were doing and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone!If you re looking for amazing service and a place that won t screw u and take advantagw this isn t it! Try CandM auto in Redmond! They are amazing

They go the extra mile for costumer satisfaction, and so do their tires. Low price used tires, I've bought 3 sets and no issues. Highly recommend

Amazing shop!! I m from wa state and was on my way to La Pine State Park when my alternator went out on Easter Sunday. O reilly s recommended them and Dre saved the vaca! He had it ready within an hour and a half and went above and beyond with working with us! Amazing guy, super nice,Super friendly and fair.
