I was very impressed with the Madras Les Schwab today. After driving over 200 miles I had blown a tire on our disc and limped into the store. They were busy, but took the time to help me. Ron suggested the tire that I needed and Mitchell changed the tire. The wheel had rusted on the hub and was not easy to remove. Then the tire would not seal so they put an inner tube on it. They saved my day. I would reccomend them to anyone. Many thanks to the people at the store.

Tanner, Zach, and Keagan are absolutely amazing. When I went to go Grocery shopping and heard my tire whistling out air. I called the office and the lovely woman I spoke with let me know that I could head over for a flat repair; regardless of the fact that they closed in 20 minutes! The team promptly took care of the issue and got us on our way again. I m extremely grateful to those who made it happen and will definitely continue to go to this location for tire needs. 10/10. :D

These guys are the best! I take all my vehicles to them and they do great work at a very fair price. Always treated with the best customer service. I highly recommend.

We had a blowout coming into Madras about ten minutes before Les Schwab closed. We called them, and Jesus came out and got us a new tire even though he had to work late. We really appreciate the friendly service!!

Disappointed!!! I've been a life customer of Les Schwab, but they just lost me today. I took my car in for a seasonal change over 2 days ago. Yesterday, I found balance weights in my driveway. Today, I've been sitting here for 2 hours and counting waiting for them to get my car in for their error in not putting balancers on correctly. Very disappointing!!

Got a flat tire on my RV, they were able to get it in quickly and had the valve replaced for the repair. When they called to let me know it was done I asked if they checked the other tires, they had not but went ahead and found another issue with a different tire. If you re there already ask them to rotate your tires to extend the life of your tires and to check the pressure of the other ones.If you don t ask they won t do, which is odd because my experience with Schwabs in the past felt like they would always find something to charge you for. But today was nice. Thank you

Les Schwab is AWESOME! I went to Madras store because Bend and Redmond locations had too long of a wait and I couldn't leave my Escape for any length of time. They ALWAYS take very good care of my vehicles when ever I go for services. Thank you Les Schwab!

4/26/23 @ 7pm: Driving from Portland to Bend, my car died on me just north of Madras. Tow guys were able to jump start my car, plan was to leave my car in Schwab parking lot (it was after hours-7pm) and call in the morning. Store manager, Ron, was still inside and opened the door to see how he could help. After explaining my problem, he was able to confirm I needed a new battery. Not only did he sell me the battery, but also took the time to install it for me and verify that the alternator seemed to be charging the new battery correctly.Definitely above and beyond the call of duty to provide such great service after hours!I would have been stranded with no way to get either to Bend (for an urgent 7am appointment the next day) or back home to Portland. Cannot express my gratitude enough, completely exceeded my expectations!

These guys were amazing! I got a flat on my way home from a long road trip and still had 3 more hours to drive. They had my tire patched in no time and back on my way! Great, friendly service!

Absolutely ridiculous! These clowns wanted to charge me 2 hours of labor to change a tire on a 98 Nissan Sentra!!! That works out to 15 minutes per lug nut.

These guys did a phenomenal job of helping me get my tires and a sheared bolt replaced in a couple hours before I needed to drive back to Portland - great customer service!

My daughter was on a trip to Portland and her car went into limp mode. She was able to make it to the Les Schwab parking lot, I called them and Darcy answered the phone and was absolutely amazing. We had to have the car stay overnight so it could get towed back to an Audi dealership in bend. Waylon went out of his way to make sure the car was locked and secured. If I m ever in need of help with my vehicles I highly recommend these folks. It makes me want to drive 250 miles just to shake their hands and give thanks.

Pulled in at 2:00 PM with a flat tire. We were out of town traveling. It was a Saturday and they were busy with snow tire removal. They turned us away and said to come back Monday. Not the kind of service I expected with Les Schwab

They only get 3 starts because there customer service was so good. Their prices suck. Better to go to Redmond I'd you're looking for less expensive options. If you don't mind paying the prices then this is the place for you. They will treat you well.

These guys are awesome! I will only use les schwab. My family & i were staying across the street at the cross keys & our boat trailer got a flat in the parking lot on Friday night. Saturday morning les schwab was super busy but they went out of their way to get us back on the road and on the lake by noon. Tyrrell was super awesome, thanks man, hopefully i can repay the favor some day!!

I brought my vehicle in for a tire that was going flat. A rude man named Mitchell was servicing my vehicle and he told my wife he couldn't repair the tire and that all 4 tires needed replaced because it was all wheel drive, understandable it's policy and unsafe blah blah. I had no spare tire so I asked if I could purchase 1 tire for my spare to be put on, again I was told no because it was unsafe. I asked Mitchell if it was unsafe to change a flat with a spare tire and he said it was safe. So why can't I get 1 tire, I asked, he said because it wasn't a spare it was my actual tire. So it's apparently safe to buy 1 spare tire and use that but not buy 1 tire for the 4 main tires. Les Shawb employees are scam artists trying to get the most money from you that they can and don't help at all. You have lost my business and Mitchell told me that's fine. Do not go here they will lie to you, contradict themselves, and cheat you.

Myself and another guy were waiting in line for service at the counter. Along came another person through the door and he was helped immediately when another employee came up to the counter.I told the employee that there were two people already in line and she just laughed it off. It s a shame Les Schwab stores don t focus on good customer service like they used to.

Needed to get tire rotation and trip check done before leaving town. Got there before 8. Was let in a few minutes before 8 and the job was finished in about 10 minutes. Best of all, both services were free. Can't beat Les Schwab!

Did a seasonal tire switch and Darcy at the front counter was helpful and got me taken care of and Loren took care of some other needs for my brakes. The other 2 young men did my tire change over and carefully reloaded up my tires in the back of my jeep. Very pleased with the friendly service!

On our visit to Les Schwab we were interested in purchasing two new steer tires. These tires are very old though in perfect visual shape, attendant just walked by the tires no closer than 3 feet and said they are fine. My understanding of semi tires that age is a dangerous combination with heavy loading so we wanted to be safe. The tires are 15 years old and we were heading into hot extreme temperatures, will these tires really be fine? Please comment!

Went in this morning and picked out some tires and told them I would wait. One and a half hours later my car still had not been worked on. Asked how much longer it would be and was told another hour to hour and 45 minutes. Never was told I would have to wait all day. This is the third time they have done this to me and I am done with them. I will look else where from now on. They should at the least tell a person that they will have a lo g wait.

About a month ago I pulled in due to a flat tire knowing the reason for it was a bent wheel, The details regarding this whole situation are an amazing story but in general these guys went above and beyond to help me out but most importantly made me feel that I wasn t alone specially during these hard times .I know it s a business and I should probably limit my review to their perforce but these guys showed me how amazing human beings can be by helping each other out. I ll never forget what you guys did for me.Tank you guys !

I had to have my front brakes replaced and the young man told me how long it might take and he was done quickly. Very plees asant and he kept menen updated. I highly recommend Les Schwab Tire Centers.

Schwab is my go to tire store in Central Oregon, love them. With that being said, the Madras store needs some help. I have been to this store many times with my work truck. Employees never come running, they don't come at all. After you hunt someone down, you you will be helped reluctantly. Never good morning, good afternoon, thank you, just awkward silence. I like being around people who are happy, or at least pleasant. The Madras store employees should go to charm school. Life is good, just smile and wave! I'm giving two stars, because I believe in positive criticism.

Had a blowout on my travel trailer on my way back to Portland while 25 miles outside of Madras. Called the Madras store for mobile service and Julian arranged but indicated it may be a couple hours as their mobile guy was out on other incidents and they were short handed due to Covid. I ended up getting my spare on, called back a short while later and asked if it would help if I could get the trailer back to the store. Julian indicated yes... and when he saw me pull into the lot immediately told my to go inside and see Jamie. I didn't have to.... Jamie saw me walking to the store entrance, came out side, greeted my and assessed the issue. Long story short. Within and hour and half I had four brand new trailer times and was on my way. Shout out to Julian and Jamie for exceptional service.

I took in a set of tires that I did not purchase from Les Schwab and they charged $160 to install them, but didn't tell me the cost until the job had started. I know you get charged more when you don't buy the tires there but every other tire spot in Madras only charges $70 to install tires they did not sell you. I tried talking to the lady in charge and all she could do is give me attitude about the deal. The tires they sell are way too expensive as well. I purchased a set of really nice off-road tires on the internet for $787, including shipping to my house, and I went in and asked what they would charge for the same set. They did not have anything exactly comparable but said the closet thing they had would cot 1299. They up charge everything and then try to pretend like you're getting a great deal when in reality they are just screwing over everyone that walks through the door. Shop anywhere but Madras Les Schwab and save yourself lots of money.

20 years never a problem with my credit and dont mind paying extra for Les Schwab's.. unfortunately my Les Schwab's credit won't even come close to covering the cost of the new rims.. I'm very excited to get my new rims when they get here in a couple weeks.

I've been dealing with Les Schwab for 20+ years and there is no business that is more support of our community than Schwab if there is any sporting event they support it when there was disasters schwab was there with trucks to help with evacuation, and when you go in your treated like family even if a price is a little higher I support them just like they support us. and once you get something from them they back it up. and I never worry about them dealing with my wife again your treated like family.
