There was a little mix up on the tire situation. But everything got solved and was done. Thanks so much. They work so Hard it's understandable some things get mixed up sometimes. But they did a good job thanks so much. But most of all, thank you for helping me get to the hospital with my injured hand. It Is going well and healing. Once again thank you so much. Worst tire service I have ever used. Never again. Not only did the customer service rep lie about the price over the phone, but also stole my locking lug nut replacing it with a regular one.

*Edit-Love The work they did on my car. Customer service was spot on perfect. Car seems to be working great. I will come here againA little pricey but I love the lady at the front. She's so pleasant. Plus the work they did seems good. Have had no issues.

I Needed a trailer tire repaired on my semi truck I had went to les Schwab first but they were taking forever and only had one person in front of me. So I came here instead and they had it repaired in 15 min very quick and nice people.. If you drive a semi and need tires I would recommend this place

(New update 12/27/22: the comment below was as far as these folks went to help me out! Nobody ever actually contacted me to follow up, but it did look good lol. Be cautious when dealing with this branch. At one point I ve done business with Walt, who said he owned Point-S but not sure ? I wish I still had his number yet to let him know my concern. I will leave it as a loss and be the bigger man and walk away. I hope you all have a better experience than I did, thank you!)I gave it few months to rewrite this review for a bad experience. I am an ase mechanic and needed an alignment done on 2 vehicles. Both are wearing out tires, one has been driven less than 2000 miles and didn t wear before (steering wheel was offset) but now it wears very bad. The lady up front was nice but didn t provide a before & after alignment sheet which was a red flag! The mechanic told me to rotate tires since my style of cab always wears tires . I crawled under truck to check which steering parts were adjusted but only 1 was turned to align steering wheel straight, no others were touched. I m disappointed and suggest you be cautious when dealing with this madras branch!

As far as tires go, Point S is top notch. Mechanic services however, is an entirely different story. The main issue I have ran into on three separate occasions is, no one wants to actually carry out the services I ve requested. The first time was a knock sensor replacement (the mechanic didn t want to purchase the proprietary tool to remove the knock sensor). Second time was replacement of my tire pressure sensors while doing a brake job (just didn t happen), and finally replacing transmission cooler lines (I was promised a call after parts were sourced, I never heard back from the guy). As I initially said, tire services are great, but that is it.

Had a quick job to do. Showed up in the shop they took care of me right away. Didn't try to gouge being pricing either. Very friendly and professional shop. Will now be my tire shop in Madras.I am headed in Wednesday for virtually all the services they offer to work on my car so should have more enlightening information then

First off I read all the reviews for this place and it gave me hope so I called first time to respond as they say they will call back them then I called again to make an appointment and they said they would call, still no response. It was only a battery for my hybrid car and its bad. So I will try and find another place that has better communication with their customers. What does it take to make a appointment?

As we were leaving Culver this afternoon we noticed our tire pressure was low on one of our tires. The guy's here were extremely accommodating. They found a small hole, they fixed the issue in no time at a most reasonable rate. Which made our trip over the mountain to Portland a less stressful drive. A shout out to David for taking us in so fast, and to the gentleman who fixed the hole (sorry did not get your name) Your service was fast and friendly. We very much appreciated your help. I will recommend you to all our friends in Culver, Madras, and Portland.

This tire store was recommended by a friend. I needed a full set of tires for my F350. Pulled in waited for service only to be told they couldn't sell me tires today, COME BACK TOMORROW!! I said I'd like a quote, only to be told not today COME BACK TOMORROW!!! I proceeded to Les Schwab to spend my $1500. This is probably indicative of their service overall, don't buy here.

Got a front end alignment less then 6 months ago at madras point s. 1st time I sent my vehicle they had it for 3 hours an didn t do anything to it an never called for it to be picked up. Sent it down acouple days later for the alignment never called me saying it was ready to be picked up. An not even 6 months later it s out of alignment and there s loose nuts and bolts All on the driver side.

I had Gills Point S put studs on two wheels. They put them on and I picked them up the same day. Very happy!

Great service and knowledgable. They were able to help us out as we were passing through town, literally dropped everything as they knew we were trying to get home from a long trip. I am very happy with them.
