I was disappointed. I paid $2,200 to get a new catalytic convertor and my air conditioner fixed. Engine light on again a day after 6 weeks broken down and in the shop. Turbo. Quoted $1200. Repair $1600. Met me the middle for $1,400. Air conditioner still yet another repair. I m broke. Used my savings up.

So very friendly and helpful!! Glad I chose to come to Madras and NOT Bend! Everyone there from the time I checked in and out again were courteous and extremely helpful! I was told that the rack rails were higher than my old GMC and that they whistled because of it and they could not replace them under any warranty that I had (it is a 2023). They let me stand in the office and he researched what I needed and where I could go to find them in Central Oregon...now that's caring service!I will be back for all of my maintenance needs...!

Our salesman, Bill MacInnes, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, but was not at all pushy! We really appreciated him! We are thrilled with our new car! The next day, we had an icon light up as we were passing the dealership, so we stopped in and another member of the sales staff gave us a further tutorial on what it was and why it lit up! Thank you!

Fast oil change and programmed my key fob quickly and cheaply. Be sure to get an appointment since their service department is a couple weeks out.

Purchasing my new Duramax from your dealership was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Jim Angel, my salesman, was professional, helpful, courteous and attentive. I cold called about a truck I saw on your website and Jim answered all of my questions, took a hold deposit and the very next day I was approved and picked up my new truck. Absolutely painless. People were pleasant and good experience except for the additional hour required vs. what was initially told to me. Apparently there was some kind of network issue that occurred when attempting to download software to correct a recall issue. Therse things can happen but no one bothered to come into the waiting room and let me know. It wasn't until meeting the service advisor at the Cashier that I was informed why the extra hour was required. Communication....that's what it's all about. Otherwise good experience and worth my time and expense to drive from Sun River. Do not like dealerships in Bend.

The best new car buying experience I've ever had! No pressure, no salesman running off for a manager's okay.I first went to a number of local dealers (that are members of a chain), but the salesmen acted like I was waisting their time. So I sought out one of the remaining independent dealers in the area even though I will need to travel about an hour for service.

Do NOT go to Gary Gruner unless you want to be shafted. We bought a used car (not from them) and had to have an engine replaced. We chose Gary Gruner and after 6 months and 10k we finally got our car back. Then realized they didn t hook up the AC correct and it wouldn t work so they made us pay for 1/2 of that repair. And within less than a year the engine mounts broke. And the owner won t do anything about it because he says we pay d for 1/2 of your AC fix . Stay away!!!

Finally a scrupulous dealer not doing the price gouging game that seems to be going around during these crazy times. Painlessly ordered a vehicle with quick service and no silly back and forth. How refreshing.Proof is in the pudding so hopefully rest of the transaction goes well. But so far so good. I think businesses like these folks deserve praise.

Friendly people and 1st class service! I found the truck I was looking for online and flew one way up to Redmond, OR. The dealership arranged to have a driver pick me up at the airport and take me 20 minutes north to their dealership in Madras. The paperwork for the purchase was ready when I got there and I was in and out within the hour. They made my truck purchase SUPER EASY and made me feel like a real VIP. Jim Angel, was able to walk my wife and I through the whole sales and finance process smoothly. What we loved most is that he was kind, courteous, and attentive to all our questions yet efficient with our time. Delivery of our new vehicle was also a great experience. Jim walked us through all the features and again answered all our questions. Truck was nicely washed and prepped for departure. Well worth the drive from Bend. We will buy again with this dealership and Jim.

Very satisfied with the service I got there when I took my 1995 Buick LeSabre in because it was stalling at random times. The computer wasn't giving out any codes as to why it was doing this so the repair staff had to just use their best judgement as to what the cause was based on their past experience with the particular engine in my car. They got it right without costing me a fortune. I feel like I was treated very nicely by a friendly staff.

I just had warranty work done on my avalanche. They cracked my dash and stated it was like that before they started! My dash was not cracked!! But how do I prove them wrong . I was there at the dealership waiting for my vehicle, they could have very easily came and got me and showed me the crack before they ever started the work! THEN I go to get into my vehicle, and see red smudges on smudges on the driver side console which look like blood. It turned out to be red grease that was all over the pant leg of the technician that drove it... Extremely disappointed with absolutely no flippin recourse!
