I won't go to any other part store.. Chappys is still what I know it as.. My grampa's nickname for Andy is John Wayne.. I know that when I got Chappys I will get the right part I need.. the other part stores almost always get me wrong part.

Very friendly and helpful. Traveling thru, radiator hose blew. They came out, looked at the car, shared knowledge, and stayed late to make sure my family and I were OK.

I was told by an on-line part store that I needed to make a return of a rear main seal through Car Quest in Madras. It turns out that it wasn't even their part, but the owners wife is taking my part to the correct store on one her trips to Portland later in the week. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND! And I technically wasn't their customer. Thank You, Madras Car Quest!!

Had bulk tail lights for my car for a dollar a piece. By two they're less than a dollar!!They had just what I needed and were super affordable. And friendly

Went in looking for a brake line during Solarfest. CORY could not get part for me thru his store...BUT understood without hesitation the situation.Called all auto parts in Madras...sent me to another who was able to provide the partCORY'S team provided the SERVICE. OUTSTANDING.

My better half was on her way to sunriver to see relatives.Waze had killed her battery......and then totally Bumbed me out with the phone call that she felt compelled to make.....to me, about it.... :/After asking the obvious questions, I advised her to stop at the first autoparts store she saw in route and buy a 2a -12 charger... she found this establishment - Carquest; Madras Autoparts StoreThe couple that owned it treated her great. Better that local stores ever would.I strongly recommend - especially if your " > .5" leaves on a long drive, after taking the f'n 12v phone charger out of the car to make more room.. ;)
