We came in due to a high temperature warning, and the staff was quick and so helpful! They told us in detail what was wrong and what we need to ask for when we get it fixed. No charge! They had our best interest in mind. That means a lot.

Thank you to Trenton and Kevin at Valvoline in Lincoln City Oregon. You were getting ready to close on a Friday night, but we're able to help me get my headlight fixed. You are polite, professional and efficient. You even topped off all my fluids. Thank you for your great customer service. You're wonderful in your profession and I thank you for all your help. We use go here in the past when the prices were reasonable. Now there prices are more than double than the dealerships. Their $10 coupons they email us do not make enough difference between going to the dealerships. We hope they re-consider their pricing and bring back some former customers.

Got full service, vehicle had no issues of performance. Pulled to my house and when I tried to start it up it did not and I had to get it toed: clearly they sabotaged my vehicle and now they are not admitting it. Totally disgusting

Friendly and fast service. They took care of our honda odyssey after our long trip from Spokane. It was a bit pricy but thats alright. We will be making it home with a happy van!

Love the mechanics in Lincoln City Vavoline. It's always quick. I went in 2 weeks ago to get a new air filter. Found out a rat has been living in it. So, I put a new one in and when I git home, I rubbed some mentholatum rub around the top and base of outside container. Seems to work.

Update (as of 9/7/22): After interacting with corporate Valvoline and the local manager, we reached a satisfactory resolution. I'm very happy with this, and would consider giving them another chance after how this was handled.Original Post: We've used this location several times since we moved here about two years ago. They're normally knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Our most recent experience was entirely different, however. They were disorganized, overwhelmed, and some of the staff were significantly less friendly than I am used to, even gossiping about coworkers and other customers in front of me. In addition, after this recent oil change, we developed an oil leak within a few days. We took it to a local mechanic, and they found our oil pan had cracked exactly where the drain plug is. This means Valvoline over-tightened my drain plug to the point of cracking my oil pan!!! Needless to say, regardless of our previous positive experiences, we will be getting our oil changed elsewhere from now on. I can't warrant taking the risk of possible damage to my vehicle, and paying the extra bills that come from that damage.

My oil change was super fast! The young people working, Dylan, Ashley, and Eric were super positive and upbeat and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend Valvoline in Lincoln City Oregon.

Waited 45 mins was next in line and they told me to reverse and let a different car ahead of me. Then ignored the unoccupied car in the other bay in front of me for 20 mins. An hour waiting next in line just to be pushed back for favoritism. Waste of time because how can I trust them around my car if they are treating a customer like this. I left because they never wanted to help me.

Very polite staff. Waited a max. of ten minutes and drove in. Oil changed, lubed, anti freeze filled (it was empty), exterior lights and battery checked. Had a 50% off coupon so 6 qts. of oil and new filter was $30.00. I couldn't buy these materials at Buy Mart for this price. How can you go wrong?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I cannot say enough great things about this place!I recently relocated to Washington state..(long time Oregon coastie) where I went to the local Jiffylube in Longview to get my oil replaced and they quoted me $140 before taxes ....nothing fancy just a friggin oil change!!!...After telling them they were clearly smoking crack, I called up my "ole' trusty" oil change place in Lincoln City... and asked if some global crisis happened that I wasn't aware of that made the oil change prices triple overnight...but was reassured that all was well in the land of instant oil change places, and if I got my oil changed there it would be the regular price I have been paying for the last 5 years.So the next time I was in town I swung on by and got my oil changed.Marcus, Trenton and Dylan were so freaking helpful, knowledgeable and informative. They told me what my car needed. All while being completely non-pushy. As a sales person I appreciated the way they upsold, without trying to force it down my throat.Dudes are killing it there. They all deserve a raise...seriously.So corporate...if your reading this...just do it..boys are making happy customers and happy customers mean mad skrilla'...Thank you guys again!Service: Oil change

Did not have a good experience there. They told me my jeep blowing it's oil pressure cap was a unfortunate coincidence and I was stuck with a almost 800.00 for a repair less than 24 hrs of them doing a oil change.

I was a bit hesitant on using this business per the reviews that I read about a year ago. I looked at the resent reviews and noticed they were good. I had my oil changed , transmission and rear end serviced ...and a wiper blade replaced. Marcus was doing the paperwork and was very professional as well as the rest of the crew. Cars were lining up as the word as got out the place is under new management and trust the business with their vehicles.Service: Transmission

Friendly and Fast, We visited while on vacation from California, the team made this really easy for us to get this service done without taking away from our trip. So very helpful!! My car died before I could pull into the bay. Not only did they get my car going again they checked my battery and was able to replace it for me. Nice crew of people in there.

These guys are total heroes! Came to the coast for a few days and discovered our car was leaking oil after having just done our own oil change - Jacob and the rest of the crew took a look and discovered the drain plug and filter were loose and the drain plug gasket needed to be replaced. They got everything tightened properly and managed to swap out the gasket without a full oil change. They also checked all our fluids and didn t charge a dime. A million thanks for the kind and professional service - you guys rock!

This business performs their duties quickly and with a smile. They will keep records on the work you've had done. They will freely make recommendations to you but have never been pushy and will take no for an answer. They also take current coupons, usually 15.00 off for a normal service.

Best place to get an oil change on the coast! I personally prefer the Lincoln City location over the Newport location. Service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. They even offer a veteran discount which I really appreciate. Shout out to the gentleman that assisted and serviced my vehicle: Jacob, Steve, and Matthew. You guys did a great job and I will definitely return to Valvoline in Lincoln City
