My wife and I recently purchased a car from Preston, a salesman at Power Lincoln City.I've been buying cars for four decades. Never have I encountered someone who genuinely cared about taking care of me without pressuring to buy at the same time. Something that's inescapable at the larger dealerships.Preston did that and more.On top of him helping us without the pressure, he is a kind, good hearted person who made the experience both easy and enjoyable. He also communicated promptly with us whenever we called or texted him and he always let us know when a new arrival came in that we might like. We will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.Once we decided on a car, he ran our credit which took about 15 minutes and got a loan approval within a hour or so. His Manager Stacey told us to grab lunch and come back in an hour which we did, and came back and signed. Again, I've never had such an easy experience buying a car from a major dealer. Stacey also was easy to work with and was a no pressure kind of guy. Thank you Preston and Stacey for making our car buying experience easy, comfortable and gratifying. I recommend these guys to anyone wanting to buy a car.

We just purchased a new car for our eldest daughter. Nestor was such a great help! He gave us great insight and had fantastic customer service. Nestor and Stacy both were quick to address any concerns we had regarding the purchase and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back to shop for a car in a few years for our youngest.

I was waiting at least a couple of months to write a review and see how my car worked. I must say that the comments speak for themselves, Nestor simply made my experience of buying with Power something unforgettable. The service, the quality of the cars (which until now have not given me any fault) and the after-sales service, five stars. Nestor has all the necessary contacts for any car-related need, he even helped me get good insurance. Highly recommended.

This dealership is run by men & women of integrity. They stand behind the vehicles they sell and they go FAR above & beyond when need be, to insure that their customer feels as though they've been treated fairly. We recently bought a 2018 Subaru from this dealership for our son. The car experienced a serious mechanical breakdown on the highway having only put 1000 miles on the car. Power Lincoln City could have said "tough luck" no warranty. Instead, they paid for a costly $2000 repair so that our son could get back on the road. This level of service after the sale is almost unheard of in today's world. If you are looking for a used car and want to know that the people selling are honest, fair and truthful, you cannot do better than Power of Lincoln City. They definitely have earned our continued business

At first I was having issues at another store with getting them to get my paperwork in to buy a truck. Two weeks later I found out that the truck sold with out a word. I called lincoln city power and talked to prestyn and wouldn't you know it that same day he got me in a truck I loved. I highly recommend looking him up and talking to him about your vehicle needs

I have sold and bought a vehicle here. Nestor and Stacy were wonderful. The purchase process was very easy. I was able to communicate electronically and they had something fabulous for me in 3 days. They even offered to pick me up. They took the extra vehicle back to Dad after the purchase. I could go on and on about how amazing the people are.

Nestor Fernandez helped me find the car to fit my needs. I have a son in a wheelchair so there were specific things I wanted. My Dodge Caravan checks all the boxes. Plus - price was competitive and they made the paperwork easy!

Great service and financing. Bob Badenoch helped me with selecting the best vehicle for my budget. What I was anticipating as a stressful shopping experience was instead very transparent and easy to complete right here "on the beach" in Lincoln City Oregon! Thanks for making my life a little bit easier : )

My wife and I bought a car from Power in Lincoln City yesterday. I'm usually very cautious about buying from dealers because of all of the games they play, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nestor Fernandez changed my mind - he was very helpful, pleasant and not at all pushy. He was patient as we looked the car over and took it for a test drive, then he gave us a good price. We were reluctant to go to a dealership. We have not had great experiences and were nervous to go through the process again. But we stayed local and went and spoke to Nestor and our experience was wonderful. He was informative, thoughtful, patient, and just very very accommodating. We found the car that works for us and it was a better car and deal than we could have hoped for. We never felt the pressure or intimidation that can happen with bigger dealerships. The entire experience was super positive and we will recommend Power Ford Lincoln City every chance we get. Thank you Nestor. New friendships were made.

I was walking in looking at car and I told the gentlemen how I d love to buy a car but I didn t know where I stood with my credit. They helped me see where I was and I was approved they made it such a fun and wonderful experience here.I test drove an SUV and had pleasant experience. Nestor was quick, knowledgeable and had all the info I need to know about each car. Like their his babies. I definitely recommend going here and checking out their lot. The whole process took less than an hour and thirty. They will work with you!

Never in a million years would I have thought I d be driving a mini van. It just never seem to fit my personality. But then I became a mother of 2 and needed something bigger and more reliable. I walked into Power Ford thinking I d get shot down because I didn t have a good credit score and I didn t really have a lot to offer for a down payment either. So I thought there s absolutely no way I d be getting a car. Well when I walked in I met Nestor. And let me tell you what a great guy. He worked with my credit score and worked with me on a down payment arrangement to where I didn t even need a co signer. And I now drive a 2014 mini van that I absolutely love. Thank you Nestor you re the best!

I worked with Nestor and Stacey the past couple days looking for a new vehicle. I must say that the process was easy, and the people were fantastic. First truck I looked at just didnt work out so they had one brought over from a nearby dealer that they thought would work well. They were correct. Met them this morning early, and within 90 minutes I was driving away. Cant ask for much more than that! These two were amazing. This is my second car purchase from Power Lincoln City and as long as I live close enough we will shop with them first every time!Thank you Nestor and Stacey!!!

Its a breath of fresh air to actually find a business that cares about its customers. As far as my wife and I are concerned Nestor and Stacy at Power Lincoln City are amazing to say the least...we recently were victims of the echo mountain fire where we lost everything.We needed a vehicle but were very limited on money to purchase one.Nestor made us feel like he was for us and selling cars was not just his job.We purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot that was way nicer and better than we could have ever hoped for.I commented to Stacy that the price was very generous. Nestor helped me get into my dream car and ensured that I absolutely loved the car I was getting. From beginning to end he went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. He helped me out with anything and everything I needed and answered all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. Nestor and crew are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and amazing at what they do: getting you into the car you want.

We looked out of town at different dealerships for a new truck . Thinking we would get a better price and be able to see more inventory. We made a decision on what we wanted but found it difficult to work with the young inexperienced salesperson in Salem . We decided to stop in at power ford in Lincoln city to see what they could do. Stacey within two hours located our beautiful new truck and gave us a solid price with financing . We came to an agreement on my trade in and within a week we had our truck! All the staff at LC ford were helpful and kind . I would definitely recommend working with Stacey. He made it a very good buying experience. Sincerely carol Lewis

My mom & I purchased a 2010 Chevy Cobalt, & we love the car! Bob was our salesman, and he was very informative, also Stacy his boss was very helpful & made the loan easier to get! They said they would help us with any problems we had with our car & would lend us a loaner car if ever needed! Inexpensive car payments too! We very much appreciate their services :)

Jeff was super friendly and helpful. We test drove the truck ourselves (without anyone from the dealership in the car) which my bf prefers. We bought it but the window in the back seat didn t work. They re going to fix it for us before we pick it up. Super helpful and friendly. Thanks guys!

Beyond excellent customer service! Make you feel like more of a friend than a customer. Bob Badenoch helped me find my first car I ve ever financed and I couldn t be happier. No pressure what so ever and just genuinely nice people all around. Would recommend to anyone looking for great people to work with, and a great car buying experience!!
