I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts and was immensely satisfied with the service. A special shout-out to Mark, the Assistant Manager, who expertly guided me in choosing the right oil and filter for my car. Another assistant manager also provided invaluable help. This made my visit exceptionally productive.

Josh and Mark helped me with swapping out headlight bulbs on my fusion and made the whole process smooth and painless. They were great at asking/educating throughout the process and I will be back. Five stars.

Visited 3x this month for assistance with parts.... and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff here. Josh and Mark have provided the best customer service of any business of any kind in Lincoln City. Not only are these people knowledgeable, but extremely kind in every way. I will come here for all my auto parts needs from now on. So lucky to have this business in our town!

Thank you to Josh and Mark for their help in replacing my cabin filter. Yesterday Josh tried to help on the rain and I finally said I would come back when it wasn't raining. I stopped by today and Mark was kind enough to finish the job. It truly was a job they were amazing and so kind to do this for me . Thank you both. These guys hands down know customer service and I appreciate them both.

Items in stock, friendly staff, competitive prices. What more could you ask for? Very pleased with my customer experience. Also, Mark was super friendly, helpful and funny. He helped me sort my issue and really went the extra mile! I will definitely be going to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lincoln City for my future auto parts needs.

Mark was amazing. Very knowledgeable!!! My battery died and he drew me a diagram to help me take out the old one and sold me a battery that was much easier to install then the one I had to take out. He went above and beyond for me in a stressful situation. I've never had such great service. I wish I didn't live hours away because this would be far be my store.Thank you both (josh?)!!You are rock stars.

New battery for wife's 29 yr old Audi convertible. Mark was very friendly and without hesitation said he would install the new battery. Not often these days to find such happy, friendly and positive people. we will return to the Lincoln City store and encourage others as well. Mark is a real "keeper"

Went in tonight looking for new wipers for both my wife and I. Mark, the sales rep was super friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us find the best products for the coastal area. Which we are still somewhat new to. While there, he also helped us fix a problem that we've been dealing with for years, sh** headlights. Mark, pointed us in the right direction. Once we found the "ones" he offered to help us install the bulbs. Both of us coming from hospitality backgrounds, we mean it when we say that Mark provided the best customer service interaction we've experienced in the last 4 years on the coast! We appreciate it greatly! Overall, a very productive trip tonight. We'll be back for sure!

Please stop by to get fuses because the wipers stopped working when it was snowing and hailing and a gentleman named Mark who works here went full force and busted out his tools and knowledge which went beyond my experience and he helped us to figure out the problem which we would have never been able to do I'm so happy that we stopped by here and I will be back here for future purchases my public opinion is to stop by O'Reilly's in Lincoln City

I can not even begin to say how incredibly grateful we are to have found this location. We were on a mini vacation from Canada and our daughter s car was having electrical issues and we needed what we thought was an alternator. The staff tested her electrical system and found that it was the battery. We purchased the battery and the amazing staff actually put it in for us as well. Best service we have ever had. This 5 star service does not happen where we live. I would recommend this store to any person needing car parts or accessories in the area. This will be our forever go to auto parts store when we come to visit Lincoln city again.

We bought new wipers for our vehicle today. Mark was very knowledgeable on the different brands and rather than upsell us, he recommended the product that would work best for our vehicle. Additionally, he took the time to pop off the old ones and put the new ones on. Overall, great customer service and experience.

Just a heads up O Reillys in Lincoln city will have my business from now on!My mom had to run to roads end for something, and while doing so her windshield wiper broke and it was raining pretty hard so she couldn t see. She tried to go to auto zone since it was closest, but they were already closed up and gone.I called O Reillys at 9pm, mind you they re closed at this time, and a gentleman named Mark answered and I explained to him the situation. He said their systems were already shutting down, so I said okay thank you and he said tell her to come by and I ll see what I can do.When my mom pulled in the parking lot, he not only had the windshield wiper, but he came out, put it on, and told her not to worry about it. She offered to come back and pay him back and he said not to worry about it he put it on his account.This day and age it s super hard finding good customer service, but this Mark went above and beyond. He didn t have to answer, and he especially didn t have to do what he did for her, but he did and were so thankful!So, go to O Reillys for all your auto needs.

My mother wanted our riding lawnmower fixed and the team at the Lincoln city location helped her above and beyond to get replacement parts and fix another part they couldn't replace...Her grandkids got to ride the riding mower on easter and everyone was happy..

Mark Blakney is an amazing employee and human being! My granddaughter and I were doing a favor for a friend by picking something up that was left at a vacation rental in Roads End. It was dark and raining and while we were looking for the house my driver s side windshield wiper broke. I already have a hard time seeing in the dark especially when it s raining add a broken wiper and I was stressed!! It was 8:45 and I had my daughter looked up O Reilly s and said they were open until 9. I called, explained that my wiper broke and asked if they would wait for me to get there. They explained that the computers automatically shut down at 9. I was struggling to see to make it there and was running out of time. I told my daughter I didn t think I would make it. She called them not knowing that I had already called. She asked if there was any way they could help. They told her to tell me to just get there and they d help me the best they could. When I pulled up at just after 9 Mark Blakney came running out, quickly switched my wiper blade while explaining that the computers already shut down but he put it on his account. I told him I d come back the next day and pay for it and he told me it wasn t necessary. I was so very grateful because I had to get all the way to Gleneden Beach!! You will always have my family s business!!

Always love coming in to the store! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will give great advice for any car troubles or parts. I came in with a tail light out and found solutions to two other issues I had with my car cost free. The staff here care more about folks than profit!

Very friendly and helpful staff! The two men working helped me find the correct rear windshield wiper for my car and also helped me install it since I had no idea what i was doing! Very nice guys!

My WONDERFUL experience started in the morning when Mom , as she is fondly called, suggested I come back when the guys were there so they could install the headlight/marker light lightbulbs. So, I did! There was a little bit of a mishap, but Mark, with the help of Josh, took care of it, rather than blowing it off snd sending me on my way as if nothing happened. This was getting near closing time, so I appreciated their honesty and integrity! I highly recommend stopping in this store when you have auto part needs. Josh, I hope you found the goat!

We were vacationing in Lincoln City. My jacket pocket zipper was stuck. Stopped by this O Reilly store to get a can of WD40 to put on the zipper. I was working on it out in the parking lot. An employee named Mark saw me struggling with it and offered to help. He was unable to fix it but did get the zipper off so I could get to my wallet and cell phone. From a customer service aspect that is way beyond the call of duty. Thank you.

I was in Lincoln City store twice this week. Both experiences were amazing. Excellent service, and knowledge, yet smiled going out in the rain! Thanks again Mark and the other gentleman for everything I will be back to experience their service.

Most helpful employees when I had questions on finding the right parts for my truck. On more than one occasion they have helped me out. Management is great at this Lincoln City location as well.

I went into O'Reilly's and Mark went and helped me with my windshield wipers he took the time to help me and explained to me what was wrong he was so very helpful and I was beyond thankful couldn't of asked for a better employee Mark thank you for doing amazing job and what u do for ur fellow customers u are very knowledgeable and a great employee great customer service and so helpful thank you again for everything u done to help us get back home safely.

I know nothing when it comes to car parts or anything of the sort but Mark and Stefanie were super helpful and helped me to understand what I was buying. Lol. Keep up the good work guys thanks for being awesome
