My initial experience was great while setting up my truck (lift, wheels, tires, steering box, etc). This was roughly 10k to start. The work was very important to me as I am restoring an older truck which I had inherited.I went back after roughly 7 months to buy new tires for my truck (larger size) and completely set up my wife s car (Probably close to another 10k). The environment had changed and the staff were less than eager to assist. After a month of drop in visits and numerous calls I finally gave up. I was even told by one staff member after several attempts that I was his sole, number 1 priority. I never heard from him again.My wife s car is still not set up and I had to go to new shops (some out of town) to finish completing tasks on my truck. I am really disappointed with this experience as the relationship started off great then something was definitely different. I felt more like a burden than a welcomed return customer.It s really important when you live in a small community to have professional, local shops in which to count on. I find myself disappointed and more reluctant to complete tasks on my vehicles when I have to travel away from my community for things that should be easily completed in my home town.

Unbelievable!!! Driving an RV, needed air, 2 tire stem extensions and a couple stem caps. We ate their popcorn while they quickly got it all done. Went to pay and they said "no charge"!!Great, friendly staff, clean facility.

We got a flat tire on the side of 101. The staff was extremely helpful. I brought them the tire, they were able to patch it and then came back to the car with me to put it on (for a small fee that we were more than happy to pay!)Excellent service and friendly staff!! Thank you for all of your help!!

They are often pretty busy, but I waited 10 minutes to get tires on my work car, and then it only took them 9 minutes to put brand new tires on the front. That's pretty good. I got to give them a kudos for that.

The Lincoln City staff here is amazing and attentive. Les Schwab is a good business that backs up their tires, batteries, etc. They are great at keeping their scheduled appointments too.

These individuals really took good care of my 2020 Mercedes-benz Sprinter 3500 XD. They worked slow and careful not to mark the finish on the rims and worked slow and proficiently at getting everything dialed in and the correct way. Everyone was very polite and professional. Their pricing was surprisingly low especially considering the dealership quality in the work. I highly recommend this establishment.But a little shout-out to the management. Time to keep those bathroom cleaner for the customers!

We got a new set of tires and the entire process was so easy. Tiffany was very knowledgeable in helping us choose the right tires for our needs. They dropped me off at work while they installed them and even delivered my vehicle to me at work so I didn t have to get a ride back to pick it up. And they were super quick. Friendly and knowledgeable employees! Thank you!!!

Sterling came to the house enabled my vehicle with a flat tire then he fixed the flat at the store in no time at all Thx folks new customer definitely!!

There tire shop rocks. However the repair shop is a major disappointment. I strongly recommend going to another shop for repairs other than Lincoln City.

They patched my tire for free and even put some air in my wife's vehicle free of charge. The employees here are so kind and welcoming. I just moved to Lincoln city and I will always come back to this lea Schwab

Called late Saturday morning (with a list of things) to check availability and they told me to bring it on in. I brought the car in half hour later and they told me it'd take an hour or a little more. Car had flat repair, all safety checks and a rotation all done in 45 minutes. Quality service and had me in and out. Thanks guys.

CASEY (the manager) IS THE MAN!!!!! My girlfriend and I went on a beautful hike right outside of Lincoln City, and returned to find our tire was flat. After realizing I had the wrong size tire iron for our lug nuts, a friendly guy stopped by, offered help, and returned with the correct size socket. Then my jack broke and he was like...no worries, I've got another at home. After he returned, we were making small talk and I asked what he did for a living. He said "I'm the manager at the local Les Schwab." I said, "lol, see you tomorrow." I returned the next morning and they got our tire fixed in under 45 minutes for...well, let's just say it's the lowest price I've ever paid at a tire shop. Turned what could have been a mini-disaster into a fun mini-vacation, and I got to miss the Monday staff meeting without getting in trouble.

We developed a slow leak on our trailer tire while traveling on the coast. Dropped into the Lincoln City Les Schwab store without an appointment. Within a few minutes they had removed, repaired and remounted the tire. Like a race car pit crew! Amazing service.

Lincoln city Les Schwab is outstanding and not in a good way. I had tires installed and they didn't balance them correctly. In the same visit , they tried to up sell me a set of shocks, and a speed sensor, for$1000.00.When I returned to get my tires re-balanced, they tried to tell me that my wheels were "bent" and balancing them would not be recommended and new wheels would be the "best" option for my case. Needless to say, my wheels were not bent and they didn't realize that they were talking to an ASE certified technician who worked for Ford for 10 years.Try to find a reputable Les Schwab because they aren't all like that.

They were wonderful, they checked my tire with a slow leak and found a nail, fixed it and it was a courtesy, did not cost me anything, that was so amazing, will definitely use them in the future, thank you

I am not from the state and came in with a slow leak. They figured out quicly and got me on my way. Excellent service and fantatistic price. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else!

First and foremost I just wanna say the staff at this location is absolutely amazing. On our vacation, we had a tire blowout and it could have been disastrous for our family. Being 300+ mi away from home, our only option was to use our horrible spare and get here in the AM the staff was tentative and went above and beyond for us, they helped us with a tire that actually matched the tires we had (they re 13 years old) we were amazed they had it in stock and on hand! We love Les Schwab, Casey the assistant manager was amazing, above and beyond, when we went to pay it was covered under our hazard insurance with our tires we bought from Klamath! Their policies are amazing and they seriously were making it super easy, stress free, and in my opinion looking out for our pocket book when they could have just said all 4 need replaced! To the staff at this location, thank you for exuding service before self and being the amazing people you are, your community is blessed with you all! Thank you all so much it s beyond appreciated!

We have had two horrible experiences at the Lincoln city Les Schwab store. The last one involves having our front and rear brakes replaced. Upon driving back to Portland we noticed red brake lights coming on as I got closer the brake system light started flashing and I noticed I basically had no breaks. I took it to another Les Schwab store and they said basically there was no brake fluid in our car. They checked for leaks found no leaks. Both my husband and myself spoke with the manager of the Lincoln city Les Schwab store. Explain this put both my granddaughter and myself in danger. His response was, sometimes parts come out of the box damaged that s why there s a warranty. I explained I would like some type of monetary compensation for a job unsatisfactory done. he refused saying there was nothing he could do.

Fantastic customer service from all of the Les Schwab team in Lincoln City! Had a slow puncture whilst driving down Hwy 101 on vacation, they repaired and didn't even charge me a dime! Highly recommended and thanks to the staff who helped us get back on the road quickly

In typical Les Schwab fashion. This location did not disappoint! I was met at my car before I could get out. Lots of Hustle! I greatly appreciate it! I was visiting from Washington State and I discovered a noise coming from one of my tires. Les Schwab took care of it, literally in minutes! They appeared to be busy, but they had it fixed and had me on my way in short order. I always buy my tires at Les Schwab!

Another driver pointed out a flat we had while we were on the highway in Lincoln City. And Les Shhwab was half a mile away. And they immediately repaired it for free! Now, back on the road to do some camping in Florence.Thank you, Lincoln City Les Schwab!!

Traveling on vacation from Canada and tire pressure sensor goes off, sakes! Pull in to Les Schwab in Lincoln City and immediately greeted by Adam as we get out of the vehicle. Walks us up to the counter to get checked in, ready to go shortly and gives us quick directions to see local shopping to pass the time. Come back and are given the keys, says "hope the rest of your trip goes smoothly, no charge today as it was very minor." Complementary repair! Don't think I've had such great service, top notch!

This place saved us! We were visiting from out of town when the truck broke down and they fixed it quickly. They were very helpful and professional and we will be forever grateful for their awesome service!

Rolled in at about 10:15am & needed a tire checked. The receptionist was super sweet & happy, which is always nice! They signed me in, checked the tire & found a nail embedded deep in the tread, took care of it for me at no charge. Only took about 15 minutes. Kaden was friendly & polite. Too bad they can t accept tips. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend this location! Thank you!

The best customer experience of all locations. Staff is personable and thorough with servicing your vehicle. They make your safety is their first priority.
