This is the absolute best company ever! They helped us troubleshoot our problem (circuit board) , gave us the right part number, and fixed us up! Joe is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable! Had great customer service from start to finish!

Troubleshooting helpJoe was great about sending me a replacement board for what we thought was a bad board. He sent me a jumper wire set as well, all at no charge. It ended up being a bad blower motor (not their cause). Joe diagnosed this as well, at no charge, and asked for nothing. Extremely helpful and responsive. Wish we could have bought the blower from them just because of their customer service. Just a good american company with great service!

These guys are very knowledgable! Our business uses them when we are at our wit's end and they almost always pull through for us and if they didn't, it wasn't because they didn't try! We also use a lot of their boards to replace OEM boards on water heaters, furnaces, refrigerators, etc. at a fraction of the cost with a better warranty. Our customers love them and they make our job easy!

I thought I needed a new Circuit Board for my refrigerator on my Camper and the Service Tech I spoke to helped me trouble shoot my problem over the phone and found out all I needed was re-igniter instead, which they didn't offer the part but they did give me a part# and a place to find the part. This fixed my problem! That's Customer Service! Thanks So Much. Mark

I'm an RV tech & absolutely love the service & quality from Dinosaur Electronics. The boards are better quality than the factory & at a better price with a better warranty. Having dinosaur Electronics in the town I do work in is just icing on the cake.

Purchased a new circuit board for my furnace. It is far superior to the original one. They were very helpful over the phone when I needed some assistance. I highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely the most professional, knowledgable and courteous staff in the RV Industry. I have no idea what the WHINER needed that said they were rude but must be a snowflake with a full diaper and an unreasonable request. Dinosaur always comes thru for us!

This place is great. If you are looking for a specific cable or part for an electronic device check here first. Along with new tech they carry many hard or impossible to find electronic components. If what you are looking for is not in stock they will find it for you at a better price than anywhere else including online retailers. A very cool shop and awesome service as well. # 1 in my book.

Called customer service to see if we could get a new parts shipped out for our IMT-12P and they were fast on the phone to get me an answer. Great customer service and fixed what i needed. Thank you

These guys are fantastic.Joe is a super pro at Norcold, even Norcold says to go to him for anything they can't fix.He has a cool device for testing Norcold parts, so he is able to tell problems better.Frankly, between being so very nice and very good, they are a model for best business model and staff in America. Many thanks to Joe and the whole team.UPDATE: The primary problem for us was a complex Refrigerator issues. Joe verified the boards, and all the other techs failed.Thanks to Joe's dedication to helping to the bitter end, he helped us find the problem that had been a conundrum leaving us without a refrigerator for 9 months.We can buy ice cream now, yowza..!!!I doubt you will find anyone so committed to ensuring a happy customer. Plus, I still have all my arms and legs, these guys are price friendly, fear not.Thanks again Joe,Accept all blessings, be excellent to everyone, work hard, live long, prosper, and party often.
