I ll won t use these people for any tow service. They re lair s, drive your vehicle onto the tow truck which the tow drivers are not allowed to do that. And they re crooks too. They ll do any to steal money from you and lie to you as well. Tow drivers are rude

This place is a bunch of scammers 900 bucks for a tow B's they impounded a car I sold 7 years ago and the person never titles it and now 7 years later they want 3500 from me for a car I sold for 500 bucks they are not nice people do not use themService: Car towingService: Car towing

It was my birthday, Lincoln City was in the midst of a fierce storm (thunder and lightening!) - and I had locked my purse (with car keys and phone!) inside my car! I'm all alone, it's getting dark, it's pouring rain - could it get any worse??Thanks to Car Care -- and the wonderful Josh, who is now my hero forever! -- things got BETTER. I will forever be grateful to this wonderful company, who, BTW, arrived in less than 20 minutes!The image of Josh trying to unlock my car in the pouring rain will always be with me. Lightening was flashing, the rains were torrential, but he kept working! Give this man a raise! I've never seen anyone work harder. Josh, I will love you forever!Thank you, Car Care Tow Pro, for offering such an important service.And thank you, Josh. I am truly in your debt.

They left me in a worse spot than I was already in. Had my battery die across from the food trucks, my insurance contacted Car Care Tow to send someone out. The guy who came out was nice but super unprofessional. To start he didn't even try hooking his tow truck up to jump start our battery, just used his mobile kit that didn't have enough power to start the battery, to which his only option to help us is to charge us $99 for a tow, to get reimbursed by our insurance even though we have tow coverage. Even though our insurance covered tow, he wouldn't do it through our insurance because "the app shows its a jump battery, not a tow." He just left us there, and was really rude about it when we didn't want to pay a fee for something that is covered and we already pay for. We ended up sitting for another hour and a half for the next tow truck that had NO ISSUES jumping our battery, and was baffled at the fact that Car Care Tow only uses the mobile kits, and couldn't believe that he had any issue getting us going. I would never suggest this company, and would rather be stranded then deal with them, seeing as though they would just leave me stranded in the end anyways.Services: Battery service, Car towing, Battery

The owners seemed nice at first, but once they found out I didn't have any insurance due to my father taking me off of his without letting me know, they took advantage. They wouldn't let me collect any of my belongings from my car for "collateral damage" and i pretty much lived out of my car, so on top of losing my vehicle, i lost a lot of clothing, makeup, books, my record player, and valuable things i had gotten from my best friend who passed away. All gone and i can never get them back. They charged me for everything they possibly could think of. 17 road flares, man hours, over 20 miles when the drive to my car was maybe 8 miles away from their towing lot. My accident was in 2016, and i wont be done paying it off till October 2021 because they decided to send me to collections instead of sending me a final bill first. They want five thousand dollars from me. i bought my car for six thousand.. they didn't even take off the money they got for selling my car. So thank you for screwing over a 19 year old who was just starting her life off. but i guess that's what you have to expect from a business that thrives off of screwing people over.

I had a tire fall off in the middle of the street today. Care Care arrived in ~15 minutes and took excellent care of my vehicle. Fast and very courteous service! They even gave me a ride home from the shop!

I called them to tow my car they quoted me 180 and couldn't tow it to the next morning so to call him at 8:30 am I decided to shop around and I called Lincoln City towing Dakota me $100 can do it till the morning as well I was up at 8 a.m. and made arrangements with Lincoln City towing but when they arrived to tow my car it had already been towed this is when I got to meet the most despicable person I've ever met my life Randy from car Care pro or whatever they are impounded my car I finally found it they told me 200 to get it out and 90 to deliver it to my home you can imagine my frustration and I vented it to that ogre Randy and which he retorted something about my discount keeps getting smaller and smaller and so I just asked him what the the fee was this sadistic SOB wouldn't tell me until I met it to him that I was wrong I guess that's how he gets off so yeah they will Shanghai your vehicle and hold it Ransom the most despicable thing I've ever witnessed I'm sure there's a warm bed in hell for that subhuman

I had a very good experience with car care tow pro. From my first conversation with Adena on the telephone after a very stressful day to the recovery of my vehicle and the not once but twice letting me get what i needed out of the car while in the impound lot.I want to thank you all for being very professional, prompt and courteous every step of the way.I hope i never have to call for your services again, but I will not hesitate should I need you in future. Thank you, again.

Awesome service! Had to have my car towed from an accident on a Saturday evening - the driver was prompt, professional and very kind. Super helpful and patient in answering the multitude of questions I had, and also made sure my ride arrived before leaving the lot where my car was towed. Can't say enough good things about this service. I absolutely recommend them.

After a five-day vacation on the beautiful coast of Oregon, I had a buzzkill while locking my keys in my car at the return trip of the day. Not only was your driver ahead of schedule your dispatcher was kind, and your driver only took a minute and a half to unlock my old Honda. What shook me was the price of a lockout, which back in the 80s, I work for Speeds Towing and it was only $20 at the time. The driver informed me that was back before electronic locks and everything else that goes along with today's technology. I had to laugh, and say you're absolutely correct but what struck me more than anything, was the driver said, you might check with your insurance company you might have any type of reimbursement. As it turns out today the day after, I am fully reimbursed. Thanks to your driver he save me a little bit of cash, and it was all worth it. I will use you guys on the coast anytime I have an issue.Service: Car lockouts

They took a while to get to me due to my full sized truck. But the driver worked quick. And was very helpful and personable. I'll definitely call on their services in the future. If the need arises.

I called this company to come pick up my broken down car on the side of the road. Due to minor inconvenience, the tow truck driver had me call Randy the owner of the company to reschedule the tow within an hour or 2. Randy then proceeded to tell me that he would not tow or touch my car. All I needed was the licensed driver who drove the vehicle. Randy then told me that it went against his contracts. He rufused to tell me why. Worst customer service ever. Very rude management and or owner. Poor performance from all.

Revised review : Thank you for finally working with me on the obstacles that were placed in my path that hindered the process of retrieving my belongings from my vehicle. The men that came to the yard to help me transfer my items were very kind, courteous, helpful, and had great attitudes. Very upsetting they advertise 24 hour service. Yet tell me they close at 6. Then refused to help me when I arrived at 5:45. Our car broke down roughly 10 miles outside of Lincoln City and Car Care Towing saved the day! We were in a bit of jam with two young kids and car seats. Car Care showed up with an additional company vehicle and were able to get us safely back to town. Additionally, they drove us around until we found a hotel to stay the night. I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff were to us. If you need a tow, give these guys a call!

Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you vary much to the amazing people over at Car Care super friendly and as it turned out when the tow truck driver showed up I ended up not needing the tow wich I could have got charged for but they waived it for me and that was a tremendous help anytime I need a tow or saved I'm calling Car Care Tow Pro thanks againSam the man

Amazing service and price for pulling our truck out of the sand at 9pm! They were very fast and really nice! Definitely would use them again (hopefully we never have to )

Joe gave me a tow after running out of gas. Very likable guy, that went out of his way to help me get my vehicle back on the road. Great service.Ill add that I called 2 other companies and Carcare was the only one that bothered to answered the phone.

I called this business trying to help a friend get his vehicle out of impound. The woman who answered the phone was rude to me regarding his situation. If someone was about to drop $750.00 at my business I would be much more polite to them.

Thank you for your fast professional service. My car caught fire today on my way home to Tigard from the beach. Your competition Lincoln City Towing blew it big time. Late, didnt know what they were doing, broken truck, rude horrible customer service. You were early, friendly and provided excellent costomer service

Car care tow pro has my car because i got caught driveing w no insurance. So the sheriff impounded it. I went down got the release form paid the $150 fee in newport. Turned it into car care and asked adeana if there was anything i could do anything to drop the tow bill down she told me because i was affiliated with a certian people in this town that she would not give me any kind of break and that i was some punk that would have to pay all of it. For your info i do have my other car back willie is a very resonable person plus hes customer service skills far excide yours.

Fast, prompt arrival only had to wait 15 min. Other tow companies would of made you wait. Felt comfortable with driver, customer service was over & above any other. Thank you
