Tami is about the laziest person I have ever encountered. Ordered tires online when I arrived it was discovered that the app recommended the wrong tire size for my vehicle but thankfully the technician informed me the correct size was in stock. Explained the original tires would need refunded. Technician turned to Tami the "team lead/manager" and let her know. She promptly grunted and walked in to the inner office to sit down with two other employees to continue their social conversation. I stood at the counter for a few minutes until I realized she would actually not be completing that task. When my vehicle was done I had to insist on the refund. I then had to wait 40 minutes for Tami to come back from break even though the associate at the counter told me they had both clocked out for break at the same time. When she came back she was stumbling and seemed under the influence.

Incompetent and slow. I will never bring my car here again. The auto center manager is a complete waste of space. There is absolutely zero professionalism there. Please Walmart... Read all of these reviews (and there are a lot similar to mine) and fire that horrible manager and start fresh. I mean either way you'll never get my business again, but maybe you can stop anymore customers from doing the same. I really hope you turn it around. Good luck

The lady working the front desk and technicians were nice a patient. They accommodated me coming after being late for my appointment and got new tires on before heading over the pass in nasty weather. The only downside was checking PSI after install that night and tire pressure was all over the place (50, 80, 64, 57) ;-P Please double check your pressures!

They do a good job with oil changes and service. I always get full synthetic and have a good experience every time.

Aaron the shop manager was extremely nice! I had my brakes changed elsewhere and my car started making an awful noise. I brought it in not knowing what it was. Aaron was nice enough to look at my car and found that 1 wheel only had 1 bolt (not sure tlof that's what it's called) holding my tire on. He fixed it and made sure it was safe to drive! I would definitely recommend coming here. I felt that my safety was their priority. Thank you so much Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

The guys there were helpful and got the job done quickly. Even though it was just a new tire because of a flat, it was quick and easy. I've gone to other Walmart Auto Centers and have waited and WATCHED and boggled by how long it took. But these guys had my out in 15min! Thank you!

Purchased Cooper tires online thru Walmart. Saved at least $150 compared to other vendors on a set of 4. Appointment for 10am and the tire installer was waiting and even knew my name. Mounted/ balanced and on my way in less than an hour. If any downside it would be with Fed Ex with the shipping. Always late and tracking is poor. Other than that I was very satisfied.

The employees at Walmart tire center in Dallas Oregon were super accommodating, they got me in and changed and balanced 4 wheels on my pull camper in less than an hour and were very responsive and respectful, I would recommend them to all my friends!

Today, I had some 285/75r18 Falken Wildpeak At3w s installed on my 99 F-250. Everything went flawless. I brought some brand new wheels to be installed with my new tires. I was in fear that some how they would be damaged during mount and install but these guys put in quality work and got the job done without a blemish. That alone deserved 5 stars. I really appreciate the customer service I received from the team. They were all super friendly and put up with all my bad jokes. Overall, I had a good experience. If you re reading this, thanks again.

I have been to the Lebanon, Oregon Walmart Auto Care 3 times this week, trying to get my tires balanced. The first time, I was going to have to wait for 2 hours. And the second time, it was going to be 3 hours. I waited today, March 9th, for 1 1/2 hours and finally left without getting any help. It's not the fault of the employees, and I'm not blaming them. They are swamped and need more help. They are good at what they do, but they need more people working. They are very short-handed.

Pretty obviously understaffed but it was wonderful that they not only did an amazing job on my vehicle, they stopped what they were doing to finalize the transaction. Beyond courteous to get this mom and her 2 kids out of the store quick even when they couldnt find the cashier who was supposed to be in the department. Great customer service though and hope they get some help

The worst customer service ever. I was their very first customer, there were several technicians standing around the whole time, they assured ~60 mins. 2.5 hours later I finally got my truck back. There was no hiccups or issues , just laziness. I only got new tires. Will never go back.

Amazing and friendly, the employees in this portion of Walmart greeted me with smile, trusted correct information, a to the point assessment of my issue at hand and the best options to solve the problem. I will go only to them from here out for tire and minor works such as oil or other liquid changes. I'd also suggest that for those without accounts at the bigger tire chain companies that you take yourself to these fine people and save some money as well as headache.

The auto service center is a sad place. The "manager" could use a nap and a lesson is customer service. There were 2 cars being serviced and they were shorr staffed with 3 people in addition to her. She was also leaving for lunch at 4pm and quoted us 3 plus hours for tires. Won't be back after 7 years of using them for tires and oil changes. She suggested we call corporate and complain so she could get more help..smh!

Walmarts auto center is very good. I have gotten my oil changed there many times and the price is very fair. I like the friendly service and the waiting area where I can watch tv, play on my phone, or read. Some days and times are longer wait times than others so I always call ahead.

2 hours before closing time and all I needed was an oil change and a few small things and they said 30 to 45 minutes OK no problem came back about that time saw them standing around hiding in the back as not to be seen, they finally finished at closing. Which leads me to believe the didn't want to let others in as not to work anymore.

Had new tires put on my grandfather's car and only had 3 out of 4 center caps on his car afterward. Didn't get the guy's name but he was older with a white beard and he was very rude to my grandfather. This is the second time I've dealt with these guys and they are very unprofessional and do not preform the tasks at hand very well. Also there were women and children about and a couple of the mechanics were yelling about being naked running around the tire center.

I ve been turned away about 5 times now from employees saying they are understaffed and saying it will take too long and to pretty much go elsewhere. When I look in there and see no cars being worked on I m very confused. The employees tell me they are understaffed or on break. I hear the same thing every time I go to get an oil change.

What a joke. Was quoted about 45-1hour and was there for over three hours. A guy started one tire then clocked out and didn t tell anybody. A lady next to me waited even longer for an oil change. I know it s a Walmart but come on, it s ridiculous. Cheap but the difference for a point S or Schwabs is almost worth it. Once other guys started on it, it got done.

It doesn't matter what time of day you go to get your oil changed, it is always a ridiculous wait. Never enough employees working so the ones that are get pulled away from the customers vehicles. Several employees have to hustle what so ever. No "express" lube about it.

I'm in a middle of a 1500 mile trip. Trailer tire blows out on the top of Grants Pass. I use my spare and get down to my motel in Albany. I called Walmart in Lebanon. The clerk says oh yeah I got four of those. I asked specifically for a load range D 8 ply, or better. I get to the store, got the job started, and get called back to tell me they don't have that tire. So, I wasted all the time I spent trying to find tires and now I have to do it tomorrow again. It really pisses me off when someone I have to rely on is a poser and doesn't know what they're doing.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about my circumstance, they did not carry the part for my vehicle that I was looking for but directed me to another auto parts store in town which did have what I needed to get back on the road again

New go to for tires, shipped to store or home... Had 35x12.50r20 Achilles desert hawk xm-t mounted, balanced, dropped off loose, very little weights needed. Very happy with price, tires and service, and very covid contentious at Lebanon Auto! Thanks Guys! Never again Les Schwab....

The wait is awful, an hour or more, and the employees are incompetent. What you save on tires, you will pay for in time and frustration. Do not waste your time. Spend the money to go someplace that will value your time and money.

Decent place to get work done. Tam was really helpful. Though, no one called when my car was done, even though they said they would. But I'd still go back.
