Waited over an hour. There was some sort of confusion with a radiator flush that was taking forever in one of the bays. So people started getting upset. We were next in our line. We got told to back up 3 times to let others go in front of us because they said they had waited too long.The last car they let go in front was BEHIND us. And when someone else left he pulled into the stuck bay to the left of us. Then he threw a fit when they told him he would be up soon. So they told us to move back for him the last time. So we left. VERY unprofessional.We told him we had waited a long time too. But we were not as angry as the other guy. My husband is a disabled veteran. And I try to keep him from stressing out when we go on outings. I now know to NEVER pull into there if there are ANY cars in line.Because we will get pushed around because we try to stay decent. I refuse to drop to the level of tantrums to get my oil changed. We will be going to the next town over next time. apparently these guys have a really hard time doing service. And keeping track of who is next in line.

Had my oil changed. Everyone was so nice. And on the most part had good service. My only complaint is my cover over the air filter was not fully reattached. I heard one employee say good enough and when I got home I checked and a bolt is missing. So now it is very lose. I guess I ll have to step out and check that everything is attached correctly before I leave.

One car in front of me, I sat behind them for over an hour. The line next to me kept moving so they were able to help 2 people that came well after I did, almost a 3rd until I spoke up. Decided to let them do the air filter too since I needed one, Price online/Walmart $5 from them $25. I will Definitely never go back, I could have literally done it myself in half the time but thought this would just be faster and easier, couldn't be more wrong. Thanks....

I can't do my own car repairs anymore and got rid of the old man, even took back my previous last name. So my local Valvoline crew are like GREAT husband replacements. They take great care of my old car and they are HONEST. I trust them because they don't try to take advantage of me. If I don't really need something done, they'll tell me. I wouldn't go anywhere else unless they recommended it.

I only stopped in because a shoulder injury kept me from doing my own oil & filter change. The "technician" that installed the oil filter used a filter wrench to tighten it up. I'm not sure if they had sufficient hand strength or not, but I've never used a wrench on the installation of an oil filter in the 50+ years that I have been doing it myself. I just hope it comes off, 6000 miles from now. One of the techs also dripped oil on the drivers door when they showed me the oil level on the dipstick. If ever in this situation in the future, I'll take the drive to Corvallis and go to the Subaru dealer.

BEST OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE!!Extremely satisfied with this experience, despite the extremely high temperatures 106 that day), all of these guys were super friendly and helpful while maintaining great speedy service. It's definitely the BEST experience I ve ever had. Great job, guys!Keep it up!.

They put wipes wrong on my van twice. They told me there was a problem with the stem that made the blades fly off in the rain. I finally bought some at Costco and did it myself in 2 minutes with no issues. Really makes me worried about the oil change I got.

I went in last week to get my oil changed and break light replaced because I was taking it to the mechanics the next day to get my a/c compressor replaced and didn't want to spend a million dollars on an oil change at the mechanics and I was due for one.The staff were friendly but didn't know what they were doing. They told me they couldn't change my break light (even though the one in Albany did a few months back on the same car with no problem). My car tells me when I have lights out on my dash screen and the break light was the only light out. During the lights check they do at the beginning there was no indication that any other lights were out, I was never told anything about a headlight. Then a guy starts messing with my headlight. Another staff member came up and said "wasn't that supposed to be her break light"? Even though they had already told me they couldn't change the break light. I honestly had no idea what they were doing with my headlight, because again, it was NOT out. He fumbled around with it for 20 minuyes when another staff member told him to take a break because he couldnt fogure it out. Then when they told me my final price I realized it was way too high and they had charged me for a headlight replacement for $25! I think he realized he messed up and was changing the wrong light for no reason and was too embarrassed to say something so they just did it and charged me for it anyway.I dropped off my car at the mechanics the next day and during their full car inspection they let me know that the oil level was extremely high and overfull.I will not be returning to this location.

I mean no disrespect but I have pulled in this line two or three times now and never waited longer at a oil change place in my life. I worked at a jiffy lube when I was a kid and we had a car out every 10 minutes. I have sat here with two cars in front of me multiple times and waited over 45 minutes. This is just insane

Very clean and tidy facility. The crew is great. Thorough customer service and I can't express how friendly and down to Earth they are. Really a great group of guys. They are genuinely happy to help. I had my oil changed, everything checked and topped off and new windshield wipers. Prices are competitive. I think we will stop here from now on! Thanks guys!

Superb service! Always friendly staff, excellent communication on what's being done to your vehicle, and no appointment necessary. Have only had one error that really wasn't their fault (and I told them so), but they felt responsible and repaired free of charge. Appreciate their many-points check before a road trip, too. So glad to have them here in Lebanon!

The staff here is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my car in with issues of air not blowing out of my vents. The guys changed my oil and took out my NASTY cabin air filter and were able to resolve the issues I was having.They offered tons of information and advice regarding other things going on with my vehicle and werent pushy about upselling product.These guys are awesome and for a drive up oil change place they sure make it easy to trust them.Thank you all again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Pulled up to get an oil change and was quoted 111.99 for a small Honda civic engine. Way too much for a simple oil change. Left immediately.

I ve been using this place before they were Valvoline back when they were called Oil Can Henry s. I highly recommend this business, they definitely have great customer service and great employees. On my most recent visit they did not have the oil that is recommended for my vehicle but did have an oil that may be used . I spoke with the manager Cory and requested a $10 discount since they did not have the oil that is recommended and he quickly took care of the situation and actually gave me a $15 discount. Really appreciate the great customer service and will continue to bring all my vehicles to them.Service: Oil change

When arrived, we had been first in line to wait on 1 of the lanes. We had came for new wipers and to change a headlight. Once we parked, an employee came up to service us. He asked what we needed and despite the vehicle not being in the garage, he decided to proceed and do the work in the rain. Soon, the vehicle in the garage infront of us had left, and our vehicle had already been finished getting serviced by the time we got directed into the garage. We had paid, and the employees presented a great attitude.

Super professional. Fast, friendly. I observed the techs working as a cohesive team. I was Very impressed. The cost was in line with other businesses of this type. The customer service and obvious teamwork will keep me going back.

Best place to get your oil changed! The employees are super helpful, considerate, and hard working. The prices are totally reasonable given the nature of the work. They recommend different services during your oil change, but by no means are they pushy. It is really nice to have people remind you to get maintance done every now and then. Also they send out many promotions with up to 15$ off!

I came for an oil change but they said it looks clean so oil change not needed, and simply refilling of oil is needed. They were honest and saved me $$. They also did a courtesy check of fluid levels and filled tires to the correct pressure without any extra charge. Thanks David and team

Anything but instant. The staff here today are the slowest that I have ever seen. Don't know what the problem is but it appears to me that no one is in to big a hurry to get to the cars that are backed up into the street. I've been next In line for 55 minutes and counting.
