SUPER impressed with this place from start to finish! The owner and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and really REALLY good about explaining the problems with your car and what is necessary to fix them. Plus they take the extra time to check your overall engine health and do what's best to keep you on the road safely. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and I never once felt ill-at-ease. I brought my very-not-fancy little Chevy Sonic in to them yesterday with an issue that was badly repaired at another shop in town, and they had my car back to me less than 24 hours later, running like a dream. And I didn't have to sell a kidney to pay the bill! :) I will absolutely be using them for future repairs both large and small.

Excellent shop! We had an issue with our car for awhile and finally brought it in to be fixed, they were able to take it right away last minute with no hassle dropping it off the same night I called. and we got it back the day after! They were super friendly, great communication when it came to talking about you re car, super quick and persistent, this was our first time going here and will be coming back for sure! :)

Excellent work and great service I needed hub and bearing assembly done on my truck right away I bought the parts they put them in no hassles very quick turnaround. Other shops will take over a month just to look at my truck so Thank you Santana

After having my car break down and die in the middle of the road, Santanas was able to take my car on short notice and fixed it for me the same day. Very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. Highly reccomend.

Best and most trustworthy mechanics in town! I ve taken every vehicle that I could not fix myself to them and they ve always been able to diagnose and fix the problem. Pricing is super reasonable for a shop. They could charge as much money as they want for labor, but they choose to be reasonable, ethical people. Thank you Santana s! 5 stars every time

I have been going to Santana's for 10 years. Only ever had one problem. The work has been superior. Mr Santana is very fair and very professional.they have helped me keep my truck on the road. A few years ago ( 72 thousand miles ago) I paid $3200 for a new transmission. I paid Springfield transmission for extra stuff for my transmission to beef it up so it would not die agian. They didn't do what they said. Transmission dies. Santana fixes it for 1000 less. I will not be going anywhere with my repair needs. Mr Santana is a good man. I had a minor amount of frustration with an office person that was a bit confused and made things confusing. That being said I won't take my car anywhere else. Honest,fast and patent with all of my concerns and questions. My truck is running awesome. It's been a few months and no problems.. thanks guys you did a killer job .. now if I could just get it to get better mileage.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Would not recommend if you need engine work done. The mechanic that i was talking to told me that they had some miscommunication with the machine shop they use and it was going to cost ME an additional $500. I was charged that even though I did not authorize the work the machine shop did. The mechanic apologized for the mix up but the owners still made me pay the $500. Why should I be paying for their mistake? Then when all the work was done on my vehicle, 3 weeks later, it had a new issue that wasn't there when I originally took it in and the owner wanted to charge me to fix it. Would not recommend. Will not go back

Alternator quit in the middle of the road. We towed to Santana's where they would not return calls, could not take payments, would not do the work when said they would, and had a very unprofessional attitude. Anybody can replace an alternator, don't need a mechanic, but thought it would be convenient to have someone else do it. I was wrong, won't make that mistake again. Most unprofessional business I've ever done business with in Lebanon. Won't go back, will tell others not to.

Great mechanic. Reasonable pricing and repair time. My alternator went out and they squeezed me in on short notice and had my car back in less than 24 hours. Another time I had my transmission go out. Had that car back in less than a week.

Told me it would be a week or so . Had it done in just a day and a half! My dearly departed father never spoke a bad word about this company and neither can I. 1st time dealing with them myself and considering how fast and the fact I gave them the transmission I needed Installed and checked out, and the fact that it was done in 26 hours and back home before Thanksgiving $500 RnR plus filter kit and fluid making it $700 . I'll probably have them rebuild my old transmission next summer. I will recommend this shop to anyone needing a job done I can't do myself.

They fixed my leaking radiator in short order and did an outstanding job. Their price was more than reasonable and I got it back the same day. I would not trust my 2004 buick century to anyone else.

My mother in law, who is elderly and on a fixed budget, goes to Santana because it is within walking distance to her home in case she needs to leave her car. These guys are fantastic!! I can't say how wonderful they treat her each time she comes in. They are so honest and nice to her. She actually didn't understand why they wouldn't change her oil the first time she went in but when my husband looked at it, he said they were very honest because her oil looked fine.She loves them - she even took them donuts the last time she went in!

I went in with my truck while visiting family..in Albany.I was willing to have whatever was necessary done to fix a drivetrain issue.I came at 7:30 AM Monday after talking with Santana on Sat. and left my truck all day.I never got a call at all but when I called them at 3PM they said there was nothing wrong.B.S. they weren't even interested in listening or going for a drive to show the issue.This was a complete blowoff and also a complete waste of my time.I recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere. If the check engine light isn't on or if it hasn't completely broken these guys won't lift a finger.So much for true mechanics...

I really like the work they do. They are honest. Their communication skills leave something to be desired. I've never had as phone call ssying the were finished. Its always a guess. Again, i do trust them to do great job.

Really came to the rescue. I'm over 250 miles from home and they let us in right before close, ordered the part to be delivered in minutes, and installed right away. The price was better than I could even ask for. Thank you so much!

1st experience with Santana's Transmission. I have to agree with other reviews that they were friendly, genuine, and honest. Apparently, just low on fluid and they didn't charge anything. Will be back if our car needs fixing.

Went to Santana's for a blown radiator. The guys did a fast, fantastic job at a great price. Would definitely repeat business and would recommend to everyone.

My mom had an appointment scheduled there for over a week to get her rack and pinion replaced. We showed up that morning to drop her car off; they didn t have the parts ready and apparently hadn t written down her appointment, so they didn t remember that she was even coming in. Very disorganized.

Took my boyfriend s car in to get fixed, told them exactly what was wrong with it and what we needed, was told it would be a couple of days and after a week of not hearing back I called to get an update just to be told there s nothing wrong with the car, because they can t figure out what is the problem (it needs a new motor) Won t be going back, my boyfriend had been a customer for years until now .

They quoted me a price to flush my raidtor and I even had my own supplys they quoted me 80$ and when I went to pick up my car they charged me 123.76 for supply I furnished for them won't go there again

These guys are great have taken cars to them a few times over the years, they do a great job and don't charge an arm and a leg only place I'll go.
