Got today, the gentleman served another car before us when we were there first. When it came time to tell him, what we wanted; he acted like he was put out. We told him, thank you and have a nicer day with no response from him!!! Now I understand how hot it was today, because we are older, like himself and the heat can be quite draining. However I don't think that the attitude should have been there, especially working in customer service!!!!!!

Employees aren't even capable of a preset and act like it's the customer's fault when asked for a refund. What was only a $6 mistake could have easily been $80+ in our truck. Either way, it WAS NOT the customer's fault. We aren't allowed to pump ourselves, or we gladly would.

Jeff c was very rude and asked if we had any discounts I said " I don't know "He didn't listen and didn't ask for phone number so when I tried to get his attention politely he said "you'll have to wait" then asked for a phone number and I told him and he put it in the machine and said " oh look no discounts" very snarky like. Overall not a friendly presents

Fairly fast, and pleasant. Showed up to get gas when no one was there and one of the attendants snapped at me like I should have known what was going on. For some reason the card readers were down and they couldnt pump gas. I just thought i had caught a break because they were busy when i had stepped into the store before hand.

I rarely completely redo a review. I prefer to give an update. This is that rare occurrence.I officially posted a 1 star review following a very negative interaction with a gas attendant (Christian). Fowl language along with being told that I should take my business to a competing gas station for better service.Along with my negative review I called in a complaint to the customer service line. I did not really expect any action regarding this incident.I rather quickly received a call from a supervisor at this location. I am highly impressed that this issue was followed up on and not just shuffled to someone's inbox to fall into the "who cares" file shredder. It renews my loyalty. Thank you!

Twice now I have pulled in and waited too long for gas. The first time I watched the older blonde haired guy just stand at 1 pump while several other cars were waiting. It seemed like he was ignoring the other cars. One lady even left that side of the station and pulled in on the other side of me since she was being ignored. I was about to get out and fuel myself then finally another older man came. He asked me if i had rewards and gave him my number. I didn't plan on using my rewards if I had any but without asking he applied my 20 cents off to my $20 fill. As I was leaving I had to mention that the lady still hadn't got fuel. The second time the same crew was working and pulled in and noticed nobody was getting fueled except 1 car. There were maybe 6 total cars. Several people came out and had to approach the attendants to get fuel. It is ridiculous. If you see the two older men working just get out and pump yourself. The younger guys do a good job.

This is the second time this has happened. I ended up driving away after the employee waited on cars that arrived after me. This is why we need to be able to pump our own fuel.

The last handful of times I've gone to fuel up at Lebanon Safeway I've been seen driving up and had to sit and wait while some of their attendees are either standing at a preset pump for a fill ,chit chatting for 15 to 20 min before getting to my car. Then they don't return to my cat after it's been done for a good 5 -10 minutes. So if your in a hurry to get to work and your stopping there for gas.. leave early. Very rude as well..

Staff is slow, more than 1 car left while waiting at the pump for service. And I almost hung my own up, but since we can't right now we had to wait....very annoying since it was a Saturday in Lebanon and busy!

Literally the slowest moving person I have ever seen. Watched him leisurely stroll past me and help 2 cars that pulled up after I did. Stopped here purely for convenience and ended up leaving to get gas elsewhere.

When I was getting the gas filled up sure wish you would have had romance novel from this website Popsugar in with the food.I was on a trip and for got my book sure would have been easier getting a book.

Good place to stop for gas, we don't do all our shopping at Safeway, but usually enough to get us some discount on the gas. The attendants are usually pretty friendly and quick to get you back on your way. They also have a mini store so you can get snacks and drinks to save you time from having to go into the store.

I asked for help with a propane tank. They said they would be right out,and then they never came out. So I went down the street to a local place and got service right away. Not to mention was treated very well being a cold day. I will almost always choose local. Almost always better.

This place is horrible.The attendees ignore you and walk away from your car.Go ANY PLACE ELSE.....2/14/2023....only station open in town gave them another try...I give them-5 stars still horrible customer service and the attitude of the attendant was Snarky after we waited 3 minutes for change when their was only one other car.He said Sorry we had a phone call.Okay 3 attendees to answer a call.

I personally don't care for Safeways gas stations. Is option a long wait time getting your fuel and half the time the employees aren't real courteous. sorry Safeway but I give you three

So I go to this gas station because I can use my points I accumulate on my Safeway card and get money off the last four times that I've had $0.30 or more one time I even had $0.80 they would say that it's not on my card I have to actually go in the store before I'm going to use it if it's really important that I have to go in and get a receipt that shows how many points are available because the card when they swipe it will say no points so just know that if you swipe it and they say you have no points and you know you do you might want to go in the store and buy like a pack of gum and then get a receipt and I'll show you what you have not sure why this is happening but it's significant if you have you know almost a dollar off of Gatlin it's a big deal it adds

Using my Safeway points in getting $0.40 off per gallon is pretty darn nice considering the price of gasoline these days. Go Safeway fuel station!

The attendant pumping gas wasn't wearing a mask. This is absolutely appalling. It is a simple task that KEEPS PEOPLE SAFE!

It's a place to get fuel, they usually have it there. Come to think of it I've never gone there and had them say we're out. Hmm
