Just purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 from Steffen. First thing buying experience was awesome everything I looked at was nice and not trashed, price was great I didn t even feel a need to try talking them down due to the price is already fair. I test drove the truck and saw it before it even went into the shop, fast forward a few days and picked up the truck nice and clean, all ready to go. After about 100 miles of driving it in the first day the check engine light came on. I text Steffen gave him a heads up, took it back and was instantly greeted by Steffen, grabbed the service manager and scanned the code to find out a sensor went out. They instantly replace the sensor and sent me on my way. Great service great experience I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle! Thanks Jared, Steffen and everyone else! I will be back for the next!

Erick Windsor is the example of great service! Everyone at this dealership operates with high levels of integrity and service. My family and I felt so welcomed. If you have young kids and are looking for a car come to primasing dealers. Truly a family friendly environment. Erick really took care of us and it felt like we had known him for years. Although I have never done business with them, there is a well established dealership in Lebanon and I have heard Great news about primasing motors. They are also very active in their willingness to sponsor community events.

Amazing experience!!This is the difference between buying from a small down to earth dealership, and a big conglomerate where you are just a number.I flew in from another state, was picked up at the airport, and the whole time the salesperson (Erick) was at my side making me feel at home. No up selling, no convincing, just pure customer service. Thank you Primasing Motors!Would definitely suggest this dealership over other big Chevy dealerships

Jordan Jeffers at Primising was awesome. I told him what car I wanted, and he found exactly what I was looking for within 24 hours. The whole process was flawless. I m very happy with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Outland edition. I can t recommend Jordan enough for a positive car buying experience.

I purchased my Buick enclave here a few years back and had the BEST experience, but this review is for their service department. I did not have an appointment and called to see if they could take me in right away. Not only were they accommodating, but every staff member is very kind and helpful. I felt very taken care of and they did not try to and sell me on anything I did not need like other places I have been. I will only be getting my car serviced here from now on.

Clear communication between staff and customer. Mechanic answered my questions clearly (not easy to do when the customer is as mechanically illiterate as myself) Upfront about costs and expectations. Complimentary car wash was included.Only thing I would change is a bigger customer parking lot :)

This was the most wonderful car shopping experience in my life! Not only was every single person who assisted me very kind and very helpful, they all went out of their way, and above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get financed for the vehicle I wanted. They all even stayed after hours so that I could get my kids put to bed and come back to be able to sign the paperwork and get everything finalized that night since I was going on a trip the next day. Thank you so much again to Erick, Donny, and Kim! :)

These GM guys are absolutely awesome! We highly recommend Primasing for new vehicle shopping. They treated us with the utmost respect and catered to everything we asked for. Bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado and we wanted several factory parts installed and even changed our mind and wanted a different bed liner a few days after having it and they accommodated us anyway. We will be buying here for years to come! Erick was outstanding and their manager Jared goes above and beyond. He sat with us for over an hour going through information and recommendations about various options on the trucks. Casey, the owner also took excellent care of us! Visit these guys when you purchase a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I Had one of the best experiences ever, working with Jordan and Jered at Primasing Motors! I was not sold a truck. They helped me buy it! I didn t feel rushed or pushed when it came to making my choice. Jordan was patient, authentic, competent and very professional as he helped me and my family with our purchasing decision. The truck itself was gorgeous. In great shape and drives like a dream. Just as advertised. I highly recommend shopping with Jordan and Jered. Yeah. Car buying usually takes awhile. But the process was smooth and felt good. I am beyond happy and extremely grateful to have stopped by Primasing Motors this week. Thanks again guys

The service department young lady is amazing. Just bought this car and had an issue with several warning lights coming on on the long weekend. She got it in first available and got it diagnosed and parts ordered. Thank you for your promptness and getting back on the road quickly.

Donny and Kim really helped putting me in the vehicle of my dreams. Great open and clear communication with us both having the same goal. Low interest rates and not selling me anything I didn t need (all the extras in the end most used dealership push). As a 1st time buyer, it was a pleasure buying a car off this lot. 11 out of 10!

Jordan was helpful and we had a few visits. He worked with us to the end and we ended up with a great travel trailer. Jared helped us with the financing and we ended up with a better rate the next day than we started with. Very happy with the experience at Primasing and will buy again.

We are very pleased with Primasing Motors. We live out of town and they were willing to meet halfway to drop off our new vehicle. Jordan was very helpful and professional, even after the fact, when we ran into a small issue with the car, and they made it right in a very timely manner! Would recommend buying from them. I will never go back they told me that they would talk to the bank when they didn t and never been to a place that the sales guy is the finance guy too lots of red flags and took them over two weeks to do the deal and I had to call them when I wanted a update not good service at all .

Great dealership, Jordan was awesome to work with. The truck I came to look at was exactly as described and Jordan explained everything with it in detail so I knew what I was coming to see before driving 2 hours to them. Although we couldn t come to a deal on the truck with my trade in being valued higher than the truck I wanted I would definitely do future business with Primasing Motors.

Jordan helped me with getting our family a new travel trailer we had initially looked at a nice trailer on the lot and decide against it. A few days later he called us to let us know that there was an even better one that just came onto the lot for a little bit more so we jumped on it. Jordan is very knowledgeable and funny, and he s a great guy to work with, if you ever need a new or used vehicle he s the guy to go to at Primasing in Lebanon.

Over the last two years my daughter bought her first car and has loved it ever since. In working with Erick Windsor, he made sure that she was taken care of and when I was ready to let go of my Ford (Which I had 20+ years) Erick was also there to help. Still even after the deal was done he follows up to make sure things are still good.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my truck from Primasing Motors. Erick Windsor went above and beyond the entire way. I began my search with dealerships in Eugene and could not believe how much better the service was at Primasing. They listened to what my priorities were and I never felt pressured or like they were giving me the "hard sell" like I did with the Eugene dealerships. Next time I will go straight to Primasing for my next truck or car purchase.

Great customer service! Donny and Kim were great to work with .very friendly. The buying process was very simple, to the point, and no pressure! I was able to drive off with my new pickup just an hour after taking it for a drive. Highly recommended Primasing for their sales and service!

We came all the way up here for a 2010 GMC listed on the internet, which we viewed just yesterday. With the FULL intention of buying it, we hopped in the car this morning, because it is STILL listed on their website today! Well, yep you all guessed it. Classic bait & switch, they said, it was "just" sold yesterday. But wait, theres a Jeep we can buy. WTH? DO NOT ever do business with ANY car establishments that practice bait & switch! You have been warned.

My recent visit to Primasing was a great experience. They quickly diagnosed my car problem, took time to explain the issue, and offered me a more generous discount than stated on the coupon I had from Chevy. They also provided quick friendly service when installing one last part the next week. Not fun to have car problems, but it's nice to know they are there when you need them.
