Bald Chris was the most helpful and knowledgeable parts guy I have met in awhile. Needed some little nuts and bolts for a1993 gmc and he got real creative and found me a solution.

Employee skinny guy that drives a handa with no hood on it is very rude. Y ask if u can help me then act the way he did like he was just annoyed he had to do anything. I will never go there again!

I've been in here a few times and the service is always spectacular. I really appreciate the employees taking good care of their customers by being both friendly and knowledgeable. The last time I was in for some spark plugs, and they were able to make some good recommendations and reminded me to get another product that I needed. This is my go to auto parts store in Lebanon.

Had to get wipers, they installed them for me. They are very good no more noise, have had several sets and they all mad noise and drove me crazy. The only problem was they were expensive $50.00. But it is worth it just to stop the noise.

It was raining so hard and my windshield wipers had split in half. I walked into NAPA and was immediately helped. So nice and friendly. They picked out the best pair of wipers and then installed them for me. Bless their hearts.

This place is so overpriced it's insane.. I have never ever felt like I got a good deal here...Buy an AC compressor on Amazon for $150 compared it to the one I got from Napa for $500 and it's the exact same one.It's a miracle this company hasn't gone down under.

Been doing business with this store a looonngg time and have always been pleased... Staff have always been helpful...prices have always been fair to great..just like all other competitor's...these guy's will bust a nut for you...TRY-EM

I was at this store this morning to get a few items and there was a customer in there without a mask and nobody called him out plus one of the behind to counter employees didn't have one either. Never going back to this store again as obviously NAPA doesn't care about health of the community.

Most helpful auto parts store in town, go somewhere else if you want complete incompetence and snake oil. AutoZone O'Reilly being the example.
