We have been appreciating the work they do to get our vehicles fixed for us. They are great employees there that have lots of experience and knowledge of the vehicles they work on. Great customer service to let us know what is the problem and what would we like to do on it getting fixed. Just like the whole atmosphere there that makes you trust them on the vehicle getting it fixed right.Service: Engine repair

I had my Honda Civic sitting in a storage locker in Albany for 3 years since the pandemic started. I was going to school at OSU but had to go back home to Wisconsin due to family reasons. Anyways, they got my car road ready and I drove it the 30 hours back to Wisconsin without any issues. I highly recommend Miller's! They are honest and have integrity. They didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. This is a great family owned auto repair service. My daughter had her car stuck in Lebanon and my usual mechanic is all the way in Salem so I had her car towed to Miller's and spoke to Jenna over the phone to coordinate everything and it went seamlessly. She ordered a new starter and it was replaced within a couple of hours and she even made it so easy for my daughter to pick the car up after business hours from a lock box outside of the facility. My son took his car in they charged him $145 for a diagnostic his car was not diagnosed and they cleaned battery cables and charged battery cus it went dead over night while parked there. They never got the code to come back on after battery died and only test drove it 7 miles so it didn't come back on. Won't refer my kids to them again that's ridiculous. Still don't know what's wrong with it another shop is looking at it ATM and the check engine light is back on but in order for him to take it back to Millers they will charge him same price as last time. Not Happening!!!! Took it elsewhere!

I bought a used car from a used car lot and when I had taken it home (was driving just fine when test driving it and driving it home) and that's when the engine light popped on. These guys were quick with their business and I was able to pull it into they're business to diagnose the issue monday morning. They did a full diagnosis (this was covered by the dealer and the repairs), and figured out the problem asap and got it fixed in 2 1/2 days. By far best people to talk to they're very nice and answered any questions I had. 10/10 thank you for your help.

The front desk assistant was super awesome and helped with everything we needed. They got me in to the shop same day to get my car fixed.We will definitely be using Miller's as our shop now! Took my car there to get a "shudder" diagnosed. Was asked to drop it off on Wednesday night so they would have it all day on Thursday. I was called around 4 pm on Thursday for more information. At that time I was told they didn't want to drive it again because there was no oil touching the dipstick. Yes, I needed an oil change car system said I had 14% oil life left. But , I have no leaks and I know it had oil in it. They close @ 5:30 and no mention was made that they were closed on Friday. Therefore, I was without a car from Wednesday night until 3 pmish on Monday when they told me they couldn't "flash" my transmission I would have to take it elsewhere. $211. .. ugh!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

After receiving subpar service and an obscenely high quote from another local mechanic, I took my car in on Wednesday morning for a valve cover replacement and it was ready later that same day.Price was very reasonable, just over 1/3 of the cost of the prior shops quote. Overall a very easy experience and incredibly accommodating, quick, and affordable. Really could not ask for anything more.Service: Auto maintenance

Miller s Auto is a life saver!! I will never go to another mechanic and haven t in years. My car was having issues not starting and I stopped by and explained what was happening. They were able to look up how old my battery was and confirm with a machine is was about dead. They installed one right then and there. I was back on the road in no time. I love these guys! I was hearing a rattle in my 2012 RAV4, and they found it as several things connected to the serpentine belt including the water pump. This car is my daily driver and very important to our whole family! Thanks Miller's! Being new to the state and not having my old mechanic to run to for a quick fix on my car, I felt overwhelmed with who do I call and choose with so many mechanics out there. Came across Millers Auto and it reminded me of where I took my car back home. Felt like a mom n pops shop with a warm welcome. I ve been there twice now and I would totally recommend them! This was our third time using Miller's in the past year or so. We have a 2003 F150 that is still running great thanks to them and a 2013 Ford Escape that was giving Transmission Fault alerts that they were able to resolve. They worked us into their busy schedule and called with diagnostics and updates. A terrific experience. I will be using their expert service again for sure. "Stu" is a great representative of the shop and explained everything to me about my Blazer that I could understand(I know nothing about working on vehicles). Thanks so much to his mechanic, no more leaks! He also took a little extra time after I paid to bill.. gave me some tips on a project I had that I wanted to give up on.. really made it simple for me to understand.. and I got it done! 5 STAR SERVICE!

I brought a car in from out of state for a son at school in Lebanon. It definitely needed some work to restore it to driving condition. Jenna was the main point of contact and was awesome from start to finish. I was really nervous about using someone I did not know 1,100 miles from home. The work was completed early, the agreed upon price stayed the same, and my son said the car is running great. Extremely happy with the work Miller's Auto Repair did on our car.

I wasn t sure what was wrong with my 2013 F150. The engine light would blink then turn off. I thought it might be the transmission or something very serious.I only had to wait a couple days for a appointment. Millers diagnosis was a bad coil - much less than a new transmission. And I got it back the same day of the scheduled service.So far my truck is running good.Services: Engine repair, Oil change
