Just stopped in to pay my bill , set up auto pay, and get some protective glass for a phone. Wes and his manager Steve made our time there pleasant as usual. Great place and great service.

Geena Davis and Wesley... Gave us great customer service, help my fiance beth transferring all her stuff from her old phone to her new phone.. I highly suggest you come here to get your next phone they'll take care of you.

Easily the best cell phone shopping experience I've ever had. I went to store after store from albany to Portland and it was just awful. Huge shout out to Wendy, Paul, and Chris for their help. They were actually happy to be there and willing to get the right information if they didn't have it in front of them. Shopping for phones doesn't have to suck after all.

I have nothing but good things to say, even when I am not sure about what I did to make my phone not work right, and stopped by here, I got the help from the ppl who work there and left happy. I would recommend this one.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! Their customer service is horrible. A new phone was ordered and they said it would be a week for the phone. It ended being 3 - 4 weeks and by the time the phone was going to be picked up it the application for the phone expired. The process has to be started over again and then the current phone was deactivated. This is entirely their fault and now a payment has to be made to reactivate the current phone and they won t pay for it. Now instead of paying for the phone outright, monthly payments have to be made with interest. It is completely absurd and terrible customer service. Accidents happen but to not change anything or help in any way to prevent it costing more and charging for something that was their fault is awful! Worst experience from any business ever!

Extremely convenient! They are the only place I know of that sells the type of charging cord compatible with my iPhone.They not only had the right cord, they made sure it was the correct one before selling it to me.The employee is professional and always remembers to say have a good day.

Kelsi and Dion were awesome! I purchased a new iPhone from them and they ported over all of my data from my old phone to my new one flawlessly. They treated me very well and they could not have been nicer.

This location is amazing!!! The employees are beyond nice and will go out of their way to help you as much as they can. They have outstanding rate plans with awesome perks like amazon prime & google1!! I would highly recommend switching to Metro By T-Mobile

Called ahead of time to get a price to add a line on a 2year ongoing account, was really friendly over the phone and got every question I had answered. Came into the store to find out the quote i was given was incorrect, the phone i currently have couldn't be swapped with another free one, and it was going to be almost a hundred bucks more than what they told me over the phone, the phone service is great but if u want anything else other than what u already have then ur SOL!

We switched from Verizon 2 Metro PCS many years ago and have been very happy! The price difference alone is unbeatable and a huge thank you to Monique for going above and beyond when purchasing our new A20's yesterday! Highly recommended!

Nice store. Nice place. Got new phones here a few days ago. The workers there are just a bit uninterested though. They aren't showing that they are interested in customers. Otherwise they do have nice manners, and make the process of doing anything easy and fast.

Five stars all the way!! The staff here are fantastic the manager there is on top of things with this store. It is clean and has a great selection of phones and plans. I will always go to this store and talk to my friends and family about it
