Went in and was honest about my ignorance on pistols. They immediately tried to take advantage and upsell me. However i am not the idiot they took me for. Ill never spend money there again.

I've known Mark for 25 years or so and not once did he or staff make me feel out of place. Whatever I sold or bought was ALWAYS a straight up deal. Keep up the good work Mark and staff

Went in for the first (and last) time today with the hopes of picking up some used video games, movies or music equipment. EVERY game that I looked at was so badly damaged it was like a 4 year old was given a fork and the discs to play with. HORRIFIC damage to all of their games and they somehow think they're worth $5.00-$25.00 each. And some of them were clearly old bootlegged home burn jobs. Seriously? DVDs and blue-rays were priced much more reasonably but if a disc is so badly damaged that it clearly will never play again, even a dollar a piece is asking too much. Decent selection of guitars and the customer service was OK, but I got the impression they were much more focused on being a guns and ammo store rather than a pawn shop, so it was a pretty quick and less than impressive visit.

Nice enough guys, but don't believe anything the counter help tell you. The boss can and will swoop in after a deal has been made and tell the clerk-in front of you- to "offer they guy less, but without insulting him.".Was a waste of my time.

Well they scalp the ammo from bimart. It's only good if you have cash I had 12$ for a 15$ item and asked if they would do 3$ on my card and they said they only do it for purchases 10$ and up. It was 3$ from a 15$ purchase seriously. I was looking at their prices and to be honest easily overpriced stuff such as a bubbaed luger for 2800 or so. They were not so bad 3 years ago but now it's really bad. Plus customer service was bad too.

They were at the Albany gun show selling their wares when I got my first semi auto pistol for a great price and it goes boom everytime which I can't complain there. Kinda far to shop at but if I'm in the area I'll stop by

Funny thing that's been happening in Lebanon since the ammo shortage. As soon as bi-mart gets ammo in, that ammo disappears and then reappears on the pawn shop shelfs for double the price. I asked an employee about this and was told they were "providing a service" by making ammo available for longer by scalping it. They also wanted more than 300 dollars over new MSRP for a used shotgun with a loose front sight and missing rear aperture. When I tried to talk them down the employee said "well, that's the market".It's the market shops like yours made by taking advantage of your own pro-2a allies. I'm happy to drive to Corvallis or Salem to not give money to dishonest scalpers.Every dollar you give this shop is used to take advantage of the next customer.

Extremely disappointed walked in looking for 9mm ammo and intriegd by the sign we have 9mm ammo and AR for 699.00 walked in the door with over 2000 in my wallet expecting to buy an AR and ammo for my 9 also noticed they had a mossberg Shockwave that my father inlaw wants who was with me and would have bought it on the spot. However the people I will not call them men or gentlemen were so rude and didn't even seem to care that I was interested in spending money in their store. Highly unrecommended we will never return and never spend a dime at there store. All you had to do was be polite and you probably would have had your biggest sale of the day. But now I will tell everyone I know to not bother coming in because it's just a waist of time with some extremely rude people

I give them 4 to 5 stars for their pricing on used fire arms, I give them 6 stars on their lay-a-way. And 2 stars on What They Will pay for used guns. (Pawn shop, not a gun shop).Their tools and electronics are priced pretty good too. -- friendly salesmen

Bad customer service.I feel unwanted every time I come into this place. Management looks at you like your a burden rather than a customer. Low ball you on anything you want to sell. So don t even try to pawn anything here and their prices are wack. I could do well with the prices if I actually felt welcomed here.

Horrible service. I buy silver rounds once or twice a month. Today was the third time ive been ignored completely. One customer in the shop, two workers. Stood at counter, worker not waiting one the other guy looked at me twice. He wasnt on the phone, or doing any other work. Just completely ignored. Im done with this place, will be doing business in albany from now on.

I dont usually do reviews but this had to be my first, If I could Id put no stars because the experience here was that horrible. I went to pawn my PS4 and when I went inside the man that we dealt with was rude and had no manners; Continuing to chew his food while talking with us, Then when he tested my system he shoved the hdmi cord in so hard it broke the port. making it unusable. I went to gamestop to ask what could be the problem and they told me the hdmi port was the problem, thankfully they bought my now broken console. When I called him to explain what happened he replied with "Yeah, Ok whatever." Before hanging up. I have never in my life dealt with such bad service, and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. In fact ill tell people to avoid this place if they want value the things theyre bringing in.

This place has a great selection of firearms and knowledgeable staff to help you with your purchase. Fair and reasonable. Often have good selection of tools and musical equipment.

I have bought many things before from fast cash and don t expect them to remember me every time I go in, but today I went in with a problem on my firearm and brandon fixed it for me no charge he just knew what he was doing and helped me out.

If they even "acted" like the customer was important to them it would be a good place to go. Instead, you have to talk about guns, buying them, selling them, and of course, shooting them or else you are unimportant to them in their store.

I personallyWill not be going back thay were veary rude and disrespectful i was not able to read the price on some of there merchandise because that wrote over it with sharpi .the guy was in the middle of helping me the phone rang he picks it up then yells at the outher guy and sead u want to come take this guys money thought that was veary rude of him

I like the selection of items there. The staff would always get what I requested whether it is a firearm or a specific coin. It s a pawn shop so I don t expect the best deals for my used items, however, the lay-a-way plan is excellent.

Would not recommend for anything. It might seem like they have alright deals. But all their electronics are jacked up. Do not work. And they only give in-store credit. That place sucksss. Plus the management has horrible customer service.
