I was impressed with the family business. Their longevity attests to their success and I found them to be honest and helpful. Daughter Sara was knowledgeable and sold me an awesome Mini Cooper. Not bad since I was her first customer. I recommend this dealership. They will treat you like family.

I purchased a truck from Jimi at Crocker's Cars in February, 2023. The truck broke down with serious issues on February 8th. I called Jimi and asked if Crocker's was willing to help. He was extremely, extremely rude and other than the "warranty" Jimi sold me, basically told me I was on my own. He refused to help with towing, and definitely refused to help cover any repairs. I recently found out that the owner of Crocker's Cars is saying they offered to do the towing (if i couldn't get it done) which is 100% false.Jimi sold me a warranty for $4850. Unfortunately i haven't had experience with buying a vehicle before, so I didn't know how dishonest a dealership could legally be, so i didn't know to ask more about the warranty. The warranty Jimi sold me will only ever pay up to $5,000. With interest, i am paying almost $6,000 for a warranty that will only ever cover $5,000.The transmission in this truck just went out, and after seeing a negative review about Crocker's by my family, the owner called and ultimately offered to pay for half of the transmission repair cost. He said he was doing this to be "fair." Come to find out, he was only doing it to get the negative post Crocker's Cars deserved removed. The owner lied saying he was sending half of the transmission repair cost. Once any review was removed, the owner of this dealership sent a message saying he "wasn't excited to help us out" and has not done what he said he would. All we wanted was for him to be fair. We haven't asked anything more.He knows their dealership scammed me with their warranty, offered to be "fair" then LIED.I think anyone who is considering trying your luck at Crocker's Cars should RUN. Find somewhere else to do business. Dishonestly and lies,a dealership who will take advantage of a first time vehicle buyer.

Let me start this review by explaining how much I hate car shopping. Never been a fan of the pushy sales guys I've experienced in the past. Completely different experience at Crocker's. My daughter and I were car shopping for a graduation gift for her & decided to stop by. Jimmy (salesman) greeted us as soon as we got there with a worm welcome. Jimmy noticed that my daughter was a little cold & he went in the office and grabbed her a coat. He brought me a hot cup of coffee and we were off in the car shopping world. Jimmy's demeanor was awesome, the atmosphere was never rushed or pushy. Long story short Jimmy found the perfect car for my kid at really good price. Thank you Crocker's & thank you Jimmy & Mitchell for giving my daughter and I a really good car buying experience!!

Recently was on the search for a commuter car. I m from the coast and always go to the valley to avoid rust from the salt in the air on the coast at the dealerships. Family friend recommended this dealership as they have had great experience!! Had an easy time from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered. I think I was only there for just over 2 hours from start to finish! Always nice to feel like you have a reliable place to shop!

Very kind hearted people. I brought my 18 year old nephew in to buy his first vehicle and his experience couldn t have been any better. They made sure he got what he was looking for! Even with the credit my nephew has. They are patient and very helpful.I will forever refuse to buy from any other car lot. Thanks team, we appreciate you!

Jimi was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the day and was a pleasure to work with. I'm extremely happy with my purchase from Crocker's. The process was great and working with Jimi made the day go smooth! Definitely will be buying a car again from there down the road!

This place was a hit, not only for myself buying a new truck but my family as well. I went in knowing what I wanted but was uncertain on other makes and models that I hadn't had experience with. Jimi stepped right up to the plate and was VERY knowledgeable on every model in their lot. Buying a car or truck these days can be sketchy and you want transparency all the way through your transaction, if that's what your looking for then Crocker's is where you want to be! Not to mention my 8Year old had a blast checking out all the cool trucks. Thanks Jimi for having my back

Love this place! I have always hated shopping for cars, but this experience was easy and fast. We worked with Jimi and he was super helpful and answered all our questions and wasn t pushy like the typical car salesman. Purchased a 2017 Chevy 3500 with little over 50k miles on it. Drove the truck home and issues started to occur. Coolant light came on to start. Issue was fixed under warranty. Went to get an alignment done and tires rotated and now the truck needs a pitman arm and front brakes. The tires are torque cracked almost down to the cords so will need to purchase tires even though the tread looks decent.Don t know what to really say other then I don t recommend this dealer for purchasing your next pickup.Issue after issue!! Good luck!

Jimi and Mitch opened up the dealership on Sunday when they typically closed on Sundays just to help me with my loan. I don t have AMAZING credit per se but they were able to get me approved for a 2018 RAM truck. They were very informative with all questions I had. You can t go wrong with Crocker s Cars. They are absolutely amazing and SUPER helpful.

Bought a car from Crockers 5 years ago and she ran like a champ! I came back 5 years later and bought another one and I couldn t be anymore happier with my purchase! Such an amazing team over there. Definitely will be back again next time!

Buying a used car is not fun but at least Jimi made it smooth and easy. I m pretty darn happy with my vehicle too. I ll go back to Crocker s next time I m in the market for a vehicle.

Don't buy a car from here!!!! These people are rude over priced and treat you like an idiot. They bully byou in to warrantys that don't cover anything. Over priced rude people owner acts like he will take care of the issue only to make the issue out to be your own. I have had many family go through them and all regretted their choice. We were going to get a SUV from them but dude treated us like we were to poor. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had.

Bought a RAV4 from these guys it had issues the next day after bringing it home, took it back they claimed to had it fixed after keeping it over a week, brought it home again and within a week same issues ! They told me it was just a computer issue. More like the torque converter was shot. Never again will I go to or recommend this lot.My son bought a truck from them at the same time and found out the next few days it was not even safe to be on the road.

Negotiated a deal on a consignment truck. He had to approve the offer with the owner. Had financing lined up. He pestered me all day. And then he sold it from under me while I was en-route, from 200mi away. Wouldn't be surprised, if the PO got scammed out of the offered difference, too.Hey, if you sold a 2016 Frontier through these guys, they got $28k for it.

I came to the realization quickly, that I made a huge mistake in trusting Crockers. Many vehicles are purchased in Spokane at auction - most come from Canada, Northern Washington, and Idaho. Others may be distressed merchandise that the owner of Crockers purchased for pennies on the dollar. The Owner has been taking advantage of customers for years and could care less about the local community. Many vehicles may have been in accidents, acquired rust damage, or have known mechanical issues. Beware of paint, and clear coat issues. Several motorhomes and trailers may have previous water damage. Do yourself a favor. Before you purchase anything from Crockers, have a trusted mechanic due an inspection. Get a carfax. Know the book value of your trade, and the value of the vehicle you want to buy. Look for rust damage, new undercoating, and water damage. Know your credit score and interest rate! Absolutely do not purchase any warranty offered by the Owner, Sales Manager/Finance Manager. I learned the hard way. Hopefully I can save some folks from being taken advantage of.

Looking for a car so glad i went here, the people are warm and they are not pushy. I couldnt be happier with my 2007 jeep commander. They come highly recommend, They have went way out of their way for me and I got what I was looking for. They spent time getting me the right loan for my needs.
