The Lebanon store was absolutely negligent about my son s vehicle. It was in 4 times and they kept charging us for an issue that I solved on my own. They never noticed there were hub spacer rings on the vehicle. I ended up buying 2 sets of rims and spacers at their suggestion finally I showed them and they still charged me for the work that needed to be done to put the original rims on with the right tires. It totaled around 950 dollars, which over all isn t that much but paying for their mistakes isn t something I m willing to do. I will never go back to Point S an any location. Side note, I did give them opportunity to make it right and I do not enjoy giving a negative review

Went in to have a screw removed from tire on a whim, right before they closed on a Saturday. Got me all fixed up in no time. Steven has superior customer service and the team did great!! Thank you!!

Went in to get a diagnostic test done. Leslie test drove and checked out the vehicle. He was very helpful and nice and printed out his notes. The guy at the register was great to talk to, he was knowledgable and nice also. I asked about appointments and you want to schedule in advance, and the type of appointment factors in the wait time.

An unfortunate mix of greedy and incompetent. Really wanted to like them, but... They refuse to change brake pads (~$60) without replacing entire rotors (~$550). And they were unable to diagnose a serious problem with brake lines/clutch hydraulics. Said everything was fine when everything was very much NOT fine. Had to take my car elsewhere to get the issues taken care of.

I walked into this place today and it felt like a morgue. Customer service is like zombieland. I just went back to good old trusty Les Schwab.

My experience with Canada is based only on propane purchases. When dealing with Canada Point S for propane, be ready to wait and don't expect attitudes to be very good. They'll leave you outside waiting as if they are busy as can be when in all actuality, they don't have any other customers at that time. They also tend to be very snobbish and give the impression that they think they are better than anyone filling their propane tanks. Prices are good though. If cost is all that matters to you, then Canaga Point S is the place to go.

Love this is family owned and operated for many generations. Good quality service at good quality pricing. I would like to add to this review. This facility in Lebanon works with their community. And does the best for their customers all the time. I recently had an issue with the wheel tire combination on my large backhoe for the field. Locating a brand new wheel was very difficult. But I needed to get the vehicle off. The paintball field so I could continue to run. They worked above and beyond to get the problem to where I could move the vehicle off the field so then I could later solve the problem by replacing the wheel which is the safest possible answer. I Do realize by fixing it this way. It's not a 100 %, and by them. Allow me to take the wheel and get it off. The field helping my business continued run is what sets them apart from other businesses.

Had a separated tire on my equipment trlr, went to Schwab's to match what was on it..Wanted $330 for one tire..Called Canaga and ended up replacing all 4, balanced, new lug nuts and Air pressure sensors in my pickup for price of 2 from LS...

Our battery failed while camping at a nearby park. I called Canaga Point S on a Saturday morning to get it replaced. They told me they could handle it OK and to bring it on in. I got the vehicle jumped, drove there, and within an hour, they had it replaced with an Interstate battery. The work was well done! Employees were friendly, it's a nice store, has a waiting area with Wi-Fi and TV, and the restroom was clean. I'd visit them again for help with tires or services; two thumbs up

I called a few weeks ago for an alignment and 2 wheel mount and balance was told 199 I go in they can t do the alignment without an additional camber kit even tho I explained the problem over the phone and was still only told the 199 and was never told there would be an additional charge to be fair it was only 20$ extra than I was originally told until they give me my keys tell me my car was done I go out the tires we re NOT put on whoever made the appoint didn t add the mount and balance on there so instead of the 199 I was told I ended up spending 285 after I had to go back in and inform them that the tires were not installed because I had to pay for the mount and balance after the camber kit and the alignment and wait even longer Very unorganized business I ve never had so many problems with a tire shop the mount and balance should have been free or at least discounted after all the issues I had

I wish I would have caught their names because the crew was outstanding. My wife picked up a nail in her tire on our way home and they promptly patched up our tire and we were back on the road. Thank you guys once again.

These guys are the best! As long as as I live in Lebanon I will go through them. Quick, fast, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, I could continue to say nice things but I think you get the picture.

Big waisted of time. Called in advance to make sure fast. After 1 1/2 hours they hadn't started. Promise 30 minutes.

Love this place. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. The staff at the counter are awesome as well. I highly recommend Canaga point S for all your tire and front end repairs. There fast and friendly attitude makes it my favorite tire center.

Eric was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my tires were mounted and balanced, then when the tire was no good he mounted another one for me without charging me anything the second time.. I made sure to leave him a tip for being so helpful.

In the past i have gotten service there before and it was awesome. Today we went and the lady was not very friendly. I went to desk to check in for appointment for car repairs and she just left me hanging there after i told her what we were there for. She didn't say anything else and was looking at the computer so i finally asked if she needed anything like the keys. She took it, but just was irritated and folded her arms together as we walked out. We went back 15 minutes before close to pick up and there were 3 or 4 employees, including the one lady, and none of them even acknowledged we had entered. I will assume this is a one off since we have had a great experience there before.

I was driving to a meeting when my tire air pressure sensor came on. While Jacob is my family, he handled my request to have it checked very professionally and was calm despite having a few other people to help at the same time. The guys had my car checked and fixed within 10 minutes and on my way. Relieved a lot of stress in the middle of my workday and I was so impressed with the quick work by the staff here! I also observed a man very kindly explaining to an elderly lady what she needed to do with her car and felt he was respectful and professional in his conversation with her. Great experience!

Since I was 5-years old, this place has has some pretty amazing people. I remember being a kid and they always patched my bike tires and swimming tubes. When I had trips with the adults, everyone was always friendly.As an adult, nothing has changed. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. They always fit me in and I never have a long wait.They absolutely will never charge an arm and a leg. That's why this location has always been my spot when I need stuff done.

Amazing! Every time I go in I get great service. They just replaced some tires for my truck and travel trailer and it turned out great. They found me the perfect tires for what I use my truck for and at a great price. And, when I ended up running late they bent over backwards to make sure I was well taken care of. Well done, Canaga team. I'll never go anywhere else for my tires.

Love how nice the guys in back are, they found a nail in my tire and fixed it for me... For Free... how awsome is that. No one does free anything these days. Thank You Point S your getting my family, my business, and MY business here on out.

Took 3 hr to mount and balance 4 tires. That's time in the shop. Fortunately they started working on it right away so I thought coll this will be quick.....Sr staff had to go find the younger employees who were to busy screwing around to do their jobs.
