Went to get some window switches for my vehicle. They ordered them up and got them for me the next day. If you are a veteran you can get a 10% discount too. I always support places that support our military.The staff was very helpful too. Prices are competitive to other stores so there is that. Lifetime guarantee with the duralast line too.Definitely recommend Lebanon Autozone.

They allways have what I need, but if they don't it can be oredered with pretty fast procurement. The manager Krystal even opened today in the not so great weather. She is a Rockstar!

I ve purchased many items and returned to the store again and again. The staff is knowledgeable and you usually don t have to wait long for questions or checkout. Selection has been good for things I ve needed.

Very nice staff, helped me quickly. The part I needed wasn't in but the got it place on order and expect it to be there the next day. The five stars goes completely to the staff, they we're quick to help and were absolutely fabulous to speak with while getting what I needed squared away.

Went in the other day and the girl we got was extremely rude to both me and my dad, didn'tget her name but she had pink hair.... We got some parts and told her to put in on my brother's account which we had permission and she processed to say she couldn't do that without him there....So we told her that the guy next to her who also works there did it last time for us with no problems....She then said well I wouldn't want to ruffle any ones feathers so I will do it one time and if I lose my job then whenever right whatever... She really needs to work on her attitude towards customers.

Warren is the man! Outstanding customer service, I could not determine the part I needed for my RV but Warren figured it out right away, but not all the praise goes to Warren. Cody and Javier also go above and beyond. Nothing but good things to say here. Thank you all.

Went I bought my used 2005 nissan armada from a dealer 18 months ago the battery was weak and the dealer replaced it with a duralast from AutoZone and gave me the receipt for it for the warranty. I called AutoZone this morning and they said they won't honor the warranty because it was purchased by the dealer. They lost a loyal customer today

Terrible experience. I was waiting for them to open up so I ran over to burger King. The old guy I'm assuming is the manager called the cops on me. So I wouldn't go to AutoZone unless you want the cops to potentially get called on you. Rediculouse. Ok Lu's I was purchasing wheel studs and he acted as if I was a neusance. Even shook his head and groaned when he handed me back my change. I always look at serial numbers on my bills. Left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Went to get a oil filter for sons car I explained what car, engine, model for a oil filter he then decided the customer on the phone was more important then me standing right in front of him. He finished up the phone sale then he got back to me and asked I knew what size filter because there was two. Apparently he did not know how to input the engine size and model of my car into his computer because there is only one size filter for this car. This is not the first time that I have had major issues with this AutoZone but this is my last. Poor customer service

I order a part for my car and I picked it up started taking my car apart got it already and cleaned up started to put it back together and about half way threw noticed I had the wrong parts so I gave them a call and let them know they figured out what had happened and fixed it right there on the phone pretty quick and ordered me the right part I needed and had there first thing the next morning. Very friendly.

On my way to work one morning, 1 of my windshield wipers flew off unexpectedly. It was foggy, wet, and I worried about driving home without a windshield wiper. I wanted to take care of it before the end of the day. I called my local AutoZone and spoke to a man named Kenny. I told Kenny my situation, had planned to come in on my 30 min lunch break, and entrusted in Kenny to select a pair of new windshield wipers, for my vehicle. I told Kenny I wanted ones that were going to be reliable, but were not too expensive, but also weren't super cheap. I also informed him that I would not have a lot of time due to my lunch break. Kenny told me it was no problem, he would pick me out a set of wiper blades, and they would be ready for me to pick up on my lunch break. When I came on my lunch break, Kenny helped me. He picked out a great pair of wipers, for my vehicle, and he even installed them for me. I got in and out of Autozone stress-free on my lunch break. Kenny made me feel valued, listened to my concerns, and helped turn the situation around. I greatly appreciate his help. Thank you!

Stopped to check on wiper blades ! Kae and Warren were EXTREMELY helpful and even installed them for me ! WOW !! Didn't expect that cuz most autoparts stores won't !! Thank you Kae and Warren !! I for sure will stop there again !!

Went in go get the codes for my check engine light. They employee was very nice but not knowledgeable at all. Tried to sell me the wrong part and for 4 times more what I could by elsewhere for the same or better warranty.

Went in today looking for electrical connectors. I asked the employee why the store carries only female connectors and not the male end -- and there is no slot for the male end on the display, either. The employee (who was not wearing a name tag), told me he "didn't choose what the store carries." No offer to look it up or to order the part for us. Not helpful at all.

I went in looking for a hair pin clip for my window and was told repeatedly by the employee that it was a factory part and I should go to the dealer. I had to ask to see some clips and he led me to a display with trailer hitches while complaining in what he must have thought was a whisper that I should just go to the dealer. After I located a package of the clips and followed the clerk back to the register he didn't even try to apologize for his mistake. Saving money isn't worth going in and being treated poorly and possibly sent elsewhere because the employee doesn't want to take the time to locate what you are looking for.

All employees should ask to help you even if your just putting away freight. It's called customer service. They do have decent prices that's what the stars are for.
