I was on a road trip around Oregon with my 88 year old father when I pulled into Lakeview on a Sunday afternoon and my car started making a weird noise. Having driven from Ontario that day, I had seen how wide open this part of the state was, especially out of Burns. I was terrified that I would break down and have no hope of getting help. I went to their busy shop when they opened Monday morning and asked if they could help me. They were busy, but agreed to take a look. They put my car up and checked it out. They assured me that I wouldn t have any issues to make it back home. This peace of mind to be able to finish this trip with my father was absolutely priceless. I count on this place and they never let me down. Just know and respect that they are busy!! All repairs and maintenance on my vehicles have been on or under estimates and communicated to me before the work is done. As busy as they are, they've always made room for the tow truck I was hooked to. I wish I could clone this shop and the great folks working there. Thanks y'all!!

Our water pump went out of the pick up on the highway we were towed to shop in afternoon. We were treated with compassion and concern as their schedule was changed to have us back on the road at 10 the next morning . Stayed in there lot in camper overnight we left feeling we had made New friends and blessed by the fact that there still are people who care. Oh yes also a great mechanic with much experience.

When my truck broke down outside of Lakeview, John was able to tow me in and take a look at the issue. Even though the shop was already at capacity, he found the time to make a diagnosis and attempted to get us back on the road. I appreciated his kind attitude and time, and he even gave us some great pointers for some rock hounding in the area - John is a real gem of a mechanic! Also, Richie was great handling all the customers on such a hectic day.Thanks again, and we'll be sure to connect with the shop again when we're in the area.

Awesome service! Employees very nice and caring. John was concerned about our problem with our truck. He figured it out and poof we were all fixed and out the door. I have been to multiple garages to fix various things on my cars. This was by far the worst machanic I have ever dealt with. Not only did he treat me with disrespect and didn't inform me of the "extra" repairs he tried to perform on my car, that I didnt ask for. But he insisted I pay for his mistakes when he cross threaded my oil pan and then broke it. He turned a $46 bill into a $380 bill. He insists he has integrity but brakes your car or says its about to break, so he can fix it to make more money. If I could I wouldnt even give him one star. I would never take a toy car to him let alone one that's supposed to keep my family safe.

They were "too busy" to even look at our vehicle, we were driving across 4 states to see a very I'll family member and had a roadside emergency. Stranded in Lakeview, we had very few options. These guys were no help, and didn't even try.
