I loved the area, I love the lake, but the owner of this establishment is not a good person. He raises prices during the winter months, "JUST BECAUSE" and has pit all sorts of rules and stipulations on the park just trying to save him self money. He also hires people to do work, then trys to not pay them.Food & drinks: Pub has decent food.

Heads up to all making a reservation here a Osprey Rv park, I made a reservation on 1/14/2024 for JULY 3rd through the 7th 2024 for $199.95. We decided to cancel 2 days later on the 01/16/2024 and got charged $43.75 for a cancelation fee. I unfortunately cannot find anything on there site regarding cancelations. I definitely will never stay in that "Resort"

We were in the area a day before our reservation so we drove in the park to see our RV site. No way we could fit our 42 ft motorhome in that sight and drive down that road with vehicles and junk outside, under RVs and in the road. Very old dilapidated RVs everywhere. People working on cars, etc. They changed us to a site easily accessed site at a end of a different road. Definitely not a 10 yr rule at this park. 10 or 15 yr old as we were never asked the age of ours -17 years old! Glad we stayed for only 2 nights.

Might be ok for vacation but there is not enough internet to work or stream (and Verizon wireless does not work here either) Also, count on doing laundry somewhere else. The washers are tiny and most of the dryers dont work (only 3 out of 8 work and the rest have not worked for months and months). Staff is nice, Pub n Pizza are good. More full time campers than vacationers. Very loose with rules if that is what you are looking for. Showers and baths are immaculate.

We've been coming here for years now. The fishing is good. The park isn't as nice as it was, but still a great jump off point for fishing and sand dunes. LeAnn has worked here for as long as I can remember and is a friendly, knowledgeable staff member. We will continue to come here. However, there are many long-term residents in the park now, as well as RV STORAGE. This park might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Great place great people. make sure if you pay for boat morage You get documentation on about the 4th day of our visit Someone else took my slip while I was out On our boat the office said my name wasn't registered for that slip I had no proof. Kind of spoiled the last few days of our vacation, For me anyway they put us in a slip way too small for Our boat. And now we're kicked out of that slip WOW!!

We parked our mh there for two weeks a few years ago. The management were extremely nice and helped make our stay relaxing. My late husband was pretty much totally disabled at the time so I had to do all the driving, parking, walking the dogs, etc. They made sure I was conveniently parked in a spot that kept us close to amenities. I ve always wanted to return but had to sell mh after his passing.

Our family loves this rv resort! We got a RV spot right on the lake and woke up to an amazing view every morning. There are fun activities for kids like 2 seat bike rentals, tetherball, volleyball net and basketball hoop. There are clean and very large bathrooms/showers. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and that was really fun.

My buddy is staying here a while, and every time I go visit I have a great time. The lake makes for a beautiful view, the bar is great, food is great, and everyone is super friendly. I spent a year on the road during COVID and I would have killed for even one RV park to have everything this park does. I don't do the trailer life anymore, but if I still did, I would absolutely stay here and recommend staying here.

If you just need a place to park for the time then this will work. The bathrooms were in pretty decent shape, though they were having on going issues with a toilet in the men's room. The sites are pretty small and rough, and the roads between the spots are very dusty, so when people drove their car or utvs by the dust was blowing in our faces.I'm being critical but honest, there were not enough tables in the spots so bring your own. Horse shoe pits have been removed and the terrain around the rvs is very rough/uneven of you have trouble navigating. It would be nice if they planted more trees, filled in low spots and treated the dust with something. The buildings did look very nice. I did not go inside.

We camped at Osprey Point in Lakeside during the UTV Takeover. The camping spot was nice - asphalt pad for the Motorhome, 30 & 50 amp service, water, sewer, fire ring and a picknic table. The camp spots are a little small however there is enough room to enjoy being outdoors. The lake is a short walk away. We had an issue with one of the 15 amp plugin, the technician was troubleshooting it before I was back from the office reporting it. There are full resort amenities, laundromat, boat rentals, a small store and a bar and grill. We will stay there again.Nearby activities: Lakeside allows UTV's and 4 wheelers on the roads that connect with the Sand Dunes. You can cross Hwy 101 via a underpass. The lake has fishing, water sports and sailing.Food & drinks: We did not use the bar and grill, but the office was closed when we checked in and they checked us in at the bar. It was pretty lively when I was checking in.

This place just works well.Dunes, fresh water lakes, pizza, and social beer and drink bar onsite with friendly seasonal folk and amenities such as karaoke weekends, They also have laundry, showers/ restrooms, small arcade, and essentials store with a boat launch/ boat slips for Ten Mile Lake. For the price, this cannot be beat in the area ( I searched!). I will very likely come back here. I spent over a week here and traveled all throughout Reedsport and Coos Bay.You can ride your SxS from the resort through town to the Oregon Dunes.Full Verizon service. Resort offers Wi-fi.Can walk to town of Lakeside for groceries at McKays and a few other stores. Coffee drive-thru is close/ walking distance.Nearby activities: Tugman State ParkLighthouse State ParkOregon DunesCoos BayUmpqua OystersHikes everywhereSafety: I felt very safe here. No issues. Walkability: Get out and walk here. See the town.

We are here every summer, three months. Nice park and reasonable rates. Found out Casey is head of maintenance. He has a great attitude and is very helpful. He will be outstanding for your customers, unlike the guy last year. Casey was very helpful last year, good attitude. Casey did another outstanding job on his off day, to get our neighbor 50 amp service working. Glad he works for this park Also a shout-out for Big H, always very helpful and great for the park.....

If your looking for the Hilton this isn t the place for you. If you love a comfortable place with extremely helpful over the top friendly staff like Big H this is absolutely the place for you. We stayed in a cabin that had everything we needed a nice warm dry place with a kitchen and bathroom. Sure there are minor things here and there that could be done aesthetically but like I said it s not the Hilton it s a cozy cabin on the coast. They even have a bar with normal bar food and some pretty AMAZING pizza, they also have karaoke nights. My fianc and I sat and had a few drinks and listened to people sing. We had a great time and plan on going back soon it s a nice getaway

Didn't stay at park but have had fun and average food in the Pub/Pizza. Takes a while but that's ok. We camp next store because there is actually legal dune access from County Campground. Osprey says on website dune access but that is FALSE you will be ticketed for not being on designated route. Labor Day weekend this year they allowed a group to stay in the field entering the park with very loud music playing from 8am until 3am 3 nights in a row. Every 3rd word was F@#$ very disrespectful to other campers and the community around.

Very nice rv park. They have 5 tiny homes they call cabins and a few tent sites you can rent for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and so were the other people there. They have all the amenities bathroom, shower, laundry, game room, market, and pizza place. The only reasons for the four star were the water pressure for the shower sucked and the picnic tables are very small and low. 2 adults is all I would try to fit. The nearest beach access is about 15 minutes away so not to bad. There is an atv rental place just down the road. Definitely will come back but will rent one of the cabins. I'm getting to old for roughing it lol.

The location is great. Most of the staff is friendly. Very noisy and crowded on summer weekends. Sites need to be cleaned up in between guests. I had burned out charcoal rings in three locations and a bunch of cigarette butts. It is great that the pub is right there for a good bite to eat. Good Verizon signal.

This place is amazing. Just about everything you need is right here, in a beautiful spot. Quiet, peaceful, the people are friendly and helpful. The pizza/bar has so much more than pizza it's hard to choose but they have the best burgers over sized portions. A bit pricey but well worth the money. If you don't have a big apetite there is more than enough to share with a companion. If you are looking to relax and enjoy yourself this is the place to be.

Great location! Like the red of our coastal beaches, it can be windy from noon onwards so be prepared. The pizza there is awesome to the point non of my kids wanted our camping food for dinner for our entire trip! Everyone there were great and we definitely will be back!

Well let's say there website is not right, and information they provide when calling is not correct... I along with a friend both reserved camping spaces for our toy haulers so we could ride from the campground to the Dunes...WRONG, their website says ride from here (see picture). We checked in and were told that we cannot ride out of the park without the risk of $400 fine from law enforcement... They went on to say I can leave my SxS at the county park. Really! I went on to ask them why are you telling people you can ride from here and wait until they arrive to tell them different? They said we don't have access to change the website only the owner does.. I have had these reservations for over a month.. still not a good answer. We ended up staying for one night and with that being said the cable TV did not work, they have started their winter hours a month early (see picture) and were not able to fix anything because they were closed at 1pm. That was the cherry on top for us... So with all the negatives there saving grace was they refunded all our money and my friends... We left after a night.STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My wife (Mary) and I and our little dog Mieko are staying here on a long term basis. We love the park and the people that work here. The management and the office team are very friendly and competent. The maintenance guys and camp host are very helpful and friendly, especially Big "H" , Tony, and Casey. Its a very friendly community. Yes, an occasional "bad apple" does show up and are trashy complainers that don't want to follow the rules, but the park management deals with them fairly and expeditiously. Yes, it rains profusely in the winter, but the park location is surrounded by water (lake & ocean) and so has its own micro-climate which is the best on the Oregon coast.
