Second time taking my truck in to get wash, first time i went i had no cash and felt horrible i didn t leave a tip but after seeing my truck that first time i glad i didn t because they had missed so much. Gave them another try today 1/5 and same thing happened. Dirty water spots everywhere from their dirty rags. I will NOT be returning. You would think that for what you are paying you would get your moneys worth but this is not the case.

Can t really speak to the interior clean, but the automatic no-touch car wash was great. The person spraying at the beginning took extra time on my very dirty car. Then, 2 people dried my car with microfiber clothes afterward. I got the $22 top clean with all the extras and my car looks great! Better than a wash from kaady by far.

Cleanest, Fastest, Cheapest Interior Detailing with Courteous Customer Service at the Lake Oswego branch! Got Lexus SUV exterior washed and interior detailed for $95 and Highly recommend them for it. I called them Sunday afternoon to see if I can be accommodated the same day and they said just bring your car over. They detailed the car within an hour and even though I returned back past their closing time, they were courteous enough to wait for me without any rudeness. They truly cleaned through every nook and cranny that my OCD self was satisfied. Put a free scent in the car and organized my scattered bags and items neatly in the trunk. They took me through the car before accepting my money so I was sure to object on anything that wasn't done properly. Highly professional yet superbly affordable. I was referred to this place by my 2 friends. I called them before going in to get all the cost and info. The person was friendly and said yes we will clean inside and out. I was charged a little under $100 for car wash and a supposed detail on the inside. As i left. Went home. Then went back out again. As the sun was hitting my windows ... The interior windows had not been touched. Smudged finger prints. Even saw a little cob web in the corner. Then i saw the doors were not wiped. Also charged me extra for my leather seats that look no different. I called up tell this and the guy was literally arguing with me. I said I can send you pics. No I'm sorry. No let's do it over. He offered me car wash. Then i said i have spots on my hood. He said it's sprinklers. I said i don't have sprinklers. The person that also answered the phone I could hear in the back saying her Mercedes is not clean blah blah blah. Extremely unprofessional business. No customer service skills. You definitely get what you pay. I'll go back to my $200 detail that actually doesn't look like a toddler did it.

I have the monthly subscription and much of the time they are not washing cars during the posted open hours. Today the doors are open but no one is home.I sure wish I could cancel my subscription as my car is not being washed but can t find anyone to talk to and they are not answering the phone and their VM is full. This place could be better run.

BAD BUSINESS! Stay away. Took my truck to detail, guy said they don t remove personal items from the vehicle for cleaning. Having a detail shop of my own for many years, this is absurd. I can see why after complaint of theft. Owner called me to insult me and told me to go f myself. Many times. Stay away!

Daly- the manager, the face of the establishment- was quick, fair, and easy to work with.our car was covered in Sap, pine needles, and green slime from moisture and rain, all along the edges and crevices... under the hood, in all the seals...in under 2 and a half hours, Daly and his crew had it looking like a brand new car. he even pumped the tires and got all the stuck on sticker residue from the windows and bumpers.I would recommend to anyone In need of a full detail!5 stars.

One of the few touchless car washes in the Portland metro area. Your car won't get swirlies in the paint. They hand dry the car at the end, and my Mustang always comes out looking like a million bucks.

I used to visit this place regularly as they are in close proximity to my work. I've never had a clean that didn't result in dirty water spots or missed areas. I give them a chance because it ultimately saves me time. The last 2 days I have attempted to try again, but they are closed! Google says they're open, but I have now wasted 2 lunch breaks and think it's time I go the distance for a more quality place to get my car clean.

Best detailers in the area. Always satisfied with their job. I have a dog that sheds a lot and they clean all its hair. Can t recommend it enough

If zero stars was an option I would give it that. This is by far the worst & most unprofessional car wash I ve been to.They charged $145 for interior detailing, I was promised that the pet hair would be fully removed, as you can see by the pictures they didn t do a good job, for that price I could ve hired a neighborhood kid to clean it instead for half the price.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Fantastic work detailing my car after a break in with glass all over the driver's seat. They cleaned the cupholders and floor mats spotlessly. They vaccumed some leaves and spots I could never pick up with a regular carwash vaccume. The interior of my car looks like new! They are incredibly friendly and treat their customers very well. So worth it to detail every few months to have a clean car. Thank you!!

Wow, this car wash is amazing! Where do I begin? My cars exterior was spotless and glimmering after I got the extreme clean! The staff were incredibly kind and considerate, and went out of their way to give us an amazing experience! Definitely deserves a visit if your car needs some care.

Other than an awkward drive-through setup and fairly pricey exterior touchless wash ($10 for the basic up to $18 for deluxe), this place did a great job on my car. I sat in the back to smoke and one guy thoughtfully brought me a chair that was more comfortable than the one I sat in. When finished, I awkwardly apologized for not having cash for gratuity and was graciously told it was not necessary. I'll for sure be back and if the same thorough job is done on the $25 interior once-over: I'm tipping! I know how tricky windows can be and the guys did a great job leaving no steaks on the interior windshield. Punch cards would be a great incentive to go regularly...jus saying.

I have the monthly wash package for both my vehicles. Best car wash in LO. The wax stays on noticeably longer compared to other car washes not insignificant in a soggy winter climate.

Best touchless car wash, ever. My vehicle has never looked better. Comes out looking like showroom quality every single time. The people who own and run this car wash are professional, friendly and work extremely hard to be sure my vehicle is hand dried with proper soft cloths and spotless. They take their time, have fantastic customer service and do outstanding work. Highly recommend. Happy repeat customer 5 stars.

Shopped around and decided to go here and I was impressed with the care they put into their service. Bought a new car with a funky smell and they double deep cleaned it for almost 3 hours and topped it off with a premium wash. You can't go wrong with this place!

Got my car detailed after having a bunch of tree sap falling on the car. They work hard to remove the sap, polished the car, and cleaned the interior. Great value for money and loved the end product. Will definitely be taking the car back here again!

Disappointed with wash and customer service. I recommend you go elsewhere even though the location is convenient. I pulled up and told the guy who came to help with the touch screen that I wanted my wheels cleaned. He recommended the deluxe wash ($12) as it had some wheel scrubber or something. Well, the touchless wash didn t get my wheels cleaned. I went to the back to talk with a ?manager? who told me that I hadn t washed my van in 1-2 years and that I would need to pay $20 to get that dirt removed by hand. Also bird poop was left on the side of my van after the wash. Disappointed with both the wash and the customer service. Read the other reviews. Go elsewhere if you want your car to get cleaned.

My partner needed to have their car detailed and decided to go here. She had spent time traveling with two dogs, so the vehicle was in need of a lot of attention. Instead of a smooth in-and-out process, they spent the entire time texting me about how uncomfortable they were due to a female associate cursing them out.They're not one to say anything, but I am.Apparently this associate had a bad reaction while cleaning the vehicle and felt it appropriate to take it out on my partner - making me wonder if the proper cleaning procedures were followed to prevent such a thing from happening.Even as they paid for the work that was done, this employee still felt the need to take her frustrations out.I understand we have bad days, but that's no reason to make someone feel this uncomfortable.Service: Auto detailing

Awesome carwash. I was attracted to this crash as it's truly touchless meaning that it doesn't have those big brushes or towels that rub against your vehicle, potentially causing scratches and swirlmarks which become an eyesore. They also dried the car off with what appeared to be high quality micro fiber towers and only seemed to be wiping in straight motions, which is the best way to wipe a vehicle as it minimizes the appearance of visible scratches the staff was also very attentive. I would go here any day as every time I've gone to a standard car wash it's pretty much Instantly undone and buffing and polishing my vehicle may have had.

I recently had my GMC Yukon detailed at United Car Wash, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their meticulous attention to detail and top-notch service left my vehicle shining like it was brand new, straight off the lot! I brought in my Subaru and the interior was covered with dog hairs, stains, and it all smelled like wet dog. After United's team was done, it was sparkling clean (even the little tiny hairs were gone), and it smelled like a new car! Purchased the unlimited monthly wash plan, thinking it would be like anywhere else, and I d be able to buy another one if I wanted. Turns out, I m locked into a 6-month period where there are no cancellations, and for $60/m this is absolutely not worth it. Nowhere on the sign did it mention I was locked in, and the person helping me purchase did not mention that either. Complete rip off not to mention, this place is very inconsistent with how well it cleans your vehicle. If this place cleaned the car well, I wouldn t have been as upset with being locked into 6 months of unlimited washes, however that is not the case. Would rather wash the car myself or go to Kaddy Car Wash than go to this place.

My BMW X3 was filthy and the folks here did an amazing job inside and out! No brushes!! I ll be a repeat customer, no more worries about scratching or damages. Thank you! It may be beneficial to pay the most attention to the 1-star reviews.The express detail may not be recommended.Dirt and grime may be clearly left inside and out. One prominent staff member may act very unprofessional, as though it is quite inconvenient for him to take any step to make any correction. When a correction is started, he may only just start it and then say it is good enough, walking away, as it is barely addressed.At drop off, the cost of service options seems unknowable. It may be demanded that you declare how much would you like to spend. The situation may seem unusual and awkward.The convenience (i. e. location; no appointment necessary) may draw you in. The customer service may make you wish that it had not, as it may be significantly lacking in virtue. And you may feel forever sad about how much money you have paid them.Also, they may over-spray some type of cleaner fluid into electrical components of the console, rendering them inoperable or dysfunctional...... until they dry out, if you are fortunate

First time using this place. Got the extreme wash for 22$ And my car was fairly clean. The machine does not appear to be calibrated and it pretty much cleaned half the car the guys had to finish cleaning while drying it by hand which is not ideal as it can scratch the paint. That defeats the purpose of the touch less car wash altogether. IMO Get the cheapest option if you are here and don t waist your money. Other places cost less and include a tire shine finish.
