Andrew is incredibly professional, fair, prompt, communicative, and systematic in how he figures out solutions to tough problems. His experience shows in his work. His pricing is very competitive and does not waste any time. He even sent me before and after pictures of the repairs he did on my camper. He is the real deal and I highly recommend him for any of your RV needs.

We are on a 5 month Cross Country road trip and home schooling our Children. We had an issue with our furnace and Andrew has bent over backward the last 2 days trying to chase down the problem. His pricing was more than fair and he seems to be very straight forward and trustworthy. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!!!

Update:It has now been 3 months. The owner ignored repeated attempts to collect the down payment he required for the job he did not do, despite how he assured me that he would pay me back. I filed a small claims complaint with Washington county; HE DID NOT PAY, IGNORED THE CLAIM ENTIRELY. I'm now forced to file a default judgment with the court.I'm still out 2k and all the time it has taken me to sue this guy. I hope he doesn't do this to you.Original review:The guy who owns and operates RV Oregon LLC collected thousands from me and did absolutely nothing to fix my RV and refuses to give back my money. Stay far away!

TLDR: Be clear about what he's doing, what he's charging when and where parts are coming from. If you can get the parts yourself, do so ahead of time because he charges $179 an hour to get parts. We had some miscommunication. I wanted the rear shocks replaced out of my 2008 E350 class C motorhome. He responded quickly and was able to come out the same day, in contrast all the shops I called around Portland told me it would be either next week or later. He seemed to have a firm grasp on how to do the work. The trouble came with the price. He never mentioned the price or offered an estimate. And I never brought up the price until he had gone to the parts store, Which is when I asked him for an estimate. I've had mechanics that come to you do work for me before and had a ballpark Idea. The price was $199 for coming out to look at the RV and $179 an hour. For 3 hours. Plus parts. The shocks he quoted me were $150+ a piece. With his discount.I ultimately told him to stop where he was. Without doing any repairs he said it was 199+one hour. We ultimately agreed on $300.The entire time he remarried professional and cordial.I ended up buying a pair of Monroe shocks from NAPA at about $110 a piece and replacing them myself. It did take me close to 3 hours to complete the Job.Overall, I would say just ask for an estimate, to make sure you're on the same page. which seems obvious in hindsight.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Andrew saved our family trip. We were doing a 2 week 4k miles trip from socal to Canada. We had an accident in OR (low hotel clearance ) & broke our rooftop AC on our campervan. It was late July 3rd. July 4th we called all other shops and all closed for the holiday, Andrew was the only one who responded to our call. He came and patched up our van to make it drivable to continue our trip north. On our way back we called him if he could get a new AC installed (we had a very tight sched/itinerary). Drove back to his homeshop. After a few hrs, voila our new Ac installed. It probably would've taken other shops weeks or even months to fix. He was very detailed and professional. Its over 100F in socal so AC is a must have. Thank you Andrew for everything. Highly recommended.Don & Rejina

The sole owner of RV Oregon LLC stole $2,201.50 from my family! He convinced us to give him a deposit and promised we'd have our camper fixed before we had to leave town, as we are full-time RVers. He was super communicative prior to us giving him money and was pushy about the deposit. He had weeks to complete the job, in which he was to make $179/hour for his labor, and told us he had access to all the parts and that it would get done plenty in time. A week before we are set to depart and needing our home back, we try to touch base with him to see how things are going. He ignored us all week then finally said he had an emergency and would get it done and give us an estimate by Friday. All weekend we tried to contact him, and we were ignored. Called from a different number which he didn't know was us calling and he called back that number, proving that he was getting all of our texts and calls! Let me tell you, this guy has no problem ignoring you and when he finally gets back to you, he will go strong with excuses. Read his bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau where he has an F rating, and you will see! He ghosted us up until the day we were packing to leave Oregon, and I started calling his personal cell phone and the sheriff. He finally said he was in Idaho and hadn't even started our camper repairs and didn't even have the parts! He had our camper left at his house completely unlocked, no lock on the hitch! Anyone in Portland could have stolen it. He told us to get the camper and that he would refund us 100% right away. Well here we are, and we've given him plenty of days to refund us but of course he had an excuse about Zelle not working and has been silent ever since. He is still ghosting us, no surprise! We are out over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS, wasted a month of our time and several trips to Portland, two hours roundtrip from where we were staying, plus all the time trying to contact him and stress involved, still have a broken camper and no money to get it fixed elsewhere! I don't care what anyone else says on here, if this happened to me then it can happen to you! He has no integrity. Someone on BBB reported that he broke something on their RV when he was looking at it and he promised to fix it for them but then ghosted the guy. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. He needs to be shut down. I'm interested to see if he replies to this review, as he won't reply to our calls and texts! Give us our money back! Until then, anything you have to say to the public is null and void.

I would 100% recommend. Could not be happier with the service I received. I needed my black tank waste valve replaced and was having a hard time finding someone until I got in touch with Andrew. Great communications getting setup with same day service. Made sure he brought the right replacement part and had the job done in just a couple of hours. Took the time to explain everything and made sure it was fixed the first time. Followed up 2 days later to make sure everything was good. Wish there were more people doing business like this!

Full time RVer here. I was charged $328 for a "diagnosis" that my water heater pipe had burst. This was obvious given the water spraying out the copper pipe in back after the 2022 winter storm. I was told that the pipe could be repaired, but they needed to check with Laurelhurst Distributors. After I didn't hear anything back from RV Oregon for about 4 hours, I called the distributors to find out they were closed for the next few days due to the holidays. RV Oregon never contacted me back. I ended up hiring another mobile RV repair company because I needed the repairs done urgently. I contacted RV Oregon back to find out they were able to refund the service charge (seeing as Andrew didn't do anything). Andrew offered to refund $28. What a joke and absolute slap to the face. This company will take advantage of you & I never ended up getting any refund whatsoever.

Andrew drove from SW Portland all the way to Mt. Hood Village late at night to repair our RV. I must have called a dozen people within 50 miles and no one wanted to help us but sure enough, Andrew came through. He was very transparent about his schedule and had been working since the early morning hours to make all his customers happy. Unfortunately for us, we were very far out of the way and the chances of lining up a repair were looking grim. I told Andrew the situation and he made us a promise that he would be there no matter how late it was. Sure enough, I receive a text from him around 9pm at night that he was 10 mins away.He showed up, informed us of the damages/repair, made the fixes, and we were back on our way. Truly incredible customer service. Far above and beyond ANY repair shop in the area. Now the price... you'd think someone driving 2-3 hours out of their way to repair your RV would be $500-1000. Nope, I was charged for mileage and for 1 hour worth of labor which equated to a bit over $200.I will always come back to RV Oregon! Amazing service and quality!

Owner, electrician and mechanic, Andrew is a magician with a heart. He took our unsafe new RV and not only made it safe, but upgraded many aspects of it to allow for a proper home on the road. We are already making a list of future upgrades for Andrew to work on. Thank you so much for everything! Highest Recommendation!

So many good things to say! First , I called on Friday when our AC started leaking inside the coach. They have a busy repair schedule but worked us in Monday morning before departing. Next, he found and expertly solved the problem and a secondary problem adding to the leak. He also did a quick review of our coach to show us some basics on repair and operation. He really wants to help us travelers out! Fast professional response and expert service!Service: Air conditioning

We had just left home 2 days earlier for a 3 week trailer trip when our water pump quit working. Andy saved our whole trip with his accurate diagnosis, timely repair and fair price. We highly recommend this business and Andy's excellent work.

We arrived from out of state and we're given a RV site by OHSU. One of our family members was scheduled for a critical surgery and needed to be able to shower. Imagine our total dismay to discover the water pump had gone out. One call and Andrew at RV Oregon assured us he would do whatever he could to get the water back up and running so to speak :-)We were totally impressed with this company, their communication and coming out in the evening after hours to meet an emergency was above and beyond. This area is very fortunate to have a company that provides this type of professional service. We definitely recommend RV Oregon.

Andrew came out to our house to check the propane lines on our vintage trailer. He was very friendly and informative and let us pick his brain the whole time about minor repairs we are thinking of doing. We will definitely be bringing all the repairs we don't feel like DIY'ing to him!

Andrew did a great job on a freshwater tank repair in my camper. He set up an appointment gave me an estimate and even stuck to his estimate after it took him quite a bit longer to make the repair. Finished the repair on time and for a very fair price.

The Best!! As a single female traveling alone (with my Little Band of Gypsies - 3 dogs and a cat) in a vintage 72 RV it is easy to be taken advantage of when issues arise. Not so with Andrew and Company!! RV Oregon went above and beyond to get "Rose" repaired - brakes, master cylinder, fuel pump, etc - and back "On the Road Again" safely home to California (we powered over mountain passes). I got treated well, the repairs were done correctly, communication between Andrew and me was clear and prompt. I only wish RV Oregon was in Northern California so I could have a RELIABLE and knowledgeable mechanic to work on Rose here. We'll be returning to Oregon later this year for Andrew and Company to work their magic on Rose again!!

Andrew was honest, thorough and his techs did a great job sealing the roof of my travel trailer. The price was good and afterwards he gave me an intro on how everything in the trailer works as I am fairly new to RVing. He also made sure I was aware of some safety devices I had no idea about. Was a much better experience than going to large, chain outfit.

We were in a real bind, and Andrew made time right away to help us.He spent over an hour getting us set up so we could get fixed, and then made a couple of suggestions that basically saved us. Really friendly and knowledgeable ... knew right away we were in good hands. Results for the fix are super quality and very reasonable price. We'll be back!Service: Body & Trim

I am visiting Wilsonville again and saw your site. You put a new roof on my 23 foot class C last August and I wanted to wait and see how many leaks would happen. After all, I live in California and it does not rain much. Congratulations Andrew! Not one leak; you did a great service at an affordable price.I am back in Oregon to get the roof fixed and after 4 days; still no response with several phone calls. If no call; I'll have more information re: the service after 3 years.

My wife and I purchased our first trailer, and knew it had some issues that needed addressing. We wanted to do some of that ourselves, and discussed this with Andrew up-front. He did an excellent job going over the trailer with us - things that needed to be done, things that we could do ourselves, things that we should look out for, etc. He was very communicative throughout the whole process. I will definitely be giving him any future business that comes along.

Had a great experience with Andrew. It isn t easy finding an RV repair shop that is honest and you can trust. We had a few issues with our trailers electrical system and it was diagnosed as a converter issue. Andrew gave me an detailed quote and was upfront about the labor costs on a couple other items I wanted him to look at as well. He ordered the new converter but when it arrived, he double checked to make sure it was actually the converter and found that is was actually an issue with a bad cell in the battery that was making the converter act like it was failing. Put a new battery in and all was good. He could have easily installed the converter and charged me for it but did the honest thing even though he had ordered the part and has to sit on it. I will definitely use RV OREGON and Andrew again for all my repair needs.

I recently bought a used 27' trailer which had roof leaks that I somehow missed in my inspection. I got quotes from a couple of the bigger dealers in town to get the roof fixed, and they were all more than I wanted to spend. A mechanic friend of mine gave me a business card from RV Oregon, so I decided to check them out. After Andrew inspected the trailer, he gave me a quote that was much more palatable than the previous ones. Even better, this lower cost included re-sealing the exterior AND fixing a water heater issue that the seller had disclosed to me. Couldn't be happier, and I will definitely be using them in the future if I need to have any more work done on a trailer!

Recently purchased a Keystone Travel Trailer and my wife and I took it to a RV park to try it out. Everything was great but the next day when I tried to retract the awning it came up, then extracted all the way back out. It would not retract back in. I tried using a drill on the manual override gear but it did not budge. Called the dealer and because of Covid19 no one was there. We could not drive off the RV Park until it was fixed. I called RV Oregon and my god, A live human answered the phone!!! I told them what was up and Andrew and I texted for the next hour going over the details. He was honest and upfront. He said he would be at the RV Park at 11am, said the work would take about 1.5 hours. I was still anxious as they were my only hope. The next day they arrived at 11am sharp, did what they had to do and 1.5 hours later the awning was fixed and actually worked better than ever before. The cleaned up after themselves (even tiny pieces of wire) gave me a receipt and thanked me for my business. NO, THANK YOU AND YOUR COMPANY for being the real deal. I highly recommend them for any of your RV repair needs. They bailed me out!!!

I now feel bad about being fairly generous with 5 star ratings. Above average will get you a 5 star from me. Now I have RV Oregon to rate and 5 stars is just not enough! I have never been so pleased with service as I am with the work done by Andrew McDaniel. He knows RVs so well it is fun to just talk with him. It is very clear that he wants to exceed your expectations, he certainly did mine. He is honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend RV Oregon.

Called Andrew first and made an appointment. Easy I-5 access, and we drove our Tiffin Allegro in smoothly. Had a leaking fitting in the wet bay. Andrew and ground off a Pex crimp band, and replaced it. Ray pulled our misbehaving roller shade. Both fixes done in 45 min. Nice guys, no B.S., no surprises. We were in and out of there in an hour. I'll be back.

I hired Andrew to give me quotes for outfitting a bus conversion for off-grid living (water tanks, gennie/solar, etc) & a brief general inspection. Andrew spent the time speaking with/giving info to the owner of the bus - I did not get my quotes. (I cut the session short & paid the trip/visit charge anyway.) Later I texted Andrew & requested the quote - he told me it would take a week & suggested I trade it for a Google review....So, here it is.I got PAGES of defensive, unprofessional texts after telling Andrew that I would not require his services any longer. $95 for nothing but drama.

Andrew was very professional and we are pleased with the work he did on our trailer. The before and after photos he sent were especially helpful. I would absolutely hire him again.
