Came in today for an oil change and they were very busy, but doing such an excellent job. Unfortunately the gentleman in the car in front of me must have been having a bad day, because before he left he got out of his car and started aggressively yelling at one of the service providers!!! It got so heated I myself had to get out of my car and tell the guy he needed to leave. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life it s not the first time I ve seen someone behave this way, but it s still always baffling to me that people are arrogant enough to think it s ok to act so awful to someone who is just trying to do their job. The man who was working ( my paperwork says his name was Eric I think) was flustered by the altercation but very apologetic to me about it. He and the rest of the team did a great and efficient job. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely go back

My car was making some strange noises so I needed to check my oil level. The staff was super nice and helpful even at the end of a long day. They topped off my oil and saved me a bunch of time and a trip to the dealership tomorrow.Would definitely go again for car maintenance needs.

This place is not what it looks like. They charge you an extra shop supply fee for 4 dollars on top of the overcharged oil price if you don't get any other service. The management doesn't like helping their customers or employees their soul goal is to sell sell sell they will see you air filters when they don't need to be replaced but look dirty. Also almost all the employees do the bare minimum unless told otherwise and they charge 35.99 for a light bulb that cost 15 bucks at autozone. If you have a car that's they don't want to work on that will tell you they are outta stock so they don't have to work on your vehicle. The diff services are 100 bucks each and all they do is take two bolts out of the diff and drain the fluid than refill it with usually less than 3 quarts. They are overpriced, unprofessional, lazy, and the managers try their damnedest to make it as difficult and long of a process as possible so they don't have to refund you for their laziness and scummyness. Would not recommend any jiffy lube owned by premium velocity auto group.

My headlight dashboard notification went off so I dropped by the Jiffy Lube by my office, after work. I was made aware that my serpentine belt was so worn out that it was about to break. It could not be fixed at that shop but they referred me to the Lake Oswego Jiffy Lube, where it could be replaced.I called the LO store and the manager, Eric, reassured me that they could get it repaired the following evening (it was closing time when I called). I was on pins and needles for 24 hours, afraid it would snap and I would be stranded on the side of the road at any moment - but that following evening, Eric got the belt ordered and replaced in less than an hour. He also changed out the headlight, which the guy at the other Jiffy Lube could not reach.I can't tell you how relieved I am to be all fixed and everything was taken care so quickly, and for much less than what the dealership would charge!I am very grateful to Eric and his staff, for the great customer service! I am also relieved to know now that that do all kinds of services and not just oil changes. Great customer service is rare & so is affordability - these days - so I am very happy to now have a shop nearby that I can go to for future oil changes and issues with my car!

I have a Range Rover and was skeptical about going to Jiffy Lube for service. BOY was I wrong!! Not only could they service my vehicle, but they also found a service problem that a local Range Rover mechanic recently missed! They take their time. On top of it all, GREAT customer service!! Trust for me is not easily given. I m glad I gave them a chance. I m a customer for as long as I live here! A true gem!

I arrived ~15 minutes before opening just to get in line before anyone else and the employee first kindly reminded me about the 9 am opening. But a couple minutes later came back and said he could start on my car then even though it was before they had officially opened. Was very efficient and kind, and gave me some advice on some break concerns I had as well. I would go back to this location next time I need to change my oil.

I needed an oil change and wanted a transmission flush. With on-line coupons and a special at the store I was able to get everything done for a price I was willing to pay. Service was great and technicians were very friendly.

These guys absolutely need a raise!! They were so nice, thoroughly explained everything, no uncomfortable high pressure sales thank god but great recommendations. Service was quick, they even vacuumed my floors which were TERRIBLE. I felt so bad brining in a dirty car. Definitely absolutely will be coming back. I ve been using this location Jiffy Lube for years. I ve always trusted them and it s very conveniently located.On my last visit, the service attendant told me that my rear brakes were worn down completely, that it was metal on metal. They said they could replace them during the same service. I declined and took my car straight to Les Schwab, where I do all of my tire maintenance etc.Interestingly enough, my brakes were just fine and had 50% life still.It s too bad they wanted to scam me and have now lost a regular customer. I ve been going to this location for over 10 years and currently between my wife and daughter s, we have 4 cars they've been servicing. Until now. I showed up about 6:35pm and got in line. There was only one car in the left bay, no car in the right, but I waited patiently for someone to at least acknowledge that I was there. After about 10 minutes, a 3rd person walked out from around the building buttoning up his shirt and walks into the bays. He then walks towards my car and I say good evening. He says the same and then says how are you . I answer back politely that besides sitting here for over 10 minutes, I m fine, thank you. He gives me a completely spaced out look and says well we stop taking cars at 6:30pm. So I asked we didn t anyone come tell me that when I pulled in and why didn t anyone block the entrance with one of the 50 cones that they normally do? He sat there with another spaced out look and didn t say a word. So I said fine I m leaving and he just smiled and walked back to the bay. I had to make a u-turn in the driveway just to get out. I couldn t believe how unprofessional they were and the attitude that they couldn t care less about customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I tell you what, these guys know what they are doing and they do it with a positive attitude. My family (grandpa/dad/uncle) own/owned a variety of auto repair shops in the Seattle area. Up until 3 years ago I never had to worry about vehicle repair or maintenance. My first few auto experiences were rough after moving to Portland from Seattle a few years back. I m sure glad I found this Jiffy Lube. Again, great service, quick, honest, great service - I highly recommend this place.

After two wars in the middle east you'd think Jiffy Lube could keep their Synthetic Blend Oil in stock I'm joking, but in all seriousness, they informed me today that because of their oil shortage, they had to fire their district and location manager. Honestly, it serves them right, they can't keep their main product in stock. But, to think, I just thought they tried to employ a high-pressure sales tactic on easy marks, apparently like myself, just to improve their sales numbers, whoops :DAs a side note, I do think the staff is professional, and tries extremely hard to be polite and respectful, as they were with me. But, likely due to poor upper management, are forced to keep their sales numbers as high as possible instead of providing the best service. So, 5-stars for the staff, one star for management, and let's split the difference!Service: Oil change

Jenny was sweet and respectful. However, I was quoted the services I requested were going to take 30 mins. And hour and a half later I had to approach and employee for information why I was still waiting. Customers that arrived after me were leaving and serviced. It felt like they were given priority and I was on the wayside. If they communicated what was going on, or practiced better time management, I would have been a happier customer. The total time was over two hours since I arrived. I'm thankful they took $25 off my total for the burden, but it doesn't make up for cancelled plans or worried family why it was taking so long. The location in Lake Oswego has potential to improve if they can be open to the customer and use their time wisely. I won't be going back because I cannot trust they will do that (since they didn't with me before)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I highly recommend this place! We ve used this specific location for our past few oil changes and most recently a transmission flush.If Blaine and/or Jerry are there you know you are in great hands.

Do not use a coupon here. When showed coupon the manager said he could not honor the coupon and told me I was wrong. Had another car go in the morning and used the same coupon. Now they want to charge $80 instead of $20. Manager was not willing to work me at all and just repeated that he would not honor a coupon he could not find. Shows how much they really care about the customer.

I will never use Jiffy Lube again. Had my oil changed at the end of February and two days ago found a puddle of oil under my car. Took it to my regular mechanic and the oil filter wasn t even hand tightened. Oil was spewing out and if I hadn t got there when I did, my engine would have blown up. I am livid! I called them and was supposed to get a call back from corporate which never happened. This isn t the first time this location made a big mistake. My last car almost blew up because they put in the wrong oil filter around 2016. It was my mistake to trust them again.Service: Oil change

I bought my tires at Tire Rack and selected this shop as the installer. Ahead of my tire delivery, I called the shop to check price quote accuracy and best day to come get my tires installed. First call, a saturday, I am told the manager, the only person able to install tires says the rep on the phone, would come later that day and call me back to confirm the price for me. No call back. Great job, staff. You don't know the price of services offered by the business you work at. I call again on Monday. This time I am told the manager doesn't work that day but that he'd be there on Tuesday and would call me back. Tuesday, no callback, so I call again in the afternoon. I am told the manager didn't show up because of unforeseen circumstances. Okay, that happens. I had also received the email confirmation that my tires were delivered that day and tried to ask the rep to confirm if they indeed received the tires, but he had already hung up on me, no bye nothing... Wednesday, I call again. I finally get a hold of the manager. Nice guy. He confirms the price quote, which was $8 more than TireRack's estimate, and tells me I'm clear to come before the end of the week. Friday, I drive two hours from the coast to get my tires installed, arrive at 9am. The manager, who again is the only person qualified to install the tires, hasn't arrived yet. I leave the car and go wait at a coffee shop nearby. One hour later, the rep calls me to tell me the manager won't come today in the end, that he isn't the most reliable guy. No kidding! Tells me to come back Saturday. What the hell. Granted it's not his fault, it's a terrible customer experience. I go run errands in the area then decide later to come pick up my tires from this shop and bring them to another Jiffy Lube. When I arrive, the rep points me to my tires at the front of the store. I bring the car in, he then attemps to load the tires in the car but my trunk is full, because I was planning to get my tires installed that day, not come back home with them in the trunk. Upon seeing that the trunk is full and that he can't load them, he says he "was hoping that my trunk would be empty". I respond that I was hoping they'd install the tires that morning. He then drops the tires, walks away and yells at me to not come back as he shuts the shop's gate. What is wrong with that crew? What a terrible service and waste of time. You bet I won't come back!Service: Tires

Not very happy as multiple technicians talk to you about services and costs. No transparency about the costs. I was told 15% discount for filters but when paid it was not applied. I was rushed out of the bay during payment, not allowing enough time to review the invoice. I arrived at 11:48 and did not leave until 1pm. For a simple oil change. They were short staffed which is understandable in todays employment environment, however in my opinion, that information should be communicated upon arrival so that customers are given the opportunity to wait or leave. Further, they decided to check my cabin air filter. Which means they took out my entire glove compartment. Didn t ask if I wanted that service. Today I could not afford the extra time. No light check, no tire check, no resetting of the oil change light. They left my front passenger seat back. I had to clean the car just to get it back to its condition when I arrived. Then I m asked if I have a coupon. Which I did not. You would think after the lousy service and the huge wait time that they would have just applied a coupon. They did not. I ve taken my car to this Jiffy Lube for years and based on todays service, unless some sort of apology is forthcoming, I will not bring my business back again.Service: Oil change

Horrible experience. Car's locking mechanism was broken in the course of service, but this was blamed on me. This led to the battery depleting, which I tried to bring in for a replacement per the warranty. Nick, the general manager, made me wait 30 minutes only to rudely tell me that the battery being out of the vehicle voided the warranty, but when questioned admitted that this was written nowhere in the warranty policy. He then walked away and sarcastically told me to have a good day. I highly encourage everyone to avoid this jiffy lube, and if this is how general managers act, then avoid all jiffy lubes. I moved back to north eastern Washington and was thinking I needed an oil change. They not only showed me I didn't need one, but checked my car over to make sure the trip would be smooth. They said they didn't want to take my money if I didn't need the service.

Wish this location provided all services advertised. Made a trip down to get a windshield chip repaired only to be told this service is no longer offered.Please update your listed services as to not falsely advertise services you cannot deliver.
