They did a great job taking care of my car, a 2007 Ford Escape. I had my brakes go out and due to the age of the car and wear on the brakes I needed a full brake job including brake lines. They were very communicative and went above and beyond to get the job done.

I took my 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser to JC Car Care. My truck was leaking coolant, needed brakes, and a whole laundry list of items that needed to be addressed. JC went through the vehicle thoroughly and provide a clear understanding of all the work needed. JC provided recommendations on what is required and what items I can delay. The work done on the truck is superb. I haven't this level of detail and work on my car in over 14 years. JC exceeds the workmanship of a Toyota dealer. I would highly recommend JC Car Care.

I ve been taking my cars to JC Car Care for over 7 years now. Jacob and Chris are honest & friendly mechanics who do great work. They ve always been up front about any work that needs to be done and are flexible with scheduling. Even after moving 30 min north I still drive out to LO when my car needs work. Highly recommend!!

The most honest mechanics and businesspeople you will find, and they know how to explain complex mechanical functions in a way that anyone can understand. I've taken my cars to JC for the better part of the last 10 years, and they are phenomenal. The workmanship is the best I've ever seen, and you will not find more trustworthy people. Whatever advice Jacob or Chris give me, it's always coming from a place of, "this is what I would do with my own car." We have taken both of our family's cars to JC Car Care. With both cars, we have been pleasantly surprised. We believe he is honest in his billing practices and the work that is being done. On our latest visit, he replaced only the parts that needed replaced and didn't try to sneak in any unneeded repairs.We will absolutely continue to use JC for our future repair needs.

Once again, JC Car Care exceeded my expectations. Great professionals to deal with and always clearly interested in the service they offer their customers.I have had several of my vehicles handled by them and every time I am very satisfied. Earlier this year Jacob saw one of our Sprinter vans from our fleet driving down the road and called to ask if he could earn our business for maintenance/repair in the future. At the time we already had a mechanic that we used for maintenance/repairs but we said we would keep him in mind. It was 4 months before an opportunity arose that we were able to give JC Car Care a try. We are really glad we gave them a chance because their customer service is awesome!They reviewed the exterior of the vehicle when we dropped the van off to them, it was obvious that they planned on taking good care of our property. They had clear communication on what repairs were needed and they completed the repair faster than our regular mechanic and for a lower price!A few days after our repair Jacob called back to see how the van was running, who does that?! This was way above and beyond our expectations. JC Car Care is our new mechanic and I foresee a very long business relationship in the future. Thanks for being so awesome Jacob and Chris!

I highly recommend this business for all your car needs! They are quick, knowledgeable, well priced, extremely kind and provide high quality service. They did an oil change, topped off all the fluids (free with service) and replaced my windshield wipers. They also chatted with me about some potential future problems with my car (this was very helpful as I don t know much about cars and I have a very old/tired one). They referred to themselves as the friendly neighborhood shop which I couldn t agree with more. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in need!

Just called this business and spoke with Chris asking for a second opinion as the Toyota dealership made recommendations on my 2018 Toyota Camry totaling $410. Turns out two of the three don't actually need to be done until mileage gets closer to 80-90k. The other item Chris said it would be better to wait until my next oil change so that I can get it done at the same time. Toyota had all 3 items as a "caution" which makes you think it has to be done. I will be sure to use JC Car Care again. Thank you Chris!!

These guys are true professionals! I had my 2004 silverado towed into JC this morning for a faulty fuel pump. Chris had the issue diagnosed right away for me. They were able to quote the work, have the parts and have it fixed within a few hours! The price was very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional! I would rather bring my vehicles to a family owned shop than a big chain repair shop. I know they strive to provide professional service and it shows with happy repeat customers. I will be returning for future work if needed and have already recommended them to others. Thanks guys!

Jake and Chris have gone so far above and beyond every time I have brought my vehicle and questions to their business. From being completely honest and transparent- which spared me from spending extra money on services I thought I may need but actually didn t... to guiding me through how to properly maintain my car as a means of prevention and safety. They truly care about their customers as neighbors.After being run around and mishandled by other auto body shops and numerous Subaru dealerships after having a minor yet very damaging incident- I was still left with an almost new car that made unpleasant sounds and felt off. I did not know how to fix the situation and neither did anybody else- apparently. I felt frustrated and helpless.Then I was sent to Jake and Chris. They assured me they would solve my problem and entrusted me with their loaner vehicle for the duration of their inspection. They got back to me within 24 hours.By the time I finally found them, I had been driving with damage that warped my wheels and wore out my breaks/tires faster than usual. This was a period of time when I did not have much extra money. I could pay for it but it would have spread me thin. So they leveled with me graciously. They said - it is the beginning of summer and my tires will safely make it through the dry road season, even with the gradual wear from warped wheels. My breaks will also make it through the summer by safety standards. So ... if I can endure the unpleasant sounds for a couple more months, I do have a safety cushion of time available to save money for the services without stressing myself out. Whew.I returned at the end of summer with stacked funds and a new snowboarding pass! I told them I would like to do the whole enchilada of services needed to have the car in perfect condition, and financially speaking- reasonably set up for winter, mountain adventures!Chris was enthusiastically happy to turn the computer towards me and show me the options and prices for purchasing wheels and tires as a package from the company they use to save me money.He knew exactly what kind of tires I would need to drive safely in all winter elements and spared me the excessive and expensive tires. He also helped me choose more than reasonably priced wheels that also looked great with my car and made sure the style and dimensions of tire would protect my wheels from any curb scratching incidents.The order was placed and arrived quickly, then Jake went all mega mechanic and basically gave my car a full functional makeover from the inside out. I was ecstatic!Fast forward, I let my 19 year old brother drive us to the mountain in my car, so that he can learn to drive in the snow. However, on the way up... we encountered 4 different car pile-ups, where vehicles were sliding down and across lanes, crashing into each other. We could not risk losing moment to switch drivers so we had to continue. At least 8 more cars slid and wound up at the sides of the road. But we made it around all the stuck vehicles and got to the slopes w/o ANY sliding or issues. We also had no problem getting out of the parking lot later that night when other subarus and trucks were spinning out and getting stuck.Jake and Chris set me up! My car runs like a dream and handles snow like a BOSS. I m so grateful and highly recommend them to anyone! Especially those who feel untrusting and worked over by other auto mechanics and dealerships. They will treat you like family, have your back and provide that peace of mind we all need when we, or our loved ones, are behind the wheel of our vehicles. All thumbs up!

They are a awesome shop. I take my diesel truck here whenever it needs service or repairs. Best shop I have ever used. Great service. Honest and will take care of you. They take the time answer any questions and explain things to me. Must schedule a appointment though since they are so awesome every one continues to use them so they can be booked out a ways. I drive the 30 mins just to see them.

This place is awsome.Both men who own it were awesome. Toyota of Wilsonville diagnosed my car wrong and and wanted to charge me 2,000 for it. Brought it here for a second opinion. Fast turn around. It was a loose air filter and they fixed it and didn't charge me a anything. very honest dependable service. I will be using them in the future.Thank you again. J and C

I use my car A LOT for work and couldn't be without it for much time. I was panic-stricken when it was having issues starting on a Sunday. Monday morning right at 7:30 on the dot I called Chris and he fit me in right away! I got my car back before the end of the day- what a relief! Knowing what a popular place this is, I was very grateful for the quick service and care that was taken to get me on my way again. I found them thanks to reviews (just moved nearby) and am glad that I gave them a try. My new go-to mechanic! Thank you so much JC Car Care!

I had an oil change and some regular maintenance done at JC Car Care.They seemed very professional and upfront with the charges, Jake gave me an accurate estimate and they stuck to their word with the cost, although they did point out a couple of things that should probably be replaced, they actually took me out to the shop and pointed out what was wrong instead of just taking their word for it. I did not opt to do the recommended "items" but probably will in the future. The best part of it is that they got it done faster than the dealer said they could and saved about 300$. I give them 5 stars for their honesty and actually letting me go into the shop and meet with the mechanic Chris, and his explanation for everything recommended.

I have recently had two of my vehicles serviced at JC Car Care, first my 2005 Dodge Neon. I don't know very much about cars and had been experiencing many problems with my Dodge. It has 150 thousand miles and has been through a lot. I've always keep up with the oil changes although it was way over due with any other maintenance. The car had some serious problems. JC Car Care got my car back on the road and running very well, as it was not running when brought in. With my having very little knowledge about my vehicle they seemed to really care and wanted to help me. I am extremely happy with the service I received.My second vehicle is a new 2013 Kia Saul, this car is only a few months old with 3 thousand miles and only needed its first oil change, because I was so happy with the service on my older car I had to make JC Car Care my regular automotive shop.

I found these folks to be knowledgeable, open & extremely helpful regarding getting my Sprinter van back on the road quickly. I live over an hour's drive away in Vernonia and making multiple trips is both costly and time-wasting, so having the van in and out on a timely basis is a real plus for me. All this and at a better price to boot!In comparing these folks against the factory-blessed facility on Columbia Blvd.,it's just not fair. Think the FBI in its heyday vs. the Keystone Cops. I fully trust these folks with diagnosing and fixing my van properly; I wouldn't trust the other guys to check the air in my tires.Thank you JC Car Care!

Really friendly service. They replaced my license plate lights for free. They quoted me half of what a nearby auto shop was going to charge me for some A/C repair. This is a place that you can trust to give you an honest quote and quality service.

I really love JC Car Care. Being a typical woman who know almost nothing about cars I am usually wary that I will be taken advantage of and talked into paying for unnecessary work on my car. I never feel that is the case here, and really feel that they are honest with me.

These folks are awesome. Reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, I will definitely be using them for anything that my Sprinter van needs when I'm in the area. Couldn't be happier with their service!
