This is the only place I go to have work done on my car whenever possible. besides my Ford dealer. Eric their lead Head technician. Is magical with a wrench! He's the man if you need anything done to your car. But their whole team at that location is absolutely outstanding. From the service writers like Omar. to their technicians thank you Eric and to your whole team for such outstanding customer service

Got my RAV4 back up in running after the alternator unexpectedly failed. Nate was awesome he was able to get it done last minute before the weekend, which was a real life saver. Fair price, friendly service, and very happy overall.

Goodyear, besides great tires, saved me $1300Delighted with the tires at this point, though even more pleased with the service that evaluated my brakes after I had them evaluated by another national tire center (rhymes with des slob). Both sets of brakes had been evaluated by that local branch of the company as needing replacement with measurements substantially less than Goodyear.Further that service would have been more expensive per axle than Goodyear by $200..

We took my wife's car there for new tires and alignment. Overall we had a pretty good experience, straightforward and no frills.They performed a health check and told us we needed brakes but when I said I am going to take it to our regular shop for an oil change soon and have that addressed they didn't push too hard to get it done, which is nice (nothing worse than getting pushed to purchase additional parts or services).Missing the fifth star only because I believe the alignment should be included in the price, especially with the outrageous prices tires have these days. Or at least give it 50% off since the car is already on the lift and it only takes 5 minutes to align it.I would definitely go back if needed but if I find a better deal somewhere else there is nothing else making me choose them over other shops/tire centers.

I told them my tire was losing air and had to be filled every 2 days and the tech tells me no nail- nothing is wrong. I make another tech look and he finds a nail. I asked them to inspect a strut and was told it was fine. It was actually bad and had to be replaced. The damaged items on my car and wouldn't take responsibility.This place is a joke.

It is important to share an excellent experience with a business. I have had several excellent experiences with Goodyear in Lake Oswego and the manager, in particular, went out of his way to help me this week with a complicated issue that went above and beyond what I could have hoped for.The manager is kind, courteous, polite and professional. He listens. He hears. He sorted out a mess in record time which afforded me to be on time to an appointment.He even pointed me in the right direction for help with a related problem and I can't say enough about this business. I bought two news tires yesterday; which was not my first purchase here, and like before, they were installed expertly and promptly.Thank you for your excellent care and service.

Competitively priced tires. Friendly people. We've purchased tires there and also gone in for free flat tire repairs twice. I'd give them 5 stars but they get a little backed up. Like most places these days. Make an appointment if you can, earlier in the day if possible.

This Goodyear location in Lake Oswego, Oregon has an awesome team! I called around to see if I can get in last minute because my brakes were making a noise. They fit me in same day and were courteous, prompt, and professional. I will be a return customer. Thank you again.

Three guys went over and beyond the call of duty to help me AFTER HOURS with a bolt in tire and fixed everything by 9 am the next day. Amazing!

Came in with a screw embedded in a tire. Thought I was looking at a $30 patch but ended up with four new tires and an alignment for a total of over $700. Said the puncture was too close to the shoulder and wouldn't repair it. Also said they wouldn't replace it with a tire that didn't match the other 3 tires because it's an AWD vehicle. They could get one to match the other in 4 days but I was on a road trip and couldn't wait. This was on a Saturday and we didn't have time to shop around so I agreed to the new tires. Adding to this they called and said that they had given me a "free" alignment test and the result was I needed an alignment. I had never agreed to this test. Since it's already on the rack they said, it would be quick and easy to do the alignment for $100. Since I was out of alignment I decided to go ahead but looking back I've experienced this ploy before. So technically everything they said was probably true but they definitely were more concerned about taking me for as much as they could, especially via the "free" alignment and "already on the rack" spiel that I shouldn't have fallen for. The experience left me feeling uneasy as though they weren't 100% honest and employed hard sell tactics with me, maybe targeting me as an out of towner in a hurry and a senior. Bottom line steer clear of this place unless you're confident that you can walk away when they start to game you like they did me.

My experience at this particular store has been outstanding. Beyond being knowledgeable, the staff is friendly and trustworthy.When I drop off my vehicle, they know me by first name and have always been able to professionally address any vehicle issue that I ve experienced. Highly recommend them.

Was on a business trip with my family and my trucks exhaust had issues. They got the truck in(when no other exhaust service wouldn't) and fixed the problem. Many thanks to them.

I've been coming to this location for years for tires and routine maintenance. Always get great service. Staff are courteous and helpful. I feel confident that my vehicle is well taken care of.Bonus: the area is very walkable with lots of options for food, coffee.

Called and made appointment for tire rotation and was quoted $40. When I arrived I was told the price would be $130. They lost me as a customer for life.

Purchased tires and alignment and brakes costing approx 1,600 . I spoke with the employees about a screw that needed to be taken out of one of my tires and repaired. The person I spoke with did not provide validation that I had a screw in my tire. He kept stating that he would have to look at the tire to see if I even had a screw in my tire. I told him I inspected the tire and the conclusion of my Inspection concluded that a screw is in the tire and it needed to be taken out and repaired. The employee still would not validate that my tire needed a repair. He insisted to waste my time. When the snow and ice threats recently in lake oswego the employees would only offer tire rotation appointments for me at the times that the ice and snow were on the ground and or when i had other appointments. I have seen that before as a set ups when women are head of household. The customer service is terrible at this lake oswego location. It takes hours to get things done and they waste time.

The first year after getting new tires from this location was great with regards to staff service. After the first year, I've been dealing with horrible service. Staff forget why service was needed, add extra costs to tire rotations. Just took car in this past week and they didn't do tire pressure check before tire rotation, didn't take care of low tire pressure on tire and didn't check or mention tire sensor issue and most of all didn't tell me about these issues. I knew the issues before taking car in but didn't say anything to check the staff honesty. Their staff never checked or mentioned those issues to me. So all in all, your first year will be great but your following service years will be horrible. You will need to double check and at times triple check all their work. When your tire pressure is 25 before a tire rotation and tire pressure is 25 after a tire rotation and then told by their staff that the car is fine and ready to drive this would be a staff service issue. Shame on you Lake Oswego Goodyear staff!!!!!

HORRIBLE...A LOT OF MONEY FOR NO VALUE. PAID $1364, full price for 85% of completed job.I made appointment to drop truck off at 9AM Saturday and told to pick it up around noon.I arrived at 8:55 Saturday morning and was told it might be end of day before it was ready ....ALL DAY to CHANGE TIRES?I called at 3:40 still not ready, they finally called at 5:15. The tires had been changed but they could not do Alignment!!! They didn't have proper equipment!!This was my First and LAST trip to Goodyear.I will hopefully get Les Schwab to fix their problems and do the Alignment.

The team here helped replace all of our tires and took the initiative to make sure our warranty was honored. They were transparent, quick, and did a fantastic job explaining the process. Jahari especially was incredibly helpful and super nice. Would recommend to anyone!

I wanted to thank the General Manager Dhir and his tech Carlos for saving my butt!!! I had an appointment for a home showing at 1:00, got a flat tire at 10:00am. Dhir and Carlos had a new set of tires on by 12:00 and I made my showing on time! Thanks guys, I'll be back!

Carlos is fabulous and knowledgeable.No pressure or up selling. He just wants you to know your vehicle is safe and maintained to your satisfaction.Excellent and prompt service.

I appreciated the friendly and honest experience the Goodyear Lake Oswego team recently provided. Both of the men at the front counter gave me their undivided attention, spoke kindly, and didn't pressure me into any unnecessary service my car may have needed. Instead, they gave me things to keep an eye on and were understanding when I decided to save some services for later. I have bought tires from this store in the past and I will continue to visit them here. Thanks to the team for a great job!

Quality services from caring staff. I recently had them rebalance and rotate my wheels and realign the steering - my vehicle drives much better now. Altogether a pleasant experience performed expediently! I will certainly be heading back.

We've been going to Goodyear in Lake Oswego for 8 years, and have always done well. Our estimates are accurate, wait times are mostly accurate, and we've had absolutely no trouble with their work.Last time I dropped the car off, the manager caught up to me on the street and said that the manufacturer had just issued a warranty extension. He said that if I took the car to a dealership, I would save the $600+ repair. How awesome is that? They gave up the scheduled work to save me money!

So I purchased the tires through USAA to get the veterans discount. Was told after they were put on the car that since I bought them online through goodyear.com they wouldn't balance them for free, they will rotate them for free. So great to get a vets discount through goodyear.com but total rip off on service after the sale. Way to go Goodyear Auto Service on your veterans rip off. Really appreciate it. BEWARE IF YOU ARE A VETERAN AND BUY ONLINE TO GET THE DISCOUNT. Contacting Goodyear to return the tires.

Everyone of the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me get some things remedied on my Jaguar. While I was waiting I had some great conversations with a few of the employees. I like people with the ceratin level of sincerity during business, and i feel as they went above and beyond! Thank you!
