Tacoma needed body repair due to hit & run. They got my truck back to me in ~ 12 days or so excellent shop, looks new! Shannon and team are great at their job.

Just got my car back 4 days sooner than the minimum estimated time I was given when the car was taken in. Shannon kept me informed whenever she had updates to pass along to me. The paint looks great. Nice to get into a just detailed car.

My experience with Caliber Collision Lake Oswego was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin coordinated the project with personal and friendly reassurance, valuable professional experience, and timely communication with both me and my insurance company. Kevin and the Team at the Lake Oswego Caliber Collision did a great job fixing my car. From the time I contacted the office, got the estimate, and the actual repair process, I had great communication with Caliber. They were always courteous and kept me well informed. I'm very happy how it turned out. The only issue is that from the initial estimate to the final cost the price went up by 25%...the insurance paid everything, but the estimates should be closer to the final cost.

I picked up my Subaru yesterday and I could not have been more pleased. Kevin, the representative, is someone I have dealt with through the years. He is the reason I keep coming back. He is highly knowledgeable about every aspect of auto body repair work and can translate that into understandable terms to the client. His kind reassurance, timely communication and looking at concerns from a customer viewpoint are rarely encountered these days.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my car! Only had 800 miles on my new car when the accident occurred and Caliber Collision made it look as good as new! My car was clean and smelled new when it came out of the shop! Could not be happier with the great job they did.

These guys are awesome. I had some work done after my car was hit. The repair left a squeeking metal noise. I brought it back and they fixed it in ten minutes. Really appreciate these guys. Great team, friendly fast work. Made the process a lot smoother.

I had a minor collision on the front end of my truck. From the first phone call to the pick up everything went smoothly. From Jenn at the front desk to Kevin handling everything I needed. Everything went better than expected. Even the manager Andrew made sure my experience was perfect.

I d been in before for other issues and been delighted, so I stopped by to see what they could do about something that looked like parking lot rash that didn t respond to soap and water. Without my having an appointment, Andrew took the time to apply a rubbing compound of some kind and took care of it on the spot. Bravo and gratitude.

The team at Caliber Collision in Lake Oswego are great. When I explained that my car was vandalized with a permanent pen downtown, they offered me some coffee and asked if I had fifteen minutes. Two gentlemen worked on my car with some compound and removed all damage. I thought I was going to be without a car for days and a deductible to pay. I appreciate the honest service. Thank you.

Truly one of the best collision shops in Portland!! The staff is exceptional and the repairs are always flawless. I also truly appreciate that they do thier best to try and get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible to mitigate any disruptions. I did a number on my car after running it into a fence at work. Door, quarter panel, bumper and tire all took a hit. Even though there was a backlog to get an estimate, and then get into repair, my experience at Caliber was great. Every shop I called was in the same boat due to labor, materials and parts. Once I got the estimate, next steps were simple and clear. Drop off was easy and repairs were done in the time frame discussed. A few minor delays but Kevin on their team was very communicative. Overall a much better experience than my last repair job at a different shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Shannon and the team went above and beyond. Not only did they repair my vehicle in a timely manner (& it looks great) - they took detailed photos of unreported damages that were hidden within the vehicle & went the extra mile to try and align my trunk. I would recommend this location if you're looking for top tier customer service with daily updates & a team that cares about what they do.

Had a great experience with getting our car repaired. It took a bit to get in but the turnaround was super fast. Bob and his team really took care of it and got my baby back in no time. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend them.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The work they did on my vehicle was excellent, and they cleaned the car inside and out before returning it. Bonus: the car rental place across the parking lot (not associated) is also outstanding, which helped make the overall experience very smooth. My small Nissan Versa had been rear ended by a large garden truck. I remembered Caliber from a small job a few years earlier. The people were friendly and professional. I had to wait a few weeks for the part. They let me know it was on the way and got me in right away after it arrived. I needed some work done on my bumper from a minor accident. The team here at caliber collision is awesome. They were very friendly and my rep Shannon explained the process very well and was honest that timelines for repair could be long but she kept me informed at every step along the way. They were able to get my car fixed up and ready to go in just one week which was so much faster than I expected [no parts needed to be ordered]. The repairs were done very well, my bumper looks brand new! They returned my car clean and fresh.
