My mom bought a car from them and had issues the first day she took it home they offered to fix it even though my mom had bought their best warranty great! but with in a week or so the check engine light turned on again took it back again believing issues were going to get fixed this time. Nope light comes on again for the 3rd time. Not to mention the manager had accepted that he just had the mechanics turn off the check engine light. So what did we do obviously at that point we toke it to a dealership to get a better diagnosis. The car had so many issues that she had to pay 2,000 out of pocket the warranty we got through them the best as they said was not covering none of the issues the car had. We tried speaking to the owner and all we got was excuse after excuse by the manager. Oh he is out of the office he is with a customer we will have him call you back a month later & we have not heard from any one! Not worth it save your time & money and go somewhere else.

Called about a 2007 Toyota Tundra I saw on carfax for 14,995 on March 22nd. I spoke with Jose, and I offered 12k cash no deal. The funny thing is I was never told I needed to put a deposit down to hold the truck you see I live in Christmas valley almost 4.5 hours away from this car lot and I made that very clear.Jose told me he would call me and let me know if someone was interested in the truck. So, I proceeded to fill out the loan application for 5k on Sunday. The following day, I contacted Jose and asked about the loan, and he said I needed to talk to the finance guy Sean, so I called him and left a voicemail. Several hours had passed, and I got a call from reliable credit. The finance company they had several questions for me from the underwriters.To be clear, I didn't realize the finance guy Sean didn't work for reliable credit until later. The next couple of days went by, and I reached out to Jose and didn't really get an answer about the financing. The next day, I called reliable credit, and they told me I was approved for 5k+ and should hear back from the car lot within a half hour they never called me. I called Sean the next day, and he gave me the run around all while he was selling the truck to another person.Keep in mind I was already approved, which means the finance company hard pulled my credit score, which in turn lowered it. I was going to drive there and buy the truck, I talked with Sean later on Tuesday, and that is when I found out the truck was sold. He proceeded to tell me I needed to put a deposit down to hold the truck..? I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want an honest deal. Does not sound like anyone is communicating with each other. Basically, it was a waste of my time and efforts to get a vehicle I clearly wanted to buy, and to top it all off now my credit score is lower because of it.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy from this dealer!!! Vehicles look great on the outside however the must own stock in RTV because there was plenty used on my vehicle. Ask any parts store / corporate dealership in the area about this car dealer they will advise you to stay clear.

Went there on a Friday on short notice. Chino and the owner were very helpful and were not pushy. The price was fair, the mechanics are hard working and the fact that they offer a warranty with their used vehicles is valuable because it shows they have integrity. I asked for a couple of items to be fixed on the used car and they agreed to them. The detailers do a great job cleaning the cars! Paid asking price and was happy with it! Great job Pouya!

DO NOT EVER BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, I have had nothing but problems since I purchased my Ford Escape and now I find out that the short block is cracked and is allowing coolant into the engine. Now I'm looking at a 8000.00 bill to get it fixed. Oh yeah they told me to bring it back to there mechanic and I have been told I could have done a lot more damage if I had driven it that far and I wouldn't ever trust these guys again and over my dead body would I let their mechanic touch it again, they made it run perfect when we test drove it, but that didn't last long at all. And further more they could have chosen to work with me.

I bought my current car there at the end of November, since then I have put 6,000 dollars of work into it! 2013 ford escape they told me had NO problems. Two weeks after I got it the engine started overheating and they would not help me. They said it was not their problem. So after a new cooling system was put it the catalytic converter and turbo charge needed to be replaced. When I took it to the dealer they checked the history and the catalytic converter code was cleared 4 times before I bought it they blantintly lied to me. 0/10 would not recommend

The vehicles we looked at had been repainted very cheaply. Prices seem kinda high and there's a language barrier that made communication difficult.

I just purchased a car here and highly recommend them Chino was vey helpful and super nice showing us the car and answering all of our questions. I needed a dependable car to get my son to his appointments in Portland i am very happy with this car, Shawn was amazing very nice and went above and beyond to help us purchase this car. All the guys here are very helpful and amazing. I highly recommend them, i will definitely be going back again.Thank you again Pouya Auto!

After being assured everything worked, Bought a pickup sight unseen for work. Rusted, flaking chrome on the running boards, broken sunroof (I had to remove upholstery, headliner and rebuild). Sputter at highway speeds (I replaced the spark plugs and found one plug hole full of engine oil from a blown plug seal) Pouya had the driver seat cusion reupholstered but not the worn passenger seat. (they left the upholsterer's tag on the key chain...oops) Only had one key and the unlock button didn't work. Old body work flaking off on the passenger door...Long story short: sunroof kit, plugs, oil seal, Throttle reset and KAM reset, keys cut and reprogrammed, a bit of body work, cut and buff, and passenger seat cover $1200 and 5 hours of my life: gone.Remembering why I usually buy new work trucks: Priceless.

I purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan from this dealer in January of 2023. I was told by the employees that it had been inspected by their mechanic and everything was in good condition . After 9 days of owning the vehicle the fuel pump went out. Upon further inspection it was discovered that the exhaust manifold, catalytic converters and allHardware needed to be replaced due to the bolts and hardware rusting through. The air filter had been chewed by rodents, The instrument panel on the dashboard(fuel, electric, oil temp gauge) also did not work and needs to be replaced. The truck is currently sitting at a mechanics shop awaiting nearly $6500worth of repairs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership and these slick talking scam artists who only value a dollar. I would never recommend purchasing from this place.

Sold me a rigged suv, the main gas line was patch up by soldering it. It held long enough to sell it and I drove it around with my 8month old son. It started having a smell of gas, at first I thought nothing of it bc it's a older vehicle. Then the fumes got so bad, I started noticing I was going through gas quickly. Our mechanic said we could of caught fire or blew up at any time.That this was the dumbest & most dangerous thing you could do to rigged a vehicle, then to sell it to someone. They put my kids and my life in serious danger.We contacted the dealership, they only denied they did it,. They acted like they knew nothing about it, BUT HAVE TOLD US "they inspect all their vehicles". Did not offer to fix it (we would be scared to even let them).So we contacted our financing co, they said we could exchange the car since it has such significant damage.The exchange has to be with the same car dealership.They charged us 2,000 to buy the car we were returning back, apparently he would not give us the price we paid for it for. It was confusing, also felt like they were screwing us again.We pick out a different car, they refused to let us take to our mechanic. So we look it over the best we could. Which we don't know much.Had the car 1wk the check engine light already came on.

I think we could know him as the scam dealer! You will have a healthy and good life only if you don't buy here! Don't buy in this place, it's a place of scams! I have an Outlander that I bought to pay for it in 5 years and the transmission was damaged 3 months after I bought it! I went to this place for an explanation and everyone got up from the desk and left me alone there with no answers! Right now I don't have my truck and I'm still paying an absurd financing for something I bought and that has only taken away my time and a lot of money, these people are deceiving you with their way of speaking and when they have you in their hands they will have already achieved their goal! Never buy here!

I found the truck i was looking for at pouya,at the price i was willing to pay. It had a few dings but ran good. The owner and his guys were greatEven when a week later it started acting up and the warranty co. Didn't want to pay for all the repair They stepped up and helped pay to get it fixed.A Big thanks to the whole crew at pouya.

All the cars/trucks are beat up or been in wrecks went to look at 2 different trucks and one had the interior falling apart and the other one I went to test drive the side step broke out of the rusted out frame and the guy had no problems ripping the other side step off with nothing but his hands and then looked under telling me it was fine as the frame was rusted out he smacked it and metal came falling off then the break line was hanging and he said it was fine. Not a safe place to buy a rig let alone to put kids in

They had the car i wanted, priced it in my budget and pick me up at the airport. He told me everything he knew about the car on the way back to the car at 8:30 at night. And then I told him that it needed brakes and they fixed it the next day. They did not know that I was an automotive repair business owner. Within 24 hours I was on my way home . I flew 500 miles to get this car drove 500 Miles home without a problem, and the whole thing car, flight, room all with in my budget, thank you very much it was well worth the trip. Let me know if you get another

I just purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey R/T from this dealership after reading the positive reviews on here and had a very pleasant experience. I came down to the dealership on a Friday evening and they stayed past closing to let me test drive the vehicle and get the purchase order signed. Unfortunately, due to the way my financing was setup through my credit union, I had to come back on Monday and fill out a new PO with my wife on it as well. Behzad was extremely flexible and understanding and made sure he was available Monday night for us to sign the new PO. We then came back today to give them the check, sign the rest of the documents and take the vehicle home. It was a great experience.The car is in pretty good shape as well, like with all used cars, it does require some TLC, new tires and such, but overall the car is in good condition, is straight, and was a good price.Thanks, guys!

I recently purchased a truck from here and it's like they made it run well enough to pass the test drive and run a couple days here is the list of everything I have had to get fixed just to drive safely.New calipers �4New rotors �4New brake pads �4New StarterNew FlywheelNew Crankshaft position sensorNew Cam sensorNew Variable Timing Solenoid �2New tie rodNew spark plugs �8New Coils �4I paid $7400 for the truck and I have spent $4000 to get the vehicle running correctly and safelyI took it back to them stating it was running rough and trying to stall the day after I purchased it and I was told to keep driving it until a check engine light came on.I took it to the Ford dealership down the road to get it repaired since they wouldn't do anything unless a check engine light came on. I knew it would have a few issues.The main part that is the most dangerous was they didn't bother checking any of the breaks which is insane considering they have a shop attached. I trusted them and looking back I shouldn't have. They even brought up how the only bad review they had was from someone who didn't even test drive immediately once I showed interest. I wish I would have listened to that person who wrote that review.In short I would avoid this dealership due to the safety reasons alone with my purchase.Don't make the same mistake I did.And I did try to take it back the next day as stated above. They wanted to come to my house when I said I was having it towed to ford. Then all of a sudden they wanted to help.

I originally gave them a 5 star review, however, in light of the fact that they charged me for registration and title transfer and didn't pay the fees to the DMV I changed their rating. I've filed a dealer complaint with the DMV and hope they learn from their mistakes. They cost me money and time figuring out why I got no registration, plates or title.As far as the van goes, no issues. It's been a great work van.It had a cracked taillight and missing window crank handle but when I went to pick it up they replaced both taillights and installed a new handle for the window crank. I've been driving it daily for work and have found no issues.I just read the reply from Pouya LLC on my review and I'm not surprised to see that they take no accountability for their actions and place the blame on the DMV.I called the dealership multiple times to give them the opportunity to fix this situationand my calls and messages were ignored.I ended up working with the DMV investigator for about two months to finally figure out what was wrong and I was supposed to get an apology and a refund in the amount I was overcharged. Those things never happened.

I didn t purchase here . But I walked the lot and looked under multiple vehicles and test drive a few. THEY ARE ALL GARBAGE. When I brought up the rust topic, he just acts like it s normal, or oh yeah, that s a canada thing .90% of them are rusted so badly they won t last 6 months. This is a legit safety concern, and should be reported by everyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.The owner seems like a nice guy, but runs an extremely shady practice. Don t let him fool you with his kindness.Simply out He s a crook. Don t do business here.

Friendly people to work with. Prices are reasonable. Only a couple issues after getting the vehicle home. Found out a couple light bulbs were bent out. I think they should have checked these as for safety. Other than that they went out of their way to have the vehicle delivered. pleasure doing business with Chino.

My experience here was an arduous one, but the crew helped me get what I wanted. They fix up the vehicles and work with you to get the vehicle you are looking for. I don't have to fight the DMV or worry about taking it to a mechanic until it is needed. Highly recommended.

Cars all look to have been in wrecks and you can tell by looking at the panel gaps. Do not go to this dealership. It seems like it s a great deal because the vehicles have clean titles but they are all vehicles with unreported accidents. This business is very sketchy. Beware

I bought a 2006 Chevy Avalanche knowing it needed tires and brakes. After doing brakes, tires, shocks, belts and all the fluids ($2600)The engine blew in less that 1000 miles ($4500 fix)Also it s been 60 plus days and still have no title or any idea where it is......I would never buy here again and would never refer anyone to this place.Don t buy a vehicle from this place!!!!
