Bought back country mud terrain tires. Set of 4. 1800 bucks. Got 20 thousand miles out of them. Les Schwab says too bad, so sad. They SUCK. NEVER AGSIN

Whoa! Beware! Rip off pricing. Need brake pads on my car was quoted almost 1300.00 - they quoted replacing rotors, caliper seals, and other things that didn't need fixing. I need brake pads only. People who don't know much about vehicles will be taken advantage of here. Be careful. Jacking up quotes with unnecessary repairs. Shady and expensive if you don't know better.

i dont know about other people. but i have 3 rigs, and have had nothing but workmanship problems. from poor inspections, loose lugnuts, and i also feel like im getn charged for things like wheel sensors that were never replaced at time of getn new tires. wheel weights coming off or sliding on my wheels. and when i spent 2k for tires and they serviced 2 of my brakes, only to have to replace the other 2 a week later. i have vissually watched them do an inspection, and the tech only flipped his flashlight in n out of my wheel wells for about 1.5 seconds. NOT even looking at my brakes, wiggling my hubs, or checking my front end for sloppy joints! I left them yrs ago, n apon returning had a conversation with the manager , letn him know i was giving them another chance, and thats when the nightmare started all over again!!back every month if not more to get them to correct what they either didnt do , or the faulty workmanship. i can hardly wait to pay them off, and will be either returning to good yr were ive always had outstanding service, or go to point s tires down the street!!

Super fast service! We got sideswiped on the road and developed an unpatchable flat. Despite there being several people (us included) that were waiting at the door first thing in the morning, they still got the tire replaced, everything sorted out, and us back on the road in about half an hour.

I m lucky to still have a father l!! My 82 year old father paid over $600.00 cash to have his brakes repaired and theses people sent him home with no brakes, not only once but 3 times!!! He needed new brake lines and brakes. He took the truck in wanting his brakes fixed and les swab LaPine sent him home with no brakes, he returned 2 more times to have the issue resolved and the brakes were never fixed! He never got a refund, He finally gave up and ended up with his brakes in worse shape than he began with and $600.less cash in his pocket.I would never recommend this place to anyone they Obviously do not know how to inspect brakes, They have no customer service qualities and they put people in danger by sending senior citizens home driving with no brakes!! Wow

Les Schwab is great. Piece of mind, safety and aesthetics is just the reasons I go there. They have super helpful staff who don't rush you to buy something.

This Les Schwab was very clean. They were friendly and welcoming. It was brightly lit, not dark, like a few I have been to.A plus side is there was no tire smell inside, which surprised me. Usually, there is a very strong rubber smell.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. We had a blowout on the trailer which bent the fender and knocked out the tail light. Well of course they fixed us up with tires, but they tracked down the problem with the light. The wiring came unplugged. Chad was very helpful, as was the rest of the crew

I recommend go to any other Les Schwab. After handling my keys and waiting to be picked up for 15 plus minutes, I was than told they wouldn't install the tires I brought because they where bought online. Sure I can understand that but the manor and total disrespect the was shown to me wasn't call for. Very poor customer service by a manager.

This is the best Les Schwab store. If I lived in bend I would drive right past the bend location to La Pine. Every person I interacted with there was genuine and helpful. Jake went right to work getting me lined up for tires. When I left and came back I talked to Gary and he took me out to show me the breaks on my trailer and discussed my options for replacing them. I m a mechanic and don t trust anyone other than myself to do things like pack wheel bearings and breaks but just from talking to these guys and grilling them on the process they were going to do I could tell they knew what they were doing. So I had them do it all. I even checked on them a few times and the work I saw was on par with anything I can do. Mickey was an old farm mechanic and got it done in good time. I would go here time and time again.

Jayson has gone above and beyond to help our entire family with our vehicle wants and needs. The entire experience at the La Pine Les Schwab has always been amazing. The staff is wonderful as well. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We will always be customers here and continue to let others know they should do the same. Thank you guys!

So I haven't been to Les Schwab in several years. Not really needed their services. I understand that covid happened, but I picked up a screw in one of my tires last night, and the pressure I was losing was enough to get to my destination. So this morning, I took my truck in, knowing I had something in my tire. So I go to the location in La Pine, which is about 210 miles from home, and they patch my tire after about an hour or so wait. The first question they asked is, did I buy my tires from them, to which I said they are factory tires and the truck only has 22k original miles. So they do the work and call me to say my truck is ready. I was a little bit appalled that they charged me $20 to fix my tire. This used to be a free service.

Friendly, helpful, and mostly in a timely manner. Been using Schwab's for years and I see absolutely nothing of complaint worthy.

Had two tires swapped to new wheels a mount and balance one tire fixed that had a nail fixed and an alignment done which I paid in full and now they out of the blue will not do any service with me. I was told it s because I ve had them perform services for me and I haven t been purchasing products just services. I figured paid services from a shop that offers these services at a cost wouldn t be grounds for banishment but apparently not.

I have to say for 25 years I have not done ANY business with them. Long story doesn't matter.Today they have a customer returning 100%.They took care of my big tire recycling issues and even followed me home to get the last one I physically could not load in my trailer myself for such a great price.The customer service was way way beyond my expectation!A huge thank you.

We swung in 2 minutes before closing on a Saturday desperate for help 3 hours away from home. Chad took his time and cleaned up our battery terminals and looked over what our request was. We made it back home safely and at ease. I've always heard Les Schwab is bad and will take you for a run. This experience has shown me this is a place I need to reconsider.

I ran over a rock and wanted to have a visible check by a mechanic. Just walked in, Manny at the front desk was very helpful and the mechanic, Christopher, immediately checked the vehicle and showed me the possible passage way of the rock. Excellent customer service at this location! Thank you Les Schwab

Made a very last minute stop because of a screw in our tire. They got us in right away, Jason was great, fixed the tire and sent us on our way. Really appreciate the entire staff.

Got a tiny hole on back right tire. Arrived the store at 12pm, waited within an hour and it s done. They did NOT charge me anything, instead, they told me that they took care of it. What a great tire shop ever!

This place is 5 star. Those guys help my husband with his truck flat tire, they where closed already but still did the work. And didn't change him at all!!!

Arrived 8am Monday with punctured tire in the bed - on the road with proper tire on truck and spare stored away nicely by 9am - insanely friendly service- embarrassed I forget the name of the guy who helped us as he remembered mine - but he was awesome - never had been to one before but huge thumbs up

The young lady that helped me was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met at any Les Schwab. Very refreshing as well. She went above and beyond my expectations. You need as many of her as you can get

This Schwabs fit us in last minute for a seasonal swap that is why it is not 1 star. The tires were were Les Schwab that they were putting on but the ones on the vehicle were not. First they said that there would not be a charge then they changed the their mind stating a change in policy. So the charged me for a change over. They could not tell me when we would have been notified of the policy change post purchase or where in their current policy they could show me it. Thanks for the help this time. I called Discount Tires they said they would have changed them over free of charge even if either of the sets were their tires.

After getting a quote from Les Schwab I compared parts and labor through someone else and won't ever go back to Les Schwab! They price gouged the heck out of me, not sure if it is because I am a woman but I don't plan to ever go back.

We were passing through Le Pine and our battery died at the gas station. Garrett was able to get us going again without any hesitation.
