Fast, friendly and honest. Very thorough and explained everything they did on my vehicle. Quoted and charged me almost 900$ less than another well known tire company. I will only be going there from now on!

I have had 2 alignments on different vehicles at Gills Point S Tire & Auto in La Pine.Both experiences were stellar!I highly recommend Gills Point S Tire & Auto in La Pine for alignments - they are now my "go to" alignment shop!The Entire staff was awesome - thanks guys!Mike Armstrong

They took care of my brake problems fast and quickly. They were a little short staffed the first time I came I but they figured out what I needed and scheduled and fixed my brakes with a week.

**Update- we ve been very pleased with all services we received from Point S in La Pine. They have gone great lengths to provide the best service and the employees are super friendly!**Very professional but yet friendly. The tires are always perfectly balanced and we have bought 3 sets from them and will continue to do so.

I know exactly what s wrong with my car. I had someone already tell me before I evenTook it in and it s been sitting there for two weeks and they refuse to get it done. I asked them what s going on they told me we have one mechanic right now. Well, two weeks seems long enough I need my car back. So much for having my car during Thanksgiving thanks guys

I have a coolant leak in our diesel truck, which is our only vehicle, so I called Point S La Pine and they got me in immediately to assess the problem. As soon as I arrived they inspected the cooling system and said the issue is beyond their repair capability. They gave me the phone numbers of 2 repair companies and didn t even charge me for the assessment. I highly recommend the Point S in La Pine. Good people and great service!

When you driving all around country, you can see different services and can compare . Incredible service , fast , very friendly stuff . I didn t even finished my soup when tire on the semitrailer was fixed . Thank you guys . Especially Kade , appreciate for quick .P.S. They accept comdata checks .

I have been going to Gills Point S since I moved to La Pine for general repair, oil change and tires. They ve always done a good job, very professionally. The other day had a mishap there and was informed by another company about it that repaired the mistake. Went back to Gills and informed them of the mistake and they rectified the mistake without blinking an eye. Thank you Gill Point S! Highly recommend them. Will continue to let them service my vehicles.

Got a good deal on some studded winter tires. Got me in and out very quickly without any appointment. I happened to have a faulty valve stem in one tire. Replaced it for me the next day with no problems and gave me some extra valve stem caps for free. Very friendly and welcoming service. Will definitely be going back. Great shop.

The team at Gills goes above and beyond for every service. They are always busy, but make time for each customer and have great customer service manners. They are knowledgeable and quick to find any information that is needed. We have been using them consistently for our services and tires for quite some time and have always had a great experience.

Only tire shop I will ever use unless I'm out of town. They were able to fix all the problems Les Schwab caused and wouldn't help with and gave me an amazing discount. The customer service is phenomenal and I own a business so I know customer service!! These employees are the hest

Just had some tires and rims switched out. Great experience at Point S. They were super friendly, polite and efficient. I highly recommend them if you haven t been there, give them a try.

Had a tire that wouldn t hold air in my 2019 Toyota RAV4. I went to the La Pine Gills Point S and they happily fixed the problem, no charge, and my tire is now perfect. This was my first trip to PointS and I was very impressed I will return for sure These were the nicest group of guys and each one was very professional.

These people are great, located 2 rims for 2005 Malibu, had them within a week. On my car under a hour. Plus total cost came in below estimate. Definitely will use their services again. Thank you Gills Point S

Employees are nice and helpful. Seems to have done good work and my truck was in the same condition as when I left it as far as no grease stained fingerprints anywhere. Only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I still have to run it for a bit to tell how well the repairs were performed. Otherwise next time they should get 5 stars.

We were traveling through Oregon when our tire started to shred. We limped our car in to the shop and they immediately took care of us. They were professional and friendly. I wish their shop was closer to home.

I ve never been to a place with worse service. Needed work done on a muffler and the guy who came out to look at the car was extremely rude. I asked him if he could do the work and he stated he could do it but he didn t want to do it. With employees like that I don t know how they can make any money or are even in business.I would never suggest anyone go to this place.If I could leave negative stars I would.

I will NOT go anywhere else! Besides the amazing prices, customer service from Brad, Theron, Kade and the rest of the gentleman is outstanding! I take all of my personal vehicles here, and started taking my work fleet here too! They take time to find exactly what you need. You won t be disappointed!
