This post is to correct a post written by someone who has not had a car worked on by dads auto but is still posted on here. Let s set the record straight about the truck Jake worked on that Leo posted about. I was around the whole time this was going on cause he was working on my truck as well. First of all let s break down the time. The first month and a half the owner couldn t decide on what transmission kit he wanted to use. Second, when he did and the parts were ordered and finally came in some were the wrong ones and were re ordered. Jake rebuilt the transmission and had suggested that a new pump should be installed which the owner refused. Meanwhile Jake replaced the cab on the truck and all the interior and also repaired the bullet holes in the front fender at no cost to the owner and painted it. When the transmission was put back in the truck it still had a problem. Jake pulled it out again to find the problem. He changed the valve body because it was a fluid flow problem. After reinstalling it the problem was still there. He removed it again and replaced the pump at no extra charge and reinstalled it. At this point it was fixed. Come to find out the owner had been running two different tire sizes while running it in four wheel drive which is what caused the issues to begin with. So Jake put a new set of tires on it at no charge. Jake went out of his way to make it right. He did all of this for the price of a transmission rebuild which was at a discount to begin with. So for you to write a review like that it s totally wrong and you didn t even have a thing to do with the truck or the work. Jake has lost his 5 star rating because of a looser like your self. Jake is by far the best and most trusted mechanic around. You should remove your post and google should give back the rating. Just for the record my truck was fixed by Jake numerous times without any issues whatsoever and I have never heard any complaints from anyone who had their rig worked on by dads auto. Top notch all the way!!!!!!

I've had many vehicles over the year's and if I would have had this mechanic Jake, I would prob still have allot of them. He's honest, hard working and one of THE MOST knowledgeable mechanics I've ever known. If u have any kind of auto work needed done, I def recommend bringing your vehicle to Jake!!

Hands down best mechanic around!. My truck broke down in bend and Jake went and towed it to his shop to fix it. Something broke on my truck in the snow and he brought the part to fix it and made sure we got home safe.They treat all their customers like they re family.Thank you Jake and Ashley!

Y grandpa's truck has been there for 2-3 months that have charged him over 1600 dollars and haven't even touched the truck it's been parked on the side in the same spot then entire time it's a dam Cummins parts are not hard to find and all they can say it "parts haven't showed up" been there several times and would like to just pick up the truck and take it to a real shop to get it fixed and right. How is this ok? And what was the 1600 dollars for if they can't find parts or they havent showed up. When we go to check in or ask what's going on or ask for truck back we can't find anyone that works or knows anything about what's going on. Ready to report to bbb and whoever else including small claims if truck isn't finished or given back with a full refund by end of week. This is outrageous and blatant taking advantage of an older gentleman that needs his truck! Will seek out an attorney if needed. Can't even get a call back or anyone to answer!

Finding an honest and good mechanic is hard but Jake is great! I needed help getting some parts in my Tundra to get it out of limp mode and he got the job done and was able to get me scheduled quickly. As long as Jake is open for business, I'll be taking my truck to him when it needs work done. Thanks again!

Jake is a absolute stand up guy he has worked on my ranger multiple times stayed up late hours to get it done hes fixed my trans on my dodge and he is working on my jeep as we speak and also helped me on my chevy in a blizzard to try and figure out my rear end problem that another couldnt figure it out amd jake found the problem. I recommend jake 1000% he will do anything without any questions. Great mechanic definatly a 1 one of a kind and is great to our community. Thank you jake for being a true mechanic

Honest. Reliable. Professional. Jake really cares and wants to help. My tail lights weren't working and after I tried to fix them myself, I asked Jake and he said "no problem come on down." Solid guy that does great work. Highly recommend!!

wow i can not even stress enough how much of a life saver this company is broke down on my way to portland from vegas clutch blew and would have been stranded for 3 weeks if it wasn t for them jake specifically was a huge help spent a little over 24 hrs straight working to get us on the road again 10/10 recommend
