For being in a little town in the mountains they are great on having what you need. Great customer service as well. Fast friendly and courteous.

Got there late but the man behind the counter was very helpful. He was able to locate a part for my old Benz and have it there within the next full business day. This small town store was able to get a part that no other parts store could get in less then a week.

Shout out to Miles at the La Pine Baxter Auto Parts! I needed to check and grease the hub protectors on my boat trailer before a long trip home from Central Oregon. I didn't have my grease gun or marine grease so I stopped by this store to purchase and planned on doing it in the parking lot. Things turned south when, try as I might I couldn't get the grease gun off after putting in the grease. I went back inside and a Baxter employee, Miles, came out to help me. I ended up ruining the bearing buddy and thankfully they had them in stock. Miles got me set up with new ones and was there to install it when it was clear that I was unable to do it myself. Something that should have been easy turned out to be a complete snafu but Miles didn't hesitate to help me. Thanks to Miles I was able to get the new bearing buddy installed and greased and I was back on the road. Can't thank you enough!

Put a sour taste in my mouth because when I asked for a different helmet size some customer who was behind the counter for some reason decided to laugh at me. Sometimes going into these store as a female they tend to treat you like you're stupid won't be going back in there

Great selection and knowledgeable, courteous staff. I was greeted and helped without it being weird and was able to find what I needed quickly and efficiently. The items I needed were all priced very reasonably and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with a smile on my face.

I would rate them with zero Stars if possible.This place is a joke. Nearly every time I go in there they have no idea how to find what I need. On this occasion, I called ahead looking for a fuel pump I was placed on hold for a short moment and then told that the fuel pump was in stock for $16.99. I told them I was on my way and it took me less than 20 minutes to arrive at their store. Once I had arrived they had no idea what I was looking for and said it must have been somebody else who was helping me and they went to lunch. When they tried to look up the part for me they said it was $100 part ($94 and sumodd cents to be exact) and that they dont stock it. I then asked if they would have some other fuel pump just to get my car going. And I was immediately told that they don't stock any fuel pumps.All in all I will be telling every single person I know not to ever do business with any Baxter's or S&S Auto Parts stores, I have never had any luck with any of them. I hope that this review will help save others from visiting this store and possibly save them from making their already bad day, worse.

I went into the store, to get some windshield wiper blades... The Guy behind the register was Extremely Nice, Very Pleasant, & Very Knowledgable... I shall be returning again, for any future purchases that I may need for Auto Supplies...

S&s Auto nice place to get parts for any type of vehicle very reasonable on price very friendly people willing to help you find anything you need. If they don't have it they'll find someone that will love this place I give it a five-star
