Definitely recommend this shop. I needed a part fixed on my car when passing through town near closing time. I had a small window to get service done and they went above and beyond to help me out. Really kind and helpful!

Have always had shaw's Auto Body do my repairs and have never been disappointed. They are the best out there and stand behind there work.

Shaw is very helpful . He takes pride in his work and does everything he can to help . I bought a little suv that is not a common vehicle . It was wrecked before I even had a chance to put license plates on it . He has done everything to fix it and to make sure it's the way it should be . I appreciate the hands on approach he has taken with this and I recommend using him if your ever in need of a great body shop . This is not the first time I've used him and won't be the last I'm sure . Lol hope it is though

I was from out of town and hit a deer and my car was taken here. Brian was so helpful, I've never received customer service as great as this before. I highly recommend his shop.

Just picked up my car from Shaw's Auto Body and it looks fabulous! They quoted me almost 40% less than the dealership for light/side mirror/fender repair and I got better results than I even expected! This is the 2nd time we've gone to them and I think we'll definitely be back (as garage doors and gas station poles find contact mysteriously with my doors/bumpers every 6 months or so). 5 Stars!

During Black Fridays mad rush in Tri Cities, Wa. someone scraped the front end of my SUV. My hubby took it into Shaw's and owner Randy said he could buff the marks off the fender and don't worry about turning it into insurance since it was a quick job, no body work would be needed. True to his word, he took care of my SUV and it looked perfect. He always does a fantastic job. Thank you Randy. As always, your business is awesome.

Miss the service. Had great experience with Brian every time I need body work done on car's his price is reasonable and people are nice and friendly always do a good job on body and paint and can't til after it's fixed that it's been wrecked.
