After Les Schwabb next door wasn't very helpful we walked next door and these guys were immediately super friendly and helpful. We had a flat on our tow rig as we were passing thru tow and were desperate for a solution. They had the tires we needed and dropped everything to get us going. 6 out of 5 stars.

As a business owner and landowner in Union County, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Top-notch service, I would highly recommend you get tires through these guys! They are the best.

Rock & Sons is a stalwart operation of knowledgeable, helpful, and solid experts since 1965.On a recent trip to Portland Oregon, my wife and I broke down on the side of I-84, with no tire iron, and as it later turned out, the wrong size spare. We were sitting ducks waiting for the big guys (AAA) to come, but after 2 hours of waiting, I got frustrated and called the first local shop I could find nearby. I m so glad I did. Kyle a 3rd generation employee of Rock & Sons answered (after hours mind you) and got to us within 40 minutes on the dot.He helped us get the car towed back to the shop, and despite being sure we may need to stay the night before we could change things he found a tire in back stock in the right size, and spent all of maybe 15 minutes getting the tire mounted, balanced, and back on the car. The pricing was extremely fair, the help and service was above any I ve ever experienced and during a time where we really needed it.Kyle is the man! Do not hesitate to get your tires or any other auto care needs taken care of at this establishment! Any time I m in La Grande and need something, I know I ll be stopping by.

We needed mobile tire repair on a trailer we were towing on a holiday. Their after hours service was amazing. They braved icy road conditions to get to us in a very timely manner and had us back on the road literally 10 minutes after arriving. Great customer service and completely competent work. My daughter is attending E.O.U. I live 300 plus miles away and we have had Rock and Sons work on her car twice and both experiences have been great. She feels comfortable with them and they have come through with their work. Great job folks and thank you.

Super good customer service! They really seem to know what they are doing. Took the time to drive around town with me to hear the noise I was hearing. Then fixed my car with a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

I had my 1st experience with my car at Rock and Sons. All of the staff were friendly and took time to explain things in a very kind way. I have officially changed to Rock and Sons for all things car!

While I was less than thrilled when my U-Haul trailer experienced an issue near their shop, the employees here came out to help immediately and quickly figured out why my trailer was broken. They had another trailer like mine for me to swap into and offered numerous times if I needed any help unloading and loading my belongings. It was towards the end of a day on a Friday and it would ve been easy for them to tell me they couldn t get to it, but they helped me out anyways. Thanks fellas.

These guys save the day! Family owned business that really has plenty of integrity. They took care of me, surly went above and beyond to help, and so fast as well. Pleasantly surprised. Most definitely taking my rig there next time needed.

After my mother in law got a rock in the tire of my 2021 RAV4, this was the first place I found that was open today. They helped from the second we pulled up, were super friendly, fixed the hole in the tire, gave me the rock out of the tire as a souvenir and put our tire back on in no time at all!(we were driving with the donut). I ll definitely go here first if I have any vehicle issues when in the area! As well as super reasonably priced!Service: Tires

Always professional at providing great service at a good price. I take my 99 Subaru, 98 chevy van, and 2002 neon and always get an amazing deal in a good time frame. I would recommend this shop 10/10 to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about Rock and Sons! They initially sold me on some awesome snow tires (Glacier Grips) for my passenger car. Turned my average FWD Ford Contour into a snow-driving machine!They've been really affordable on other repairs and have even gone out of their way to find me more affordable parts when possible. It also seems like most of the parts they spec are higher quality than other auto shops, yet the total bill is always very reasonable.

Great service personal, they knew what ghey were doing. Friendly, they sent a service tech anxd changed my tire I followed him to their shop theg hax a feplacement rim in stock and I was on my way in no time.Would highly recommend they.

This a first rate company! We were broke down while traveling he came and towed my mom's van. Then he came back to get us in his personal vehicle so my mom could get in she uses a walker.

My son and I were traveling from Seattle to Denver and we had a flat tire on our Uhaul trailer.They sent out a repair person who even brought an extra tire in case the trailer needed it and adjusted all of the tires on the trailer.We were grateful.
