Cody in at the La Grande store is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Very nice and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I know that for a fact, as he has done it for me several times. He is a keeper as an employee

Wow, what a wonderful experience!! While vacationing in Enterprise, the 12V battery for my Kia Niro EV decided to die! I went to Les Schwab and while they could get the battery, it wouldn't be available until after we returned to Portland. So we called O'Reilly and Cody worked hard to find us a new 12V battery IN LA GRANDE! Working with the local Ford dealership, he found a battery that would fit in the tight space Kia provided. While we drove to la Grande, he picked up the battery from Ford! Not only that, he installed the battery for us while we waited. This is A++ service. I am so grateful to have experienced such kindness!

Asked for bolts for brake caliper on a 2005 accord, I have bought from this store several times. But the two geniuses working were too busy to find them so they said they didn t have. So frustrating, this place used to have several competent employees, what happened?

Horrible experience. Wrong part, argumentative staff and would not listen to the customer. Will not go there again. Go to car Quest instead.

Fantastic service! Helpful staff on a Sunday morning. Great patience for working with me to figure out the correct size part for an obscure old vehicle. Got it set right and sent me on my way on down the road. Excellent service!

I ve come in several times this month as I repair my truck. The second I walk in I m greeted like a friend, they re very quick and knowledgeable and have helped me so much. I tried to go to Napa and got no help and got treated like they didn t want me there. This ll be the only place I go for parts from now on!And a huge shout out to the employee Cameron, he is extremely friendly and makes every visit fun, he has helped me every time and has worked so hard to get everything I need every time. Give this man a raise!

Clifford was a huge help to me when I needed to change my burnt out brake lights. He was so nice and took the extra time to make sure I left with my issue taken care of and I really appreciate it. Wonderful customer service!

My family and I were on our way home when we were concerned with how our truck was running. We stopped at two mechanic shops (with great ratings and comments about service) and both were very rude and sent us away. At that point we just wanted to have a diagnostic ran on it. We went to O'Reilly's where we were allowed to use a diagnostic machine and when we were having trouble using it the manager was glad to help out. He was friendly and made a call for us to very what the problem may be with our truck. Thank you to the gentleman that helped us, people like him are why people go back to business and leave happy.

My first time purchasing parts at O'Reilly Auto parts the best customer service I've had anywhere. They were super friendly, very quick at finding the parts I needed, explained to me what type of parts they have available and in stock or not. Not to mention the parts were more than affordable compared to other places and sites I've searched. Very clean store. I would definitely recommend them to anyone hands down.

The lady that works there, Andrea i think was her name. Customer service skills were slim. Her responses were very short and snooty. And her tone came off very rude. maybe today just wasn't her day but with a job that consists mostly of customer service, you just gotta put a smile on.

Generally have a pretty good selection of parts on hand or, can get them fairly quick. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. Staff are always willing to help when they can.

Horrible new management from the store to the regional, they will be eating on the counter while customers are in the store, its like a teenager hangout, manager barley knows mechanics without looking it up. He was very disrespectful to me as a veteran I will never set foot in that place again. Napa auto is the best in town.

It was a Sunday. We were halfway home to Portland and a check engine light came on. They helped us determine what it meant and we had it resolved and back on our way in less than a half hour. Such a nice caring guy.

My battery died this morning. I called and spoke with Ray and he said to come on in and he would test it and install it if that was the issue. He made it a smooth process and so helpful. Thanks ray!

Went in to get my throttle cable for my pickup bc the girl who was working the counter said it will be in the next day, so I go in there to pick it up and they still didn't have it. Maybe if they get off there phones and actually use the computer or a book they could maybe be more helpful and do there job

They were open on a holiday and saved me from being stranded far from home. Had the exact parts I needed for my 20 year old car to get going again.
