Took my Chevy to get serviced for a hose replacement. I would recommend taking your vehicle here. They were very fair on the price, and I received quick service. They even picked me up from home to retrieve my car. Everyone was highly professional and friendly.

I (incorrectly) thought I would have to shop in a large city if I was going to get the best price on a new truck. I had checked several dealers out of town.Then, frustrated by the service of the salespeople, I gave M.J. Goss a call. Tayde answered the phone and I could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and willingness to get a hold of the truck I was hoping to purchase. I bought the truck from her and I was VERY satisfied with the price and the vehicle. I wish more people had the willingness to be thoughtful, patient and pleasant the way Tayde and the rest of the staff I was lucky enough to meet were. M.J. Goss is and will be my go to car/truck dealership from now on. Highly recommended !!!

We purchased a new 2022 GMC Terrain in February 2023 and, as always had a great experience. This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Goss Motors in the past several years and we appreciate the small town buying experience. This review is specifically for Tim Buckner, our savior in chief from the AAA towing department. We have never experienced better service from a towing company. Tim was incredibly flexible and a gentleman. We changed directions and added over an hour to the trip and he didn t blink. We always felt he had our best interest at heart and that he truly cared. Once we got to our destination at the service center he took us to our hotel. He was interesting and knowledgeable and a joy to spend 3 hours with in his truck with our entire family, including our dog. You d be so lucky to get Tim with your next tow.

I could not be happier with my recent purchase of a 2012 Chevy Captiva. My Sales Consultant Don Starr was a pleasure to work with, he was very helpful and made my purchase as smooth as could be. My vehicle came with a Warranty Forever that covers the Powertrain for the life of my ownership, this is a tremendous bonus with no deductible. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle you will not find a more honorable place to buy your next car.

Not only did they replace my alternator and battery they also caused some other damage to my engine in the process which caused my vehicle to dangerously overhead less than ten miles down the road. Then they deliberately ignored the AAA request for their tow truck for over 90 minutes so they would be closed before I got there so they wouldn t have go deal with it. A local resident told they have a bad reputation among local mechanics. DO NOT patronize this business.

Our transmission blew coming down the grade into town- AAA sent Goss Motors towing company with driver Tim Buckner.Exceptional service, kindness and support! At one point we even thought that Tim had diagnosed our issue. But when it resulted in our staying over- Tim went above and. Ruins to make sure that our family was safely at a hotel and had plans for the following day. Wonderful help and just what a potentially awful situation needed- he was come, cool and collected!

Don t rent with Goss. Don t put the safety of yourself or your family at risk. They rented me a car with unlimited mileage for 5 days with bald tires that acquired a flat. When it first happened I went to the local spot for air and was told the tires were bald and needed replaced. Tried going home but I was losing too much air. Les Schwab had a 2 hour wait and told me the same thing, those tires are bald and need replaced. Once I get back to Goss I ask if they have a check list, NOPE! The guys that clean and get them ready just say something when they see it. NO SAFETY CHECKLIST!!! Go somewhere else for car rental, probably for anything since safety isn t a high priority.

Had to get my truck towed on a Sunday afternoon and Tim Buckner from M.J. Goss came out. Great experience. We pulled him out of his Sunday dinner and Tim was just the nicest guy, took care of things quickly and made sure we were good to go. Highly recommend.

Tim Buckner came to our rescue! We had the most amazing service from Tim and his tow truck, we can t thank him enough for his time and help! Our tire blew out on the highway and we were putting our spare tire when Tim pulled in to check on us on his way home. Gave us some air for our spare, directions to the nearest tire shop and followed behind until we were safe at the repair shop in case we had any problems. If he hadn t stopped to check on us we would still be on the highway with a flat spare tire! Thank you again and would highly recommend M.J. Goss Motor Co. To anyone in need

Always great service from these guys. I have bought several cars and trucks over the years from Goss and they have always treated me and my family fair and backed it up with great service in the shop. Highly recommend Goss Motors for your next auto purchase!

If you re looking to buy a rig just for the warranty forever save yourself the hassle and don t. The shop guys don t know how to work on issues with newer rigs. Then tell you they can t figure out whats wrong with it and still charge you $80. Not worth it. Such a joke.

Tim Buckner is one great driver, picked my car up that had two flat tires and hauled my trailier along with my car! Very personalable and positive made the whole incident manageable, without worries! If ever stranded anywhere he would be the one I would highly recommend! Thank you Tim, for your kindness and professionalism!

I would not recommend this towing company if you need a tour bike towed. We hit a deer and OSP and AAA lined up this company to tow it. We were assured the bike had been loaded and would be delivered the following day. At midnight the driver called us and said the bike was too heavy and he could not load it. Not only that he informed us he had dropped it while attempting to load it. He had AAA convinced it could not be loaded with normal equipment. Total BS to deal with when we were already stressed. Go with Superior Towing in Baker City! They are a much better choice!

This is not our first purchase from Goss Motors, and probably not our last. We love our new GMC truck that was picked out, and purchased sitting in our home. How wonderful is that?! Noticed my headlight was out while traveling. Stopped by without an apt and the guys (Jared especially) were very friendly and helpful. Were able to fit me in, get me fixed up and on my way in no time at all. Would 100% go back for any service needs.

Very impressive service. Had an unknown leak on a long road trip to La Grande and only had a few days in town. Despite being short staffed the shop manager called around and tried to find me a spot at other shops. When they were all full he took it on himself to quickly check my car out and even refilled the coolant. Sent me on my way no charge. Will definitely have my La Grande friends and family having goss as there go to.

While on my way to a rodeo in Idaho and with my fifth wheel RV in tow, my passenger drive tire blew despite the inspection I had earlier that morning in Tri-Cities. Divine intervention took over and I managed to stop the trailer from fish tailing and get stopped just short of the guardrail I was certain I was going to go through. I couldn t bust my spare loose so Tim was dispatched to my location on the hill just before North Powder. He made sure I was safe first by parking behind me and my rig so no one would run into us. He changed the blown tire and then had me drive to the next exit to air up the spare. He was so caring and kind to this shaken woman traveling alone! If you find yourself in a pickle, I would seek out Tim at MJ Goss thank you for the rescue!!! You were an angel!!!!

Amazing staff and always a pleasure to do business with them. We have bought two vehicles recently and both times the service was above and beyond - no pressure, no hassle, and we are always treated as friends and not customers. Our truck broke down just outside of LaGrande & Tim came to our rescue with his tow truck. He went way beyond expected service to ensure we found overnight lodging and that the trailer we were towing was safe & secure. A good man working for an excellent company.

I broke down in Pendleton at the Round-Up in 2022; it was an extremely busy time for taxi & tow drivers. Mr. Tim Buckner of M.J. Goss drove all the way from LaGrande, and towed me to my shop in The Dalles! Imagine how long that took him - over 400 miles roundtrip. He even stopped at the community college in Pendleton to let me break down our tents on the way. Above & beyond!! Saved us that crazy day. Thanks again, Tim!
