Needed seasonal change over and was out in 30 minutes. No appointment! Excellent staff. Wonderful attendant. Was on it, got it done, and I was out of there. Glad I had purchased studded tires on there own wheels sometime back, for that decision has served me well. Got them here of course. Buy all my tires here.

I won't go into all the details but suffice to say Caleb Bowen saved our bacon (and it was good bacon) this last weekend and I cannot express how awesome an experience it was! Top notch service from a top notch person! Thank you Caleb and again, if you're ever in Salem and need something, please don't hesitate to call me.

Went there at 8:00 this morning with a flat. The Les Schwab employee greeted me at the door. He got my car in almost immediately and I was on my way by 8:45.Thank you Les Schwab!

Got a flat that destroyed one of my snow tires while on vacation. They didn't have a direct replacement, but came up with a good option to get me back on the road.

Had a phenomenal experience at this store. Nick helped us out and the alignment tech (I didn't catch his name) got us back on the road with the alignment fixed that hadn't done right by a different store on our '03 Chevy 2500HD. They went above and beyond expectations here!

My Husband (a bow hunter, last week of the season), had what we found out was a failed wheel bearing. After being told they couldn't fix it until Friday (this was on Monday) he was, well stuck. After talking with the manager, explaining his situation, they went above and beyond, got the part and his truck was done within hours rather than days. So thankful for the extra mile they went to get him back to doing what he loves, that only comes around ONCE a year!

Came in here with my 18 wheeler truck and trailer with a busted tire,price was great and customer service and quickness of Nick was incredible really recommend this place for truckers

With all the bad experiences I've had with other les Schwab locations it's a crew like these guys (And girls) who get it. They understand customer service, and fair pricing. Passing through with no business In le grand but to get fuel. Noticed a flat and these guys took care of us quickly to get us back on the road. Today was an experience I've never had with any les schwab, but one I will share with others, in a positive way.Thanks guys

Traveling from Utah to Portland I had a blowout 22 miles from LaGrande. I called and within a 1/2 hour a guy was there to change my tire! I will definitely use Les Schwab again!! Thank you!

We recently had to have our 2003 Chevy pickup towed to and repaired at the La Grande location. We were thoroughly impressed with the care given and the time taken by Brock and Justin to ensure that we were roadworthy for our trek back to Colorado. The customer service and support was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend them for your tire and service needs. Thanks!!

I was on a road trip with my husband and parents through Oregon heading into the Wallowa's when right outside of La Grande my TPMS light came on. We found the nearest tire store-- Les Schwab and I couldn't be more grateful we found them nor more impressed with the quality of their service. They checked the air in all of the tires and discovered a nail in one of our tires. We then got our dogs out of the car and prepared to wait at least a half hour or more (like many tire stores I've experienced in the past). However, just as we were getting settled in the shade, they brought my car around and it was completed-- at no cost. Needless to say, Les Schwab just gained 4 more loyal customers! Thank you La Grande Les Schwab!!

I took my truck in to have snow tires put on, expecting a long wait, but was surprised by how fast they started working on it. Everyone was so nice, and their waiting area is very comfortable. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Lee and the team did an amazing job helping us out today with 4 new tires. One of our tires blew out on the highway 20miles out of La Grande but we got our spare on, phoned Les Schwab and Lee reassured us they could help. We got there 10minutes before they shut on a Saturday, talked us through the options available, decided to do all 4 and the guys changed them in record speed - we were back on the road in under half an hour! Can t thank the team enough for their efforts, especially staying on a bit later for us on a weekend, excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I've never in my life experienced a Les Schwab with pitiful service...Damaged good tires, forced to buy 2 tires from them . Wrong size causing damage to car.. After LSTC employees lie, & bosses back up Thier lies. They put people in danger , & deadly events.. Disgraceful to the Man who built this empire with Great service & safety..May He Rest in peace..though doubtful Bec of this ... Keep friends & family's safe ..shut this down....

When I needed a hand with replacing a couple of dead batteries as a house call, Nick got out there ASAP, made a quick professional job of it and got my truck running again in less than 20 minutes.

I had to chain up the semi this morning due to chain law. One of the chains got damaged and tore a hose off my central tire inflation system. Connor was the tech who came out and got me rolling again with very little time. He refused payment so I went inside and tried to pay the manager but he was not going to take it either. I ended up leaving $100 on the counter and running out the front door the whole time thinking I'm going to slip and fall on the ice trying to get away from them. Just very good people

Three strikes... 1: I got the alignment and wheels balanced on my rig and there was absolutely no difference in steering, it still pulled to the right. 2: Same thing happened with my wife's car. 3: I scheduled for a new pair of tires for a trailer two weeks in advanced, but I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have them in stock...

Edited: 7-12-2023.I felt it only fair to update my review of Les Schwab in La Grande. They've completely remodeled their store and it looks great, although the inside is still pretty 'sparse;' they really could use more merchandise on the inside.I've visited here dozens of times over the years (it's where we get our tires, alignment, shocks, and other work done.) and the team has generally been good to work with.Lately, things have been BETTER than before, with friendly service and honest answers. In recognition of everything, I added a star, and would recommend them.

These guys have no clue. Customer service has dwindled from great to poor. First they put street tires on instead of snow tires. Next day called my daughter to say her tires were here. Second call to ask her if she was bringing in her car, that was already there. I realize they are busy but this is not good.

We re towing our car cross country behind our motorhome and found a nail in a car tire. Pulled into Les Schwab and 20 mins later we were back on the road. We re so grateful to them for their prompt response and professionalism!

We were on our way to Walowa Lake from Florence, Oregon and we got a flat on our trailer.We put our spare on and made it 20 miles to the nearest Les Schwab in La Grande. We decided we wanted all new tires on the trailer and the wonderful, efficient crew from reception to service had us in and out in record time ! We made it to our camp with daylight left and I am so appreciative of the respect and courtesy shown by all members of the team there. Bravo!

We stopped by to get our tires filled and they noticed that one was flat. They were more than helpful! They fixed the tire and got us back on the road, all for free since they were able to fix it so a new tire wasn't needed. They were so fast! Thank you so much!
