So far, so good. Walked in for an estimate and Thomas did one right then. Got date set for repairs which is tomorrow December 4th. Will update after repairs are done

They did a great job. From dealing with the insurance company to finding a hard to find part to making sure it was "more right" and making sure the trim pieces were perfect. They kept us in the loop at all times and were great to work with.I can't recommend them enough. The door came out perfectly.

Just a fair warning that they use the term " estimate " pretty loosely and then seem smug about being off quite a bit. I have dealt with body shops for years. Just watch this one. Gladly, we will not have to use them or trust them again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

After having a HORRIBLE experience at Legacy Ford, these guys ended up with my vehicle when Legacy was unwilling to follow through on what we agreed to. I went in on gaurd expecting to be treated as poorly as i was at Legacy, but every staff member was polite and upfront about what was happening and how long things would take. Much appreciated!

Very poor attention to restore my car to its original state. All I needed was a little roof leak fixed and there was grime and grease all over the interior plastics. Pry marks on the interior plastic linings. There was issues with roof plastic not sitting flush like it started. Took them 2 more times of me saying it was not right before they ending up glueing the piece down (found that out later). I would not recommend the lack of customer support and the auto body service they provide. Please take your business to another place.

Lawrence's was highly recommended by a campground host and by a towing company near us to help us with a shattered suv window. Thomas was so kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through our options, arranged a service with a local glass business, knocked out a body dent, told us of his favorite campgrounds, and sent us on our way. He charged us $0!!! We had a good temporary but sturdy plexiglass fix by noon. Outstanding!!!

My 84yr old dementia-ridden grandfather asked them to oversee the restoration of his 1967 Mustang. He spent $12,529 at Lawrence's and $21,619 at other shops they sent it to. Current appraisal of the fair market value for the car, given what needs to be fixed, from a reputable Mustangs-only auto shop in Bellevue Washington is between $10,000 and $11,000. They turned over a car with no power steering, (the pump was bad and a hose had been cross threaded) an oil pan drain plug that was undersized and caulked shut which then leaked all 5 quarts of oil on the garage floor, front and rear windshields installed with no trim and no sealant just rubber gaskets (they claimed the trim was never delivered yet I have the pictures to prove that's not true), and windows with the weather stripping installed incorrectly, missing, and again without the chrome trim pieces which somehow were "missing" again.These guys are the scum of the earth. They knowingly and willfully took advantage of an 84 year old man who didn't know any better and charged THREE TIMES more than the car was worth to deliver a piss-poor restoration that now has to be fixed. Worst of all they took advantage of a nice old man who didn't know any better.
