Extraordinary help today from Alan and Simon at the La Grande Ace Hardware. I had a ski boot with a damaged buckle and these guys went over and above the call of duty to help me figure it out. I'm very grateful. Great service.

I love our Ace hardware. Always have plenty of helpful people working. I'm usually waiting for a bus and they let me hang around even if I'm not buying anything.Great hardware store. From anything hardware to camping and hunting supplies. Always plenty of staff to help you out.

This place is so awesome! Always get really wonderful service, and they have nearly everything I want. I LOVE going here! They also always have a cookie for my dog. The people who work here are just unparalleled when it comes to above and beyond service.

Very good selection for it's size and the staff will be happy to order anything they don't have. It IS an Ace Hardware, after all. They have more stuff available than you could put in any one store. Just takes a day or two to get it.

Just bought our traeger smoker grill from Ace. I came back for pellets and seasonings. Pellets were buy 2 get one free and they had a wide assortment of everything. Staff helped load everything into my vehicle. A+

Great hardware store (considering we only have 2 hardware stores in this town). Helpful staff. They have hardware and sporting goods. Went to ACE hardware for a new pump for my swamp (evaporative) cooler. The salesman talked to me about hooking it up (just like I thought) but I felt better just knowing.I also had some leftover time while waiting for my ride. They sell hunting, fishing and camping gear so I just hung around there until my ride arrived.

The service from the manager on down the line is always very helpful. They greet you as soon as you walk in and never miss a chance to offer help. I really wish more places in Eastern Oregon cared as much about their customer's experience. Craig is the manager and he has assembled and trained an outstanding team!

Great place, friendly staff,you want it,they got or probably can get it. Scott's a great guy,Craig from LaGrande Ace Hardware another great guy,will break his back to help you as will Paul from Pendleton Ace Hardware.So basically Baker,LaGrande and Pendleton Ace Hardware is the place with the helpful hardware place.

People are generally very polite. Have had a time or two when you can't walk 3 feet without someone asking if you need help. I guess it's better to be over helped then not be able to find anyone.

I don t know when I ve had a better purchasing experience ever as I had at Ace Hardware in La Grande, OR. I was purchasing a grill, and Craig, Louie, and Tucker all helped. I got exactly what I wanted, and they made the purchase, assembly, and delivery so easy. I appreciated these men s expertise and kindness. I have always loved Ace but am a dyed in the wool Ace fam now.

Was very impressed with the man who helped me and how knowledgeable he was. He even took time to include my very bored 6 year old while we waited for our paint to mixed. He ran and filled my cart for me with all the random things I needed for this particular project, as my 1 year old was crying. Saving me time and a headache from my more then done childern. I have not had customer service like this in along time. I wish would have caught his name so I could let manager know what a great employee they have. I was buying most our supplies at Walmart as we are trying to save as much as we can cause our house is a huge project but he totally won me over the couple dollar price difference.

I had a gotter and git card for Christmas. In August of the next year I had decided to use. I lost the gift card the day before I went to use it. I talked to the manager Paul, they were able to pull the original gift card and honor that way. Thanks a lot for the great customer service. U made my beers stay nice and frosty cold!

Feels like when you go in there they are more than happy to help you find what you need for home maintenance. They also know what they are talking about and if someone doesn't know a question they are quick to find someone that does. You don't wander about looking for someone to help you like at Walmart.

Employee was very helpful when I asked for advice on mounting a certain piece of equipment. I bought the recommended hardware and it worked way better than what I would've done myself

The employees here are honest, friendly and helpful no matter what project I am working on. They never fail to greet me and ask how I can be helped. This is a great small town hardware store.

Credit card machine was down on memorial day and the could only take check and cash. After waiting in line we went to pay with a check and the cashier said she couldn't take it because it was an out of state address, even though we han wrote our address on it. She was then rude to us and made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, we did not make our purchase there and will not be shopping there in the future.
