From start to finish Integrity Automotive has lived up to their name. They have been super transparent about the issues with my car and possible solutions. Their communication and customer service are both top notch. Went out of their way to help me out at a very difficult moment with clear, compassionate, and direct information. Thankful for their help!

Integrity Auto completed a repair and routine oil change on my car. Since it was a very cold day, Tara started the engine and turned on the heater so my car would be warmed up for me! Such thoughtful service! And, as always, I had a very enjoyable visit with Hyde, the adorable shop cat! Took in my van to get starter fix and told front desk lady about the problem with a short that was blowing a 60a fuse and she didn't communicate it. My starter got fixed and my van stopped working temporarily the next day and is still doing it off and on. I'm happy the starter got fix but original problem before the starter went out never even got touched even tho I explained it to the lady at front desk she did not relay message at all. After I told her what I've experienced all she did was say "so you want us to evaluate it".

I dont usually leave reviews but integrity auto deserves the best! These people live up to their name , I am so happy I found this business they are amazing and did such a wonderful job. My truck literally has not run this good ever! Integrity auto did a great job, as well as got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. I like their courtesy inspection and there after service report it helped make things clean and understandable. I will be bringing my vehicle back to them from now on. Five stars for sure!!!!

Took my truck in for a shudder. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. I drove home and had all kinds of codes and my starter wouldn t turn. Mike came to my house to read the engine code. I was referred here by my coworker.Staff was very friendly! Also, they were extremely accurate with total cost estimated and the time it would take for my car to be completed. My transaction also came with a detailed inspection, which lists the parts of my car that are running smoothly, and parts that may need looked at in the future. Have used Integrity Automotive for most of my mechanic needs on both my diesel truck and gas car. I have had excellent service with quick turn around and fair pricing. Met the owner through church and could tell he had integrity. Wow! Cannot be more satisfied!!From the repair to working with the warranty company. It was a big repair! Broken exhaust spring required head removal. So a lot going on and some time required. Had to be patient- hard when you are on a schedule as we were. This kind of stuff happens, not very often, and when it does, these are the people you want!Small shop, jammed me in their schedule, knew I was traveling, but still got me in when everyone else said they could start it in 3-4 weeks. From start to finish I was done in record time, imho, no short cuts, considering the magnitude of the repair/ basically a new top end. Might have been shorter but I elected to replace some common failure parts while it was open and easily accessible- so that cost a little time but not really.Always expect a glitch! And we did. Defect on a brand new part! Shop Boss , Tara, , was all over it!She knew how to work with the parts people, machine shop, and warranty company!Take a look at their website!Piece of mind warranty- check out the website!

It was a miracle that I found this place after getting towed off the road due to a breakdown of my oil pan. Mike was so supportive and helpful. He got my car running in a day and a half. This man is so honest and a kind good person. I was so grateful to everyone that worked so hard to help me. I would drive 1,000,000 miles more to come to this man of integrity to help me out. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. I went for an oil change and Bill also did a reasonably thorough inspection outside of the oil change identifying some problem areas in need of attention (unlike another lube place I won't mention...). After they were finished, I then received a text, with pictures, detailing said problem areas and recommendations therein.I see Integrity Auto as being honest, fair, competent and caring!Again...very impressed with my service and I will continue to take my vehicle to Integrity.Service: Oil change

My alternator went out a third of the way through our 9 hour drive back home. I called Integrity Auto and was so happy to hear they had my part in stock and could squeeze me in same-day! Other shops in the area said they were booked out 2-3 weeks and couldn t find the time. The staff was so kind. They even let us have our dog with us inside (thank goodness for A/C!) while we waited for repairs. About an hour later, we were back on the road! Also, the quote we received before the service was exactly what we paid. Very honest and all- around good business. It s nice now having a trusted auto shop in a new region just in case !

During our road trip, the alternator went out in our van. We had it towed to Integrity Automotive on Sunday afternoon. By Monday at 9am, Integrity already has completed a diagnostic. And by the early afternoon, the alternator was replaced and we were back on the road. We appreciate that Integrity made us a priority so we could continue our long trip back home. After searching for quite some time for shops to fix my car almost all wait times were well over a month integrity auto got my car in and fixed in less than a week, did a very thorough inspection and solved all of my problems very quickly and affordably, I couldn't be happier with their service and am extremely grateful for them getting it taken care of so quickly and on such a short notice

We called as soon as they opened and they were quick to help. Being from out of town and passing through, this was a huge plus. They gave us a bit of a priority so we could be on our way. Once we were towed there they got the part in less than an hour for our 1989 Chevy RV. They were honest, quick and very nice.
