I've had Larry replace windshields on my classic cars, motorhome and work trucks. He does an excellent job everytime. And dealing with Debbie over the phone is a delight.

Wow. Which is appropriate here, since wow is wow, backwards and forward. Fantastic customer service from the start, incredible and detailed precision in doing the work "above and beyond" just because. And BTW, we had a nice discussion about how we don't necessarily look "at" the windshield...we tend to look 'through' it. But when it's done so well, it makes an immediate and beautiful look to a vehicle. Larry did a great job filling a chip in my windshield. GlasSmith was easy to work with, affordable, and timely. He was very knowledgeable and treated my car with care. He even cleaned my windshield afterwards! It's no surprise that he has been in business for over 30 years. I highly recommend GlasSmith to fix your windshield! Thank you again!

I just bought a new car with a chip in the windshield and called GlasSmith to get it filled. Debbie was so nice and helpful on the phone when I was getting a quote and setting up an appointment! Larry came out to my work and checked it out and told me that the chip had already been filled. I felt so bad for making him come out here for nothing, but he was so nice and pleasant, and I will definitely be taking all my future glass business here :)

I will only take my car to GlasSmith, I make sure to send all of my friends and family there. I tell them to go to GlasSmith because I know with absolute certainty that they will be taken care of. They always return calls, are friendly and professional. If you have a vehicle that needs a chip repair or windshield replacement, save yourself the headache and let GlasSmith fix it.

working on a restoration project, we had brand new, not opened front and rear gaskets and the back glass. Glassmith was to order a windshield, use our gaskets and our rear window. When he arrived at the site there were a few spots of old gasket stuck on so he refused to put windshield in but did install the back window. we was to return after we got the remainder of the old gasket off the front to do the windshield (which took about 5 minutes). When we arrived to the truck, the back window had been put in backwards (you could tell because the sticky residue from previous decals were now on the inside instead of the outside, the brand new paint job was damaged around most of the window and the new gasket had cuts and gouged out in spots. When I addressed the issue with the owner, sending him photos of the damage, he told my husband he was going to box up our parts and set them outside. I contacted him to see if we would at least be able to purchase the windshield he ordered, as I had already told him we deffinetly wanted it, his response was that it was already returned, which seems highly unlikely since the majority of the conversations happened Friday afternoon and Monday morning. For a person that has been in business for years, the customer service was certainly disappointing. I will never do business with them again and will advise others to go elsewhere also. very disappointing...especially that now we will still not have the glass installed but also have to purchase a new gasket and pay to have the paint redone!
