I am a commuter that takes me along this route twice a week for years. No one wishes to break down in foreign country for many reasons. This company I was fortunate to have at my service when the need did arise and I was treated considerably well. They were prompt and safe people, if ones family is on the side of the road Ryan is the person you want showing up. This is a service many can do correctly, however doing so with safety and service as a primary premise ensures that individuals like me will recommend them for your family when under duress without hesitation. What can I say. Ben was excellent in his communication skills and for making me feel at ease, that he was gonna solve whatever problems we were facing with my trailer He is very much appreciated , a man of his word .. I was very impressed. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes for the truck to arrive. It took 20. Altogether I had as good an experience as you can when stranded in the side of the road with no oil pressure.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I was highly impressed with Fenn's Towing. Their driver (Dennis) was a joy to ride with. Their wreckers are spotless. Clean and well organized.Fenn's maybe small , but their fleet can Can tackle with the best of the larger fleet towing companies. Dennis Jr. has done repair work on our '91 diesel pickup a few times now. We have always found him to be very friendly, extremely honest and he's done an outstanding job. His integrity is something hard to find these days. If he doesn't know the answer to a question he will find out or say he doesn't know. We're pretty tired of businesses who make up the answer just to make a buck! Dennis is not inexpensive but does quality work! We would not hesitate to send friends with diesel rigs to him for their work.The only small drawback is this is first and foremost a towing business. For some customers that may be a problem because if he gets a call for a tow, that comes first and our work is delayed. However, they are very accommodating, have a lovely waiting room with a nice tv, and very nice reception staff so it's never been a problem or caused a lengthy delay. We just don't schedule other appointments to follow. This is a wonderful family business!! Highly recommend Dennis Jr.!!

Dennis was incredible to deal with..they got there quick (30 miles)away for motorcycle with flat tire. Towed to AC motorsports that also were awesome.had a billing glitch (not their problem ) transformed numbers maybe..BUT spent the extra time (after closing) to resolve it..wish I could buy them a beer.GREAT SERVICE

Our 20ft Class C RV broke down 20 miles outside of La Grande at 7am. Fenn Towing answered right away and they were kind precise and ready. Less than an hour later the tuck met us and was efficient in hooking is up and getting us to the shop. They recommended a great mechanic who we also lucked out with. On March 2, 2018 I ended up sticking my cargo trailer into a creek bed in the mountains outside Elgin. Luckily I made the call to these guys and they came out and worked until we were back on the road again. I meant to post a review then but life gets busy. I ran across the receipt and was reminded of the honest, kind assistance that was rendered by this company .

I drive a 04 Honda accord, I hit an elk at 4am this very morning my car was totaled completely and I'm lucky to be alive - *This post is a must to make This company not only came to my rescue within 45 mins as promised by 911 dispatcher, the gentleman asked if I was ok seeing the damages and my condition of shock. I was able to ride along to the yard where he helped me so much by loading up his personal vehicle with my luggage after the tow was settled and went even further to take me down the road to a hotel near by waited with me and again helped me with my suitcase to my room. People often just do thier job and forget to be people. Under so much stress i didnt catch his name, so ill stick to "gentleman" who sought a lady to safety. Would highly recommend this local business to the PEOPLE of this community being alone, vulnerable and scared in shock- I was 100% in good hands he went above and beyond "a tow truck guy" and I thank you sir.Service: Car towing

You won t find better people, up front honest hard working extremely fair. They have towed me out of a bad spot I should not have putten my delivery truck. They drove an hour away in a blizzard to rescue me. Could not ask for better folks!!! Highly recommended them for any thing!

They bailed us out of a tough spot when I lost a wheel on my snowmobile trailer. It was nice that they didn't make me unload the sleds.
