Had some car trouble in LaGrande at 5am and it was -5� outside and I had to walk several miles to get to ExxonMobil witch was the closest open place. Stacy the wonderful lady that was there 1-15-24. Was nicest and kindest person I've met in a long time she let me stay for a few minutes as I was waiting for my fiance to pick me up. She literally probably saved me from frost bite. Very nice lady can't thank her enough and the owners for hiring good hearted people!

Delicious cornnuts, and a clean restroom. I got some cold water too. Gotta fill back up for the next restroom break. These pretzels are making me thirsty! (I mean, cornnuts)

Asked cashier if we pump our own gas and as I was walking out he made the statement liberal fa***** . Terrible customer service. Be a bit more professional.

Gas is fine, but the mens restroom (single stall) has no lock- YUCK! So you walk in on dudes taking a dump, after a long days drive of eating road trip foods! Update 12/10/22 mens restroom fixed

I eat at the the Subway here a lot. All I can say is the parking lot is awful and a 6 pack of beer is $2 more than anyplace else.

Great place for a gas n go right at the highway on / off ramps . Subway is right there inside as well as Dairy Queen, Mc Donalds , and Wendy's in walking distance from the store .

Instead of sticking to the covid mask guidelines, they are making up their own. Such as medical conditions don't apply to not wearing a mask or covering. I find this unsettling as I know fellow soldiers who have had serious problems from physical abilities to ptsd that don't allow things over their faces/heads and now the store thinks they know better than doctors, ada and hippa laws or even constitutional freedoms of privacy.Them refusing to sell something because they don't have a mask is awkward to watch and embarrassing when other businesses aren't going to that exteme. I've watched employees berate customers over and over about a mask. They have the free ones but then instead of offering them they bark at the customers they need a mask. I get it's their business and can refuse service but they are actively trying to refuse service and make issues.Simply, if the owners want to be facists and don't want to serve you if you're not wearing a mask, fine. Post it clearly on the doors "no mask, no service". Quit with the bulls!#/ manipulation of mandates and berating of customers when they come in. It clarifies it and makes it simple such as the "no shoes, no shirt, no service" signs. Teach employees to approach it politely that the company policy is "no mask, no service" instead of this constant "you need a mask" barking.

I was a passenger, the driver stopped to get something to eat. He was quick in and out. It looks really nice. Area was clean and organized.

Staff was nice not sure why people would give them less stars. They had drinks I hadn't seen before and for a small town that's strange. But the clerk was friendly and it was super clean. I'm a traveler and so for me this was pleasantly nice to see.

Horrible service. This location is right off a major highway so it is a convenient and natural stopping point after hours of driving. I purchased a full tank of gas at 9:50pm on a Saturday and walked into the store portion to use the bathroom. I was rudely told (yelled at) that the bathrooms were closed. There was no signage stating this and the Subway portion of the store where the bathrooms are located was still serving with a 3 person deep line. When I asked why the bathroom was closed, guy working at the counter claimed they were closing in 10 minutes and they had just mopped meanwhile the entire area was being mopped and they were still selling convenience items to customers. Of course, when I checked the store hours, they didn t close until 11pm on Saturdays. Apparently they ll take my money but I m not good enough to use the toilet.

Great gas station. I had to pump my own fuel which was weird for oregon. Easy to do and clean pumps. Returned later on that day to order a subway sandwich. Yes they have a subway inside at this gas station. Everything was very clean inside and the staff was very nice.

The man working the register was very rude. We arrived at 9:50 pm on Saturday night while traveling through to fill up on gas. After filling the tank, I was walking my child in to use the restroom when the man inside flipped off the light, it was 9:57 pm. When I opened the door he yelled that they were closed, I told him we just filled upon fuel and asked if we could use the restroom and his reply was "I guess!" but was very rude about it so we walked out. There was a woman at a pump near ours with the nozzle in her car trying to figure out why it wasn't pumping, they shut the gas pump off on her!

The customer service was terrible. I stopped here today to fill up before we headed home. I waited for just a few minutes. I was actively looking for a self serve sign because some gas stations in Eastern Oregon are self serve and others still prefer you to wait for the attendant. This particular young guy was rude and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I ended finishing up my own gas fill just so I did not have to deal with him. I sure hope the rest of the employees are not like this guy. Needless to say, we won't fill our tanks there again.

We were there yesterday and it was snowing no one came out to pump our gas so I went inside to let them know we were there and was told to pump my own gas, was a guy and a girl setting in the back and said it was to cold and wet to keep running in and out. Decently could use some better employees, was no wi Dow wash and no paper towels.

Stopped off the get fuel on our way back home to Idaho. I got out of my vehicle to wash my windows off and as soon as I finished I heard splashing and looked over and the fuel nossel failed to shut off and gas was spilling ALL OVER the side of my car and the ground. The attendant went to get the assistant manager and all she could offer us was to try to clean the side of my vehicle with a spray bottle and a paper towel. When I asked what could be done as I did not want to pay for the gas all over the ground or all over the side of my car she simply stated This just happens sometimes and this is only like a dollar of gas. Then she proceeded to yell at us and give us attitude when we were unhappy that we had to pay for their mistake. She made zero attempt to try to fix the problem that occurred as a malfunction of their equipment. Grade A management skills!

Drove from WA to CA using Google maps and following the most efficient fuel route BUT, the only freaking GAS-STATION in the middle of the desert. Watch outttttt.Saved by EXXONMOBIL

Stopped to buy window washer fluid due the rain and going over the pass. $12 for a gallon of fluid...price gouging!?!?!?

I HAVE literally eaten and ran at this establishment when I was eating a bag of pork rinds and a tweaker latched on to me looking for spare change and a handful of rinds. I ran right back to my F-450 and proceeded to prod him away with the butt end of my .30-06 and a whip made of glued--together Slim Jims. Five stars for truth in advertising.

I was trying to pay for gas after letting the guy know I was disabled and needed to get as much gas as I could so I told him I had cash and change and I started counting it out well he took all the change and was like I won't take the Penny's with attude when he finally spoke and I told him why are you refusing my money and he responded I don't want to take it and I asked for his name because I wanted to talk to his manager and he proceded to say you can try but nothing's gonna happen to me so I was really upset and was mumbling things under my breath as I went to go calm down I walked over to my wife so she could help and I was upset really bad and I was trying my hardest to calm down by myself but before I got into my car I needed to calm down so I could sadly calm down and my wife works at the subway and she knows knows how to handle me when I'm very escalated so as I get to her another employee hostility demands I leave the store and I'm trying my hardest to remand calm but I was getting put into a situation where my ptsd takes over and I'm trying to talk to her not disturbing anybody else just talk but he keeps demanding I leave unfortunately only one person can calm me down and make sure I'm safe to drive away but the guy gets more hostile towards me but my wife was able to get me to leave and everyone knows I'm disabled for mental problems and I struggle everyday with them and not only did they ban me they didn't punish ether guys for the behavior and I don't think any employees should be able to do that to any customer who was just trying to get gas and then when attacked go to his wife who helps me but force me out when I wasn't make a scene after I got to my wife who I need when I'm like this bc I can't just snap out right away and walk or drive safely tell my episode is over what kind of business does that and let's there employees bully customers with disabilities so I am banned from the property and how am I supposed to pick up my wife who works there and or anything me or her may require to do while she is at work so that fact that the store is ran by people who are hostile and are able to treat customers with disrespect and also deny a disabled man who didn't make alot of money in the first place with no reasoning when even my wife's boss said there should have been no reason to deny any money when they needed it. I do wanna say that I wasn't able to handle it as well as most but it's also why I'm disabled but when I tryed to go get help for myself I wasn't allowed I was hostily told to leave and the fact im not in the right state of mind and I was calming down without a problem talking to my wife they forced me to leave when I'm unable to drive safely at that moment so I want this place to be held responsible for there actions and ether get new employees who can do there job without biased and judging employees I wanted to let other people know that don't tell them you are different from them or they have problems and if they still have problems that the managers just let this behavior to continue and I think that is not right and should have punishmens not just ban me from where my wife works and requires me to still be there but now I'll have to ether meet my wife or something off of the property and that's not cool but unlike them I'll fallow the rule bc I wasn't trying to fight or do anything wrong but get some gas and wave at my wife and now I can't

Expensive gas station compared to any other, but unfortunately it was the only option I had close at the time. The staff was rude when I asked a question about the area.Not really worth coming here if you have a choice.

Quick access to/from 84.Attendant is always quick and washes my window when I run in to re-up on caffeine.

Besides being a nice, clean gas station, they also offer compressed air free of charge. That's a huge plus in my book!
