I appreciate the crew that you have put together.The office is efficiently handled - competent and caring. Delivery is well done.I recently hadn't paid enough attention to my gauge and went out to see where it stood - the pointer was hardly visible. I immediately called in and your gal put the order in - mid afternoon. The next morning the tank was filled and I could breathe easy.Good work

We had just purchased the property and would need propane for the winter in our shop/garage. Contacted Ed Staub and they sent a gentleman out to do a full check of our system. He was very thorough and explained the whole system. He made sure the stove was lit and working. A couple days later they delivered our propane while we were gone. They left the delivery ticket with pricing on the door. Will be taking my grill tanks to Staub for refill. Very good service.

As a new customer they were very helpful and patient. I'm not the best with online applications and they walked me through untilI got everything figured out.The driver was very friendly he called ahead to let me knowhe was coming out. Very much appreciated Thank you.Patrick McCool

Ed Staub & Sons in La Grande are easy to do business with!! We appreciate the technicians going above and beyond while setting us up for service. They're respectful and listened to our needs, everyone we spoke to provides excellent customer service, their prices for tank rental and services is less than the competition and they are very thorough in their processes. We definitely highly recommend them!!

Contacted LaGrande office several times. Incredibly efficient response - EVERY TIME. Example - needed propane on a Saturday afternoon during a snow storm. My tank was filled in 90 minutes from the time I called. I live in Sumpter, about 70 miles away.

These guys are great! Set us up with a 120 gallon tank for our RV in record time and at a very reasonable price. Glad we went with this company. Will continue to use them for all our gas needs once the house is built.

Besides not getting a phone call prior to arrival the staff have been great! Finally rid of that awful so called "propane" company Amerigas! I will never do business with Amerigas gas again especially after dealing with Ed Staubs! Waiting to get my house tank switch over sometime soon and will never look back. Thanks to everyone at Ed Staub!

We can not say enough about this company. It's values are the values of a great company. Very professional, pleasant people. We are renting a tank for a standby generator. And are very happy since we found Ed Staub and Sons Petroleum Inc. Looking forward to many years of working together.

We were set up quickly and appreciated the service. The truck got lost and stuck in a ditch on their way to our place. We believe it s because Google maps isn t familiar with our roads, so we suggested the driver download the ap OnX to help him navigate next time. Careful planning is necessary with a big propane truck and needed to convey professionalism - otherwise I would ve given a full 5 stars. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our service and hope to use it for years to come. We also hope to purchase a propane generator very soon and put ALL our equipment on propane power! Thanks again!

Had a fire place installed by Ed Staub & Sons fall of '18. They were affordable, responsive, polite and just a pleasure to do business with. The installers were so nice and professional. They fill our propane tank on a regular basis, we have never ran out. Too bad more local businesses don't have ethics like this crew.

We have had service along with from delivery person and in house person. We also like being on the budget pay plan as being senior this helps us especially during the winter months. Thank you for all you do for us

My husband who is recovering from a severe back injury and my 63 year old mother in law went to eds to fill propane tanks and the woman in the office was rude she made my 63 year old mother in law take the tanks out of her car and then when she was done filling them she just walked away didn't say one word to her. Absolutely rude this is not what I expected from this business. I will be looking elsewhere to have her tanks filled. No matter what kind of day you are personality having you work in sales and should always be nice and not make people feel the way she made my mother in law feel.

I don't understand these guys? You pay in advance and they tell you a day they will be there but never show on the day your told. First time in Sept 2016 I ordered propane and it took them them 2+ weeks after being told a certain day and I repeat my called them. This time I was down to 10%, I called and ordered some more and I was told they would be Friday or Saturday and here it is Sunday Morning and no propane. I'm not happy! In fact I'm pissed!
